McDonald's in Bellinzona

the burgers are put together really badly and are often ruined as if thrown with contempt into the box; the chips almost all soggy and floppy; in drinks it appears on the surface like oil. the prices are absurd! a cheeseburger costs 3.30 francs!!! sauces cost 40-50 cents!!! but above all, unlike all the other McDonald's in the world, this one never has new burgers or menus on offer or discount coupons or international "specialty" periods. offers exclusively the same hamburgers as 30 years ago. but the prices always increase.

Good location. Size of the McDo is rather small. There was a roof terrace, but it wasn't open. The toilet is in the basement. There are only 3 parking spaces in front of the McDo, but there is plenty of parking next to the gas station. Cleanliness was amazing. Food freshly prepared.

Mc Donalds is located on the Cantonale road which takes you towards Camorino. I used the Drive service... they were very quick but above all very courteous in serving me. For the rest the food is very good... thanks also to the Mc Donalds quality

Absurd once upon a time it closed at 1am now at 11pm now only the mc drive at Semine... If the restaurant is closed, just close the door. Line of five cars at the drive-thru, and then there wasn't even a gluten-free sandwich:/ the craving passes. At least the bathrooms are clean. the only kind waitress is the one who has been there for years (heavy with gray hair) who also takes care of decorating the cafe, and is always friendly and smiling. We need more people like this.

If you want to eat as an adult, you have to eat at 11 a.m. The students arrive from around 11:45 a.m. and then it's like being in a secondary school cafeteria. The food came very quickly and the nuggets were better than what I'm used to in German-speaking Switzerland. You can tell that the people of Ticino have a spoiled palate. Very complicated with the parking spaces - they are poorly described. The toilets are very large by McDonald's standards.

The order screens are dirty and very slow. Toilet: toilet seat not of the right size and not fixed, very bad toilet cleanliness.

Neglected over the years and little renovated compared to other restaurants in the same chain. At peak times the wait can last up to 30 minutes regardless of the type of order (totem, app, etc.) The drive-through and take-away service seem to have priority over table-side consumption

Around €33 for two in a MC in Italy had never happened to me, and oh well... They probably weren't prepared to make salads because we were served 5-10 minutes later than the others who had ordered more MC-style foods. I don't know...

A rather classic McDonald's. The decor is not bad, a few omissions or modifications to products served when ordering.

It's okay, toilets are so clean, unfortunately no playground outside. There is a play area inside, but it is quite small. Best suited for children around 4-5 years old.

Mc Donald's in Bellinzona Semine, I can understand that they don't have vegetable milk (even if nowadays it's unacceptable for a bar/restaurant to not have it) but often they don't even have lactose-free milk. Not even a vegan sweet, in Italy they offer everything and more but here the bare minimum at shameful prices. At least the staff is courteous (with some exceptions) I don't comment on the owners... Cleanliness is scarce, the tables are only "cleaned" in the morning

It used to be one of the best McDonald's in Ticino, now it's absolute rubbish. Unpleasant smells on floor -1, something is always missing from the orders or orders are wrong, very slow service, rude staff and poor cleanliness at the tables. Not to mention that it is always difficult to find a place at the table and parking.

Classic McDonald's, very easy to reach, prices that by Swiss standards are a very small fraction of what you pay in any unpretentious restaurant. Free parking next to the Coop/Piccadilly. Bathrooms (in the basement) clean that not even the bathroom in my house is like that. Also open on Sundays continuously. For a family lunch break it is absolutely recommended.

You have to check before you leave that everything is there, I open the salad and there is no vegan schnitzel. My son's happy meal is missing half of the stuff. And it's the same story every time. Whether takeaway or on-site

It's a large restaurant with well spaced tables. Table service also takes place here. For the Happy Meal menu, the gift was a complete hit for my daughter, she was very happy.

I'm practically a regular customer since my boyfriend and I live nearby, but every time we go to Mc Drive they get our order wrong... or they get it wrong or they forget something or other... in short... work more with your head it would not be bad..

Unfortunately I had to come to the conclusion that the Drive service at this McDonalds is terrible. This isn't the first time they've gotten my order wrong. In the sense that it is the 3 time in these months that I have ordered 5 different things, I pay for them, and not all of them are delivered (usually sandwiches worth 8-11 fr each are missing) it is not possible that we forget! Only in this McDonalds have I had problems, something similar has never happened anywhere else in Ticino! I understand rush hour, but it takes organization and concentration to do a job like this, if you don't have these qualities at the very least don't even apply.

What can I say, typical McDonald's menu, prices much higher than in other countries. The expectations: honestly in other places I have seen faster services. Cleanliness: medium/low.

As soon as we arrive we see cash, so not knowing how to order we ask for help which we are initially denied, only when they see that we are impatiently leaving the manager comes out to try to sort everything out, but it's too late now. Never again with Mac from Bellinzona.

I am a good customer of Mc Donald's I pass at least 3 or 4 times a week, I spend around 400 CHF per month, on average I have almost always felt good, last night I asked for 4 hamburgers, chips and a Coca Cola, I realized once I got home that one was missing, moreover all the other 3 that you gave me were literally disgusting, the bread both on top and bottom was burnt inside, both the ingredients and the meat tasted burnt, I threw them in the garbage!! The fries were borderline and not nice and hot and crunchy, as they should be. I wonder how all this is possible!!! But don't you check who cooks the burgers and everything else? Maybe you want someone to feel bad..??? This doesn't seem like a serious way of working to me!!! We are at reporting levels!!! The money with which you pay, however, is not burned or spoiled, does this seem like the way to treat customers?? I will report the case to the competent authorities, so the next one (Team Leader first and foremost) will certainly better check who is cooking and how the orders are prepared and managed!! A real shame!!!

I went to get 2 meals to go and ended up with some missing food that I had paid for. I was disappointed.

3 simple burgers, an unbelievable 8 minute wait and the toilets were certainly not very clean either

As for the food it's ok but the hygiene is AWFUL! I think the child seats are the dirtiest thing in there, I had the lady (Isabel) called to clean it, just to tell you that it cleans my one and a half year old daughter better. If during the Covid period it was extra clean and hygienic, today in August 2022 we have returned to the initial hygiene deficiencies.

Absurd waiting times at the drive. 25 min for a menu and a simple sandwich. Without warning. Staff not up to par and not kind, when asked how much longer you have to wait. Chocolate suffle served cold telling me it's normal when other mcs serve the "suffle" as the name itself, hot. A point mc not recommendable shame for the chain and that they have it managed by incompetent people. Twice and definitely never again. They should ask other managers what they do best. Too bad about the chain.

Good sandwiches, they are generally precise and fast, but during the last visit on 05/27/2022 there were several errors when ordering via totem (as I always do): sandwich brought without bacon, an extra sandwich not ordered present in the tray and instead of shrimp there were chicken fillets. The owner remedied this immediately, I don't feel like decreasing the rating already assigned in recent months as I don't want a (I hope) temporary oversight to compromise the evaluation, also because we are talking about marginal errors. For the rest it confirms the quality of the usual McDonald's, if you want a quick sandwich and you like the brand, you will be safe here.

Mcdrive times not respected. More than once on a Saturday evening I happened to arrive at the drive at 00:00-00:30 and it was already closed, when according to the timetable it should close at 01:00. Very disappointed.

The place is not bad...It is not bad, but I am used to McDonald's from Germany or Spain because this one does not have much variety to choose from. I'm also used to getting drinks directly from the machine as many times as I want, not here, here it's just one and that's it...but the burgers are good, although I repeat they don't have many options...and they charge you for the sauce, something that almost all places give it to you for free....
