McDonald's in Zuchwil

This is the third time they have given me the wrong order. I trusted that they would give me everything, but now I ordered two double cheeseburgers and only received one. The stupidest thing is that the switching time for summer could no longer be caught.

Well run McDonalds. The tables are clean and you can also see the toilets.

Bad service and very unfriendly food was cold and old. I had a stomach ache the next day. Not recommendable.

Food wasn't good at all, the food was cold, we gave it back and got the same food again! The only difference was it was hot, the service was good except at the cash registers. The ambience was better at a McDonald's

The burger was cold, with the "new" meat warm on the outside - meat very dry. Salad in the burger wet cold. Was accepted reluctantly. The complaint was still questioned (shift manager?) Other staff were very friendly.

Everything is very bad. The service is superior. Sauce was not added to the order. We were driving home from the maternity hospital. Hungry We were given a bag of food without part of the order.

We were a larger group. Röhrli were brought to us and the service was very courteous and nice. Unfortunately I couldn't find out the lady's name. Thank you for the great service and drn espresso.

Rude staff, calls herself manager and feels like she has power over all customers. Embarrassing that an employee has to apologize for her boss. More proof that McDonald’s doesn’t hire educated people!

The BigMac was put together incorrectly for the 4th time in 1 month. I would slowly but surely talk to the employees!!

For the second time we didn't get everything we ordered at McDrive. After the second time I called and complained. The lady on the phone said she would check it out and get back to me. That was a week ago, but I haven't heard anything yet. So when you visit the McDrive in Zuchwil, check your orders right there, no matter how many people are waiting behind you.

It's a complete disaster what the service offers. Once again, the service offered was unfriendly and dubious.

Clean McDonald's. Food is brought to the table after ordering. Caesar salad is nothing special.

Wrong drinks, then not carbonated ones. Burger cold.! It's not the first time I've complained!! I always reported it to the restaurant, now I'll do it this way! I don't need any more excuse vouchers either. I know what it is because of the changing employees!! December 18th, 2023

Good McDonald's branch. Was once a test branch, now a normal one. McDonald's Switzerland should do more promo and lower prices or at least making the burger bigger again as they were once

Very nicely remodeled and very comfortable. Frisco waits for the chicken burger, I have the feeling that something is wrong with the meat. The rest and beef were very good. Thanks for your answer but since something was bad with the chicken burger (diarrhea, nausea and fever) I think I will avoid the chicken burger in the future. Had 3 bad days and couldn't go to work.

What I like about McDonald's is that they are almost always open😅 e.g. you can also eat at 3-4 p.m.

To much must waiting fort the mcdrive to order , schlimste mcdonalds im schwitzerland , i waitet 10 min today alone at the mc drive , it is not the first time but at least the last time I and my family go there

Very fast service and efficient staff!

For everyone who, like me, can't eat their ice cream or something similar with a wooden spoon, it's better to bring your own spoon from home. Apparently there is no ordinary spoon excised anywhere there anymore. Not even for a classic coffee, for example. Positively, I was able to exchange the ice cream for two other things at no extra charge. PS: Not a single table was cleaned, the cash register was empty and there were around 6-8 guests eating. For me it wasn't tragic to take the initiative myself, but it shouldn't be like that! (This is usually the case, by the way)

10/10 Jeremy was very friendly and polite. My drink fell down and he gave me a new one and cleaned it up for me with the help of Noe. Should get a raise or at least a bonus this month.

Unfortunately, yesterday after eating (double cheeseburger Royal) I vomited all night long and had watery diarrhea and am now suffering from extreme food poisoning with a high fever and loss of consciousness... I've never felt so bad! Never again! 0 stars!

This McDonald's with such an incompetent manager doesn't deserve any stars. This should be a freshly made Mc Flurry for him... incompetent, unfriendly! I think he should rather take out his frustration on a therapist instead of at work... totally the wrong job and workplace...

It's nice in Zuchwil after almost 15 years, I went there again. It's a shame that there wasn't a smile at the checkout. That's why only 3 stars otherwise you were friendly 😄😁

Cued up for drive thru and was told to wait on one of the two order stands then other cars turn up and they serve them first. All good didn’t let it bother me too much but then I ordered a honey mustard chicken burger and got a burger with just the chicken and mayonnaise. The box and receipt clearly stated honey mustard but I got that instead. I didn’t have time to complain as I was on a lunch break and in a rush so I had to eat this mayo burger which I honestly didn’t enjoy at all.

I found the staff very good, very good advice.

They close at 10 p.m. I arrived at 10:01 p.m. and they didn't want to serve me.

We had dinner in the restaurant there last night. The double Big Tasty was cold and the meat seemed to have been on the grill for too long. The double cheeseburger royal was the same. Also the double Ceeseburger and the Cheeseburger Royal. Only the fries were ok. Since we've been there we've both had stomach ache, diarrhea and my wife doesn't even have an appetite anymore. This was the first time in a long time that we didn't have our food replaced because something was wrong (cold, burnt or something similar). Thank you very much too. No more ! For the 50 CHF we would have been smarter to get something from the Asian restaurant near the train station! The quality is always there.

OK... Just like a McDonald's. It had a surprising number of people. The potatoes would have been crispier and better.

That was my worst experience at McDonald's Zuchwil, the food was ice cold, half of it was missing and the blonde woman who was supposed to be the shift manager had no competence at all. It's a shame that this McDonald's has changed so much for the worse.

Opening hours are wrong! Although the homepage says that the drive and the restaurant are open until 2:00 a.m., the restaurant was already closed at 12:15 a.m. We then stood in line at the drive for 10 minutes, had to go to the waiting area, there was no way to say "hello" and the order was also wrong. Since there was such a long drive-thru line, we didn't want to wait in line again to complain.

We had to wait 20 minutes for our food and they were cheeky too!!!

Typical Mac Donald's restaurant, fast service and quite busy, good parking and located on the outskirts, which is appreciated. At highway exit 👍🏻

It was clean and the food was brought outside to the table by a friendly employee. Unfortunately, as almost always, the burgers and fries are lukewarm. When I get there, I would at least like the fries to be a little fresher and not already "mushy" and barely warm. It wasn't busy.

This MC was very well attended in the evening around 6 p.m. but it was still pleasant. Unfortunately my fries were cold. The gluten free cheeseburger was good and warm. Cold coffee was very tasty🤗 There is a nice field next to the Mc, I took a little digestive walk afterwards and took this photo.

The food fills you up, but it's not the gourmet feast of a 4-star store.

Big Mac for 1.- was not available for the 5th time. Recommend Solothurn instead.

I had lunch there today with my colleague. We both had the Homestyle Chicken Crispy Burger. Since then, both of us have been plagued by colic and painful diarrhea. I hope you have a food inspection and have to close the shop because you are selling old chicken! That's a mess!

Ordered 2x sose and I only received 1x. Tasty ordered without onions and salad I got Tasty without tomatoes and onions. Learning to read would be good and lying correctly

First of all, we were pleasantly surprised by the great, new interior. In addition, the two of us, ages 73 and 76, received excellent support from Mr. Niklas when ordering via the app, thank you very much, we would never have been able to do it alone. MF from Zuchwil and RB from Biberist we will be happy to come back.

Something simple but functional

The manager of this place is a wonderful man, smiling, dynamic and efficient. He will be sure to wish you a bon appetit and clear your tray. The McDonald's is impeccable, I have rarely seen such a neat chain restaurant.

BicMac & Happymeal chicken nuggets

I find the idiotic ordering scenario on the touch panels, where x thousand dirty fingers have fiddled with it so that you then have to eat the burger with the contaminated fingers, simply 🤮. Why not just order (if you want) at the checkout and pay?

It's all very good, but it should have entertainment for the children, it is a very boring environment for them if they have to eat inside.

The parking situation was somewhat exaggerated. There are cameras everywhere that film your arrival and departure. If you don't go to the restaurant straight away, you'll be fined 60.00. However, employee Anastasia gets 5/5 stars. She is very friendly and very professional.

Charging station for electric cars at McDonalds, the only reason to wait there is the ambience

I had to drive over and wait for two burgers and a menu, even though there was nothing going on in the store. And then a burger was missing, but of course it was on the bill and paid for. That was the last time MCD in Zuchwil.

Unfortunately very unfriendly boss. I drank coffee there and worked on the computer for 2 hours. Then the coffee cup was taken away by an employee. Then 1 hour later the boss came and said I hadn't ordered anything and was just reserving a seat...unfortunately also very unfriendly.

No traffic jam in the drive in. Ordered 1 hamburger. Had to wait 15 minutes for the burger (disabled parking). Cucumber was forgotten and without it🤢. Nothing with fast food

I think it's a disgrace that the Caesar salad dressing on the McDonald's website says it goes perfectly with the Caesar salad veggie and then the salad dressing has anchovies in it! You should definitely write explicitly that it is NOT vegetarian!

Every time something is missing or the order is taken incorrectly, long waiting times are the order of the day. Mc Drive Zuchwil is a complete disaster.

Unfortunately, the mäc isn't that great anymore, I just noticed a situation that doesn't work that way. Basically it shows catastrophic management. The disabled parking spaces are misused as drive-in waiting areas, incorrect goods are also delivered and if someone gets upset they are dealt with aggressively and banned from the premises instead of an apology. Such arrogance is rare and unworthy of a foreman. Hence the correction from 5 to 1 I hope this will be corrected soon and the rating can be adjusted again. I don't think this is in the interests of Mr. Andreas Schneberger and his family. Nevertheless, I wish the whole team, which basically works well, all the best and lots of strength.

We went to MC Drive and ordered two menu items. Then the lady suddenly said she only caught the first one and I had to repeat it again. I ordered the VEGGIE Homestyle and this is the first time that we didn't check the order and when I got home I had CHICKEN in it. I am highly allergic to chicken. Unfortunately I couldn't eat it.

Totally disappointed. It’s difficult for people with food allergies to onions and garlic to find any product, since almost all sauce contain spices but the most disappointing thing is that the mcdonald team don‘t provide any other burger sauce even if there is sauce like honey mustard, that doesn’t contain onions and garlic. That is not custom friendly at all.
