McDonald's in Aarau

Very unfriendly, the floor was full of lettuce everywhere.

It's nice to be served. Staff very friendly.

The Coca Cola didn't taste like anything, plus the mountain full of ice cubes was inedible.

Although it was late, the team was very friendly and helpful.

It was very cozy and the service was nice and quick

They poured iced tea down my colleague's pants and only after repeated requests was it replaced. Otherwise there was no decision

I was deeply disappointed in this upscale bistro... when I wanted to treat myself to a nice dinner that was supposed to include shrimp after a nice bowling trip with my boys, including a pensioner, I was devastated. We had found our way to our place when the service specialist came to me and said a few words that hit me deep inside: “There are no shrimps anymore, I can even take them on.” I am very sad to have had this experience to have to.

Time and time again things are forgotten during orders, in such quantities that it is no longer acceptable. The burgers that are not delivered then end up in the bucket. Here in Aarau, all management personnel seem to be failing or simply not available. Of 4 orders, 2 are incomplete. (Not exaggerated) Attention: you need to check yourself.

Usual McDonald's quality. The last resort for hungry train drivers who want to eat something warm late in the evening. Very clean !

The tables for eating outside were not cleaned, but otherwise everything was fine.

Very nice McDonald's in this big antique house, you rarely see something like that these days. Burgers are almost always fresh and juicy, I can't complain.

It's a shame the website says it's open until 2 a.m. and is closed since 12:09 a.m

7min. Waited for a Bigtasty and Coke. The new system doesn't look really efficient. The smaller McChicken bread was used for this, which of course caused everything to fall out. The staff looked a bit confused about the orders. Former crew trainer here 😉 Mystershopper wouldn't have given this a good rating at all.

Hello everyone Yesterday I was in Aarau MC with my daughter at around 12:15 p.m. Unfortunately, the savings coupons were not deducted from our order at the counter (such a mistake due to debiting can happen to all of us). Unfortunately, I noticed this later and I called MC Aarau earlier to find out whether the coupons worked. We all know how efficiently MC works and have great respect for the staff. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and professional. He took his time and even tried to find yesterday's order. Thank you, wish we were all kind and patient like you. The food tastes good, friendly and fast service. Thank you and best regards.

I like. It's in a good place. Always full of young people. Service is fast, you don't have to wait long.

Had food poisoning after today's visit. Until today I was very impressed with this McDonald's, but I will never visit this store again. Even when eating it, the one double cheeseburger was strange. After eating the burgers, I felt worse and worse as the day went on. When I threw up, I saw that some of the meat was raw. Are you serious? I am neither allergic to the burgers nor do I have a sensitive stomach. I am stunned, angry and disappointed. Many of the employees at this McDonald's work hard and are friendly. But the most important thing is that you can rely on the quality of the products. This is not the case here. I wish all the nice employees at the checkout a happy new year. I wish the person who allowed this mess the same thing that I was able to experience today.

(Friday December 2nd approx. 12.50pm) Mr. Maya was very unsympathetic. I had lunch there with 3 friends and then we wanted to go to the top because it was full. Then he said that we weren't allowed to go up but other people were allowed to go up. Then another employee came and said we could go upstairs. After that we left our school things upstairs and two of us always went downstairs to order and the other two were upstairs. When me and my colleague had already ordered, we went upstairs and then our colleagues went downstairs Went to order. Me and my colleague waited for the others for a very long time and we called them to ask what was going on and they said that Mr. Maya had banned them from going up even though all of our school supplies had to be upstairs afterwards They eat downstairs and then about 10 minutes later Mr. Maya came to us and told me and my colleague that it was closing in 5 minutes and we had to leave, but he only said that to us and not to the others who were still upstairs We stayed extra to see what he was doing, but he didn't come up anymore, people even came up and ordered their food and waited.

30 minutes waiting time for food just a cheeky others who ordered later received it earlier. It's just cheeky in the MC to wait so long.

Super clean bathrooms, very friendly staff, excellent food quality, clean and tidy place and I like the way you have adapted well in a historic building. I would have given 5 stars but as in all my MC reviews what makes the difference is the taste of the burger intended as meat and not a sandwich. Overall the sandwich is very good and well balanced but if I eat only the meat without sauces the hamburger has no flavour.

Please do something about the sink in the toilet. It works very poorly.

Every time I wait far too long. It has nothing to do with fast food. 5 employees in the kitchen and I wait over 20 minutes for a small order. I've also had very bad stomach problems twice. By far the worst branch in Aargau!

Ordered via Uber eats, waited for over an hour and in the end there was no delivery. Something like that is just annoying. I am aware of how Uber works and that drivers have to “offer themselves”. Since this doesn't seem to work, I would consider whether we want to continue offering this?! Unfortunately, we now have to continue looking around at 9:30 p.m. with an empty stomach.

Been waiting over 20 minutes and still waiting!

Ordered via Uber Eats at 9:45 p.m. and at 11:00 p.m. the order was still waiting and the timer was set every 10 minutes with the delivery and at 11:01 p.m. yes your order was canceled. Just great 1 star

Just your average McDonald's, decent food, but sometimes crowded. Good service though.

Great McDonald's with lots of screens to order from. Enter the waiting board number and simply sit down on one of the 3 floors. Food arrives fresh within a few minutes👍🏻

Unfortunately I'm very disappointed, I didn't get enough and so I decided to go to Burger King.

For a snack, Mc Donald's Restaurant is a good place to go as the quality is the same in all restaurants.

You are instructed several times to wear a mask over the 👃! Enslavement to the power of 10! You are all committing a crime in the lying pandemic!

You are not consistent with people without masks... the young guy did it extra and provocatively...! A pity...

You don't need to describe the food for long: you either like it or you don't like it. But the staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Unfortunately a place for pubescents. For a quick meal O.K. Location in the city is great, just the wrong restaurant in the historic former city mill.

Employees are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant and toilet are always clean. The food is made quickly.

This McDonald's is really a good one. There are a lot of burgers but fries from Burger King are good

Rather average, the burger is warm if you take into account the outside temperature and the fries are well seasoned and therefore soft! The outdoor area is very well maintained and the Covid requirements are meticulously adhered to! There are no stars in culinary terms, but it's quick and the stomach now has a few hours to process this mixture. I went there because I had to, according to the motto, go along and hang out! For a few more francs you can get real food elsewhere! That's probably the crux of the matter for many people!

It's definitely friendlier. Otherwise like any other McDonald's.

What can I say? My kids love the MC

1.) It's just a McDonalds. I get what I expect. ;) 2.) I really like the new concept – the staff is friendly. You can now place your order, no matter which floor you are on, and what you order will be freshly prepared and brought to you hot. You can also personalize everything the way you want. So there's nothing wrong with extra or extra extra cheese in the burger or a McFlurry with a topping and strawberry sauce. :)

I'm actually always satisfied. MC stop... But it doesn't bother you if the pigeons harass you at the seats outside and cheekily surround you at the table

The food was good and very tasty and it is customer friendly. The music in the toilet is too loud and disturbing for me. With my big business I need peace and quiet.

Very unfriendly staff, NO order was taken, I had to order from the machine myself. Someone who doesn't come out like that is out of place. Better in Suhr or Kölliken next time

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, effizient und aufmerksam. Leider schränkt die Pandemie den Service ein und es kommt vor, dass den Kindern wiederholt Spielzeug gegeben wird und sie nicht überprüft werden können, weil sie nicht lange im Ort verbringen dürfen, aber die Qualität ist Ausgezeichnet, er hat die Toiletten geschlossen und es gibt keinen Ort, an dem er sich nach dem Bezahlen die Hände waschen kann. Ich nehme an, dass sich mit der Zeit nach der Pandemie alles verbessern wird

Freundliche MA und auch schneller Service während STOSSZEITEN! bestellt und innerhalb von 5 Minuten mein Essen bekommen 💯

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, lange Schlangen, da hier ordentlich in der Küche gearbeitet wird, das Essen schmeckt gut.

Essen war gut (so gut wie es in einem mcdo halt ist), das Personal schien sehr freundlich die Atmosphäre war entspannt, nur die Wartezeit war etwas lang

We just spent the weekend in the city and there was no other place open to try so we can eat on the go! Thanks to McDonalds for never disappointing!
