Very popular and, above all, very busy. Great for grabbing a bite to eat after you leave.

There's a black guy working here with completely anti-social service. I made a mistake on an order and then he looks at you humiliatingly and treats you like trash. He legitimizes discrimination against black people.

I always enjoy coming to this branch when Stefania is on duty, she is a very friendly employee

We ordered the french fries but didn't get them

Women's toilet doesn't work according to code. Door just doesn't open

Really not the best, had to wait 20 minutes and the burgers were completely squished and the fries were cold and very soft. In addition, my nuggets were forgotten and the general quality was not good.

Nuggies were as cold and old. 😞

Unfortunately very unfulfilling. Unfortunately we had to eat outside. The food is like in any McDonald's. Unfortunately there is no toilet code on the receipt. It says that you should ask the staff. If the code isn't on it, you could at least open the toilet so that you can go in. Since I was there with friends who stressed me out, I unfortunately didn't have time to go downstairs and, after queuing for a long time, finally find staff who had time to give me the code.

Hello, my dears. Unfortunately, the toilet is unreasonable. The meat in the burger is not real meat, it is mixed with other substances.

Worst service ever. Only 1 person was preparing the burger in the kitchen, I had to wait over 10 minutes even though I was alone. Ordered burger without pickles but received with pickles. Fries were already ready but, like me, they had to wait 10 minutes. That was definitely the last time I was here.

What is known is unknown, but the quality is declining in my experience

Food is Shiite,as mostly McDonald's is. We took the double burger,be for we are looked somewhere kebab, but wasn't enough time. If you need the toilet,on the second floor, have to ask staff about the code.

I took number 11 to deliver the order to the table. After more than 10 minutes of no one coming by, I had to go and get my order at the cash register and I ate a cold hamburger due to their inefficiency!

At least a minimum selection of gluten-free food. Service top.

I'm overjoyed that I finally saw the lady from last time again. I've been there 1-2 times and also left a comment. I saw her again this evening, just a few minutes ago on site. Her personable and friendly nature is simply incredible. How can one person impress another person so much with their infectious nature? Maybe the bosses here might see the comments as superficial, but if they knew how important it is for us customers to receive friendly or unfriendly service. This time I also remembered the name: Ms. Handan. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would also like to thank the McDonald's management for having such a great employee. One thing I can promise is that I will come here very often and the biggest reason is Ms. Handan.

I give this place a 3 because at 12 o'clock in the evening even security people have to point out to the customers when and where we as a customer have to eat (I didn't find that very pleasant) But I don't have to say much else about McDonald's, the food tastes very good as always and I can't really complain about it.

I was there yesterday between 4 and 6 p.m. and was served very friendly by the employee Ms. Handan, she had a lot of patience when taking my order, and was very friendly, although unfortunately many of them aren't there, today I came in the hope that I would see her again, but unfortunately she wasn't there, I would like to thank the boss of McDonald's very much for having such a great employee and of course thank you Handan, you were really very personable and friendly. I hope to see you again soon

I ate hamburgers with my husband today and we got both stomach ache and nausea after that. It never happens to us after McDonald's. It is very risky on a travel and this place must be checked better.

A good McDonald's a little sacrificed in a small space

Mr. Andreas aka Store Manager was super rude, tried to force me using force out of the store simply because I had brought my scooter along, and no, I wasn’t planing on dining in, I simply brought it with me as leaving it standing in public on the middle of the Zurich HB is asking for it to be stolen. Again he was super rude, barely spit in my face, and I’m pretty sure he told one of his colleagues to mess up my order.

I moved to Switzerland for 10 years. I like to travel and when I eat fast food I choose McDonalds. I hadn't eaten a better McDonald's in so many years. The service is top!! THANK YOU!

There is a long wait for a vacant seat and it is dirty

Too small!! Difficult to find a free place. My family and I all sat apart. The Crews had difficulty reaching customers. Wrong orders and not recovered even though we immediately informed several times. The floor was dirty with a lake of Cola, and no one came to clean it. The garbage was full and the Crew stopped to watch for a few moments but no one emptied the garbage. Dirty bathrooms. In my opinion the problem is only because the place is too small for the considerable amount of users.

Food was ok and made quickly. A bit of chaos when picking up orders.

Waited extremely long, queued at one checkout for 15 minutes, second checkout wasn't opened. Ridiculous location because of “fast food”.

The store is very chaotic, not clean, and the staff are not nice. We sat there for a while, and the staff(an Indian guy) kept implying us to leave.

Sorry McDonalds, But the 2 quarter pounders I ordered 3.00 a.m. have been horrible! Never had such a bad burger in the past 30 years, overcooked, dry, cold, what a standard are you running in Zurich downtown? Never again….

Some of our order was missing. Food was cold, service was cold also.

It is in the heart of Zurich, but there is a lack of hygiene, starting from the tables outside and around them. People are waiting in line, sitting on the stairs inside. Order taking place is very small. I think those who like McDonald's ice cream should grab it quickly and then sit down and eat nothing for a long time. Sandae 3.70 CHF mcflurry 4.10 CHF

I was at Macdonalds today at 8:00 p.m. I wanted to go to the toilet and said that I would also pay for it or order food and the man didn't want to serve me. He was very unfriendly and disrespectful. While I said my order, he was on his cell phone and ignored me A worker from MacDonalds gossiped about me to him. Very unprofessional of him. My customer remains a customer and I demand a final apology from him for your behavior towards me because that is racism and discrimination!

Normally I rarely take the time to write negative reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to do so. I'm not entirely sure of the name, but I think the gentleman's name was Hanesh. I have rarely seen someone so disrespectful towards customers and their own employees...

Overwhelmed operation, you don't get your cheeseburgers after 20 minutes. I feel sorry for the people there, but it's still lousy.

Yes I had to try McDonald's while abroad to see how it compared. Honestly you can tell the food was a lot better quality than the nonsense they serve in the USA but the flavor was the same. The only real difference I could tell was the Coke was served without any ice (I get it) and it wasn't spicy at the end. I'm assuming it's a lack of fake ingredients allowed to be used here. Loved it though. We need curry sauce in the USA.

In Switzerland there is a bit of variety in the burger box.

It's a hectic atmosphere here at this place. Food is okay but really lot of people come and go but they are not so clean.

Not all the dishes were provided at the same time and the person insisted everything is included. We had to go back and literally argue to get the remaining items. They store garbage in the lift. It eas nearly impossible to get the Kinderwagen to the first floor. Not so great experience

Worst McDonald's I've seen in the world. There are rubbish bins in the elevator and the air conditioning is turned off. Speaking to the staff member in charge, he didn't want to turn on the air conditioner. It's a shame that McDonald's is at such a poor level during the summer that you eat when it's hot, the windows are closed, and the air conditioning doesn't work.

You get what you want but the security is obviously drunk and completely incompetent. You are shouted at and treated badly

The gentleman at the checkout took my receipt, didn't give me the whole order and then said "without a receipt there's nothing left". There is better service in North Korea than in this juice shop.

Bad review. After buying a meal, I wanted to ask how to use the toilet. I asked the clerk, but I stood in front of him and ignored him after asking three questions. Finally he said it impatiently and was very rude. Really rubbish

Once again, I would give 5* for the service, I was served by the restaurant manager (even though I took one takeaway, he explained the restaurant's policy, prices, etc.... he is a warm man, he deserves his position in this restaurant, but unfortunately he has generous subordinates). I came back again after a nice experience. Unfortunately... (I understand that you have a lot of work because it's fast food) but disregarding the person standing at the cash register for a few minutes is inappropriate (I felt it like a non-verbal compulsion to use the ordering machine) I used the machine, you forced me to pay by card, I went to windows to ask where the toilets are. For God's sake, I understand ignoring me because I'm not a customer, but then standing there for 3 minutes and asking every person passing by the cash register about the toilet... they looked at me and turned away, engaged in a conversation with a friend next to me who was supposed to be serving customers at that time. Your clients provided me with all the humanitarian assistance and explained where I could use the toilet. Fortunately, if it weren't for the ignorance of the staff, someone would have had to pick up the wet stain from under the cash registers where I was waiting for an answer where the toilets were from any employee who ignored me.
