McDonald's in Baden

Went to MC Donalds in Baden-Dättwil on Sunday evening. The cleanliness and hygiene leave a lot to be desired. There weren't too many people there, so time for cleaning. Many tables were dirty, the floor was massively dirty, as were the toilets. I expect a little more cleanliness in a place that sells food.

Order arrived in under 2 minutes. Everything was always there and the employees were always very nice. 5 Stars

Ugh today... Disgusting fries probably fried an hour ago, soggy and disgusting... Whew... Ordered a steakhouse and received a royal bacon... The only thing that is normal is the beer... is Feldschlösschen... I doubled it up with chicken wings... Really just ugh... the worst McDonald's ever... ugh, ugh, ugh... Next time Burger King...

Very nice service with delivery to the table. Fast delivery after ordering. The atmosphere is just like it is everywhere in McDonald's.

I ordered from them yesterday on 1/30/24. While I was biting into my chicken nuggets, I saw something in my nugget that looked like a plate of cockroach varnish and I immediately lost my appetite. That was probably the last time I'll eat something at McDonald's In addition, the delivery was wrong. I ordered a burger without pickles and with extra cheese, the burger came with pickles and without cheese and I still paid the surcharge for extra cheese. I am allergic to pickled cucumbers

We ordered 6 chicken nuggets. Only 4 were brought to the table. The staff member was informed of this, no apology, eyes rolled and the 6 chicken nuggets were slammed on our table. Burger was also cold, the employee didn't want to know anything about it. The tables are generally dirty and sticky.

Tables are cleaned irregularly, most touch devices are constantly broken, food is often cold and something is always forgotten.

A classic McDonalds in its menu and service. However, it is nice to go to that branch since it is easy to park, you have the option of eating your food inside and outside on the terrace. The granddaughters are dying for the Happy Meal, which always has something new. And they also offer hamburgers with gluten-free bread.

Nice modern MC-D. Quiet and everything clean. So should every MC-D. be.

Just ordered hamburgers and cheeseburgers for my kids The burgers literally look like they're made from scratch. It's probably been lying around for several hours. “Quickly take out the trash in the Happy Meals” Response to response from McDonalds owner……………… As you can read in the reviews, the owner of this McDonald restaurant always has an excuse ready ;) The burgers I received for my children were (dried out, cold, crushed and simply inedible!!) The burgers were thrown away in the trash because I was too stupid to drive 5 minutes back. And thank you very much for your invitation, I would be happy to come by for an insight into the Mc kitchen.

McDonald's not my cup of tea. I only met one child. It was funny for him. Nevertheless, we had enough free parking space.

I've been to an MCD for a while and the burgers were good, but looked more thrown together than put together. The service was nice and quick. What I also found to be a shame (was about the self-service machine) was that you have the option to change the burger, but only to remove things and not, for example, to add extra cheese or something like that.

The McDonald's in Fislisbach, Switzerland, is undoubtedly one of the best I've had the pleasure of visiting in Europe. The taste and cleanliness here are on a whole different level, making it a standout among the many McDonald's locations across the continent. The quality of the food and the overall experience truly set this McDonald's apart from the rest, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Typical McDonalds, the entrance is a bit hidden. The golden M is clearly visible, but how you actually get there is a bit confusing. The food is like always at McDonalds. The toilets are okay. You can order via screen. The food came quickly and the service was very friendly.

Expensive food, but cheap quality, so not healthy, but young people want it that way, that's the trend these days. You can't recreate a McDonald's hamburger. You can't get the same flavor, it's because of the chemistry in it. The taste is unique. I eat MC.Donald every day and I'm still alive.

Ordered Cheeseburger Royal at the drive-thru. Despite a clear + loud announcement, the burger actually came without onions, but incorrectly with ketchup. Unfortunately, there are more and more Mac service employees who have difficulty understanding (Swiss) German.

It's just a shame that it's very small but after that and in Switzerland places are rarer and expensive

Self-explanatory with the pictures. Advertising image vs what you get served in the store. The burger was layered and had a meat core temperature below 45°C. Just bitter and pathetic! ................Reaction to McDonald's answer The answer that just came is ridiculous! I ate the burger in the restaurant, does that mean your burger transport specialist did 5 forward somersaults on the way from the kitchen to my table, stole a slice of cheese from the burger and licked the sauce????? If the QM were correct, nothing like this would exist. Next time I'll film how great the core temperature is after the burger has been re-labeled 5 times.

Better never again colleague received fanta with mc flury

I ordered Fanta and it came with McFlurry. When I pointed this out, I was told this could happen because the McFlurry machine is next to the drinks machine. I then got a new Fanta, again equipped with McFlurry. When I complained again, I was told that I had contaminated the Fanta because the machine had been cleaned beforehand. I had to confirm at the counter that the Fanta was absolutely pure the third time it was served. How can it be that my Fanta and McFlurry can't separate them cleanly?!

I ordered the chili burger. I got a normal burger with cocktail sauce. The boss told me that there was chili in the sauce... I explained it again because it was clearly cocktail sauce. This contradiction from the boss was miserable.

It has a nice vibe, big place to sit outside. Food was as usual.

The faucet in the men's toilet urgently needs to be changed!! Cleanliness also looks different. I hope I will be heard.

OK. But comparatively not that big of a selection. Big Mac etc. ok. However, salads are not recommended. The Cesar salad is simply overpriced for the quality. Ambience is not that great as it is right next to the main street.

The lady at the McDrive who serves the food (during lunch) is very unfriendly!!! No hello nothing.

We ordered sundae and then asked at the counter to receive the sundae later. It came with the food. It was withdrawn. When we went to get the sundae later, there was no fresh sundae but it was in the freezer.

The burgers taste quite good but sometimes hairs appear, which is very unhygienic. And often the wrong things are given or forgotten.

I deliberately chose to visit McDonald’s outside of rush hour. The waiting time for My Big Mac Menu was a few minutes. It was freshly prepared and tasted delicious.

There's nothing special like a McDonald's.

Dear MC Donald team from Dättwil I read a few reviews and of course was there several times as a guest myself. If I can help with this criticism, I hope so: As a restaurant, you must already have the following as a basis - organization, friendly staff and handing over the correctly ordered items to the consumer. If you continue to rely solely on the comments of various guests to improve these basic principles, then unfortunately you are doing it wrong. It's just a shame that this is the third time I've gone and gotten something and not everything I ordered was there. I specifically asked her if everything was included and she confirmed yes. At home, I noticed in horror that she hadn't yet packed the menu for my son. Whoever you want to call, nobody picks up or calls back.

Poor quality, poor focus on executing the right orders. Lack of professionalism and friendliness. Staff unable to understand German. I was in the drive, I ordered a Happy Meal with a cheeseburger, no meat. When I got home I opened the burger only to find the bread. I decide to call Mc 'Donalds, a lady answers me who obviously didn't understand me when I spoke to her. I ask her twice to pass me the cook. But she tells me I could talk to her, I explain the situation to her, but I realize that she wouldn't let me finish the sentence, she already had a deduction. Without really understanding what I was saying. I felt betrayed and asked the manager of Mc'Donalds to be handed over to me straight away. I am handed a man who I initially thought was the leader, but only later do I realize he is not. I was told I could go there again to have the sandwich made to my liking. No refunds or anything. But in addition to the rudeness and lack of professionalism I found there, I also had to invest in gas.

Unfortunately, it is very rare that we receive everything we ordered at the drive-thru. Today, two Menue M both with 6 chicken nuggets and fries. When handing out the friendly MA repeated what was ordered. Wow, I thought, this time it worked perfectly. Everything was right, including the sauces. But no, when I got home, there were only 4 chicken nuggets in both boxes of 6 nuggets. Problems with counting/reading or what could be causing this quality?!? We now know at which MA the ordered items have to be checked, but the fact that the number of nuggets boxes has to be checked is something new. Dear managers at Mäc Dättwil, please ensure that your employees are appropriately trained.

I received a regular cheeseburger even though I ordered a gluten free one. It's not fun at all with celiac disease. I didn't have a proper lunch break, so I trusted that I would get the right thing and not control it. If there are already allergy alternatives, please pay more attention to ensuring that everything can be adhered to.

The majority of it was clean, but I found the food to be rather dry and not comparable to other Mc standards (fries were soggy). Employees looked rather listless. Seating options (stools) were ok in terms of comfort.

A cozy mcD was pretty quiet, you could have a conversation without having to speak loudly and the tables and stools were clean

The fastest mc within a 100km radius. Super friendly staff. The superiors are at least as friendly. Really well organized. I will only dine at this MC in the future.

Devices/machines for ordering do not work from time to time. It can't be that you have to change the device 3 times...

The Mc was very full and the staff were so demanding that not all of the tables could be cleaned. Understandable for me and not a major problem.

Unfortunately I can agree with the negative comments. Dirty tables, cold fries, products forgotten and very unmotivated staff (seems to me). You can learn a lesson from the Mc in the city, they do it well!

Mc Drive: My 2nd visit to Dättwil and got the wrong items twice, today fries without salt and the 2 ketchups I paid for weren't there either. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately the staff is not really competent. The burger often goes missing in the take-away bag. ALWAYS RECOMMENDED TO CHECK YOURSELF! Weak.

The machine didn't give out a receipt. When we told the staff we were ignored. After we finally got the food, we discovered that 3 products were still missing. We had to wait again for that. There was no soap in the toilet and it wasn't clean either. The tables weren't clean either. I understand that there were a lot of guests - you can be sure of the cleanliness and quality of service In my opinion, it can still be improved significantly.

Great service when someone helps you so naturally when your navigation system fails, you don't have internet in Switzerland and the direct route to Baden is blocked. Top employee who significantly improves McDonald’s!

Unfortunately, I keep going there because this branch is the closest to us. Wrong order twice at the drive-thru or even forgotten an order. When I brought this to the attention of the personla, they said that I should always check it before I go home. Where are we here? If you did your job correctly, we as customers wouldn't have to control the whole thing. When I ate there once, we were sitting right near the cash register. I received 4 complaints within 45 minutes. I've never seen anything like this before.

We often went out for lunch. Often half of them were brought to the table incorrectly. Cola instead of water, the sauces weren't available for days and there was only ketchup. Then you don't have to ask which sauce you want if you only have one left! Staff could also need training on friendliness.

Tables outside not clean, no ashtrays available for smokers. Floor outside dirty, garbage constantly overflowing. Staff barely understands and speaks German.

2 out of 10 things were served incorrectly with the digital order on site. Mineral water instead of apple spritzer and a sauce was forgotten. Last time there wasn't enough ketchup, there weren't any napkins and some of the French fries were very soft. Don't feel like complaining again and again.

Very expensive by Ukrainian standards 2 big dough + 1 large fries + 2 large drinks = 27 francs / 864 hryvnia 😳 The taste is excellent, very tasty buns and meat, enough sauce, hot. But the burger is falling apart terribly

Not the first time! The cheese is always just thrown in and, as in other burgers, the salads are mostly in the cardboard box than in the burger itself. That's not enough. They usually forget a lot of orders, even if they forget entire menus twice.

I love the Vegi MC I need this pleasure in my mouth at regular intervals I'm not entirely happy with the fries. Not really crunchy, but taste is good Staff is friendly and accommodating. Covid certificate is required if you eat inside.

Fries were cold. We ordered two cheeseburgers and we received one. Within 30 minutes, four people complained about something missing from their order. The MC was dirty too. Really disgusting! The staff had an expression on their faces like 365 days of rainy weather. Never again.
