CATASTROPHIC!!!!! Honestly today was too much. Place an order (1 cheese and 4 nuggets) from the app. (A notification saying that you have to be there quickly) which I hasten to do. Arriving there 10 minutes after payment, I show my order number to one of the 6 ladies there. They answer me: WAIT! 5min: OK.—>10min I ask please?? 6 ladies look at me and totally ignore me!! —> 15 min: I feel obliged to raise my voice and please?? No one answers me, that's too much, I had to get angry with the first one and be unpleasant. The order had been lying around for 20 minutes in front of all the ladies in the kitchen. The manager/manager should really clarify these teams regarding the reception of customers because the bad will of these people is absurd. I happily await a response from the very professional manager I suppose if any information is missing.

Cold fries are a shame. Nuggets are only slightly warm. Cheeseburgers are moderate and no longer warm. The food is expensive and not really warm. McDonald's has declined massively. It's a shame...but it's not getting any better...

Tables and chairs not clean. Floor dirty!! Why is there no more checking and cleaning? This is part of continuous improvement! Hygiene is also important. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like.

I've never had a decent vanilla smoothie at this McDonald's, the smoothies are actually plain Mcflurries

The food is very good!! The service is sometimes not that good because the employees just give the tray with the food and nothing else. The McDonald's is actually very nice but the cleanliness is terrible!! It's just my opinion

Fries were cold on Thursday evening and the staff didn't understand German and just shrugged their shoulders and it's always cold in the restaurant! Not recommendable!!

Very basic choice of McDonalds food options, very flat food: fries were favorless and either not fresh made or defrosted long ago - anyway worst fries I got since longer. Chickeburger was ok, fanta tasted diluted, coffee was ugly. There is no real McCafe, there was no alternative to fries. Overall I'd recommend to avoid this place unless you are really badly starving.

Politeness is an option that this McDonald's does not have... have this done serving at the table with the application! We waited 20 minutes and were served without the slightest sorry or even good evening! Sad times!

It's just going downhill. Always dirty, never a table cleaned. You make an order in advance so that when you pick it up, it goes quickly. However, you have to wait forever and then you forget to add some things. The food is poorly prepared and you pay too much for it. The food is always the same, there's never really anything new on offer and big tasty is still unnecessarily small.

I was there with my work colleague yesterday to get something to go....waited 40 minutes for our order!!! Sure, there was a lot of traffic both inside and outside in the drive-in, but that's not what bothered me because at the end of the day, McDonald's is still a fast food restaurant and should have your order ready in max. 15 minutes. But no, 40 minutes of waiting time... the people around me were getting very restless from waiting and standing around. And the staff? Stress? Quick glances? Nervous behavior? Absolutely nothing!!! One would have thought that it would close straight away and the employees would go home because the pace looked more like leisurely cleaning. All of them, really, just before falling asleep. After 40 minutes our order finally arrived. Big Tasty Bacon Menu was ok, visually appealing and not just thrown into the box but unfortunately instead of normal Coke I got Coke Zero, my colleague got a cheeseburger without pickles and no recognizable sauce so a very dry burger. Just a shame! But unfortunately not the first time. Generally not enough speed. If I have to wait 40 minutes, I can just as easily go to a real restaurant and order a daily menu and would definitely get there quicker. Conclusion: The food is still good, but the burgers are sometimes visually a disaster. Check yourself and always check whether you really got everything or whether things are still missing. The waiting time is catastrophic so I'd rather go to another location and eat there.

Check your orders, they tend to forget the apple turnovers. Otherwise nothing to say

There is no smile on the face of the staff.... they don't even speak to me in French.... only in German..... I ordered a Big Mac but it was clear that there was absolutely the wrong sauce (mayo) in this Big Mac.... it was like a pepper sauce.... I hate pepper.. .. Plus it was very cold in this place.... but really cold.... 😒😒😒

However, the application does not work well to debit on twint. They ask me to wait outside, they forget a burger and ask me to do it again there than at the drive-thru... when I ask for a simple ice cream as compensation they tell me no, thank you for the atmosphere and the time wasted! Staff who also speak French should be obligatory!

We arrive at the drive-through, you order with a person who doesn't seem to understand French well, the ordering was correct but not the content! 2 royal ones turn into crispy onions and we notice it at home of course so 2 Macs tested in the region and each time there are errors... it motivates people to come back 🤔 All served without a napkin! I love it... and can't imagine it for those who eat outside! A little more professionalism wouldn't be a luxury! A wait at 1 p.m. I would have understood if the restaurant was full both internal and drive-thru, this was far from the case

I had this McDonald's as a reference, bad experience today. It seems that they no longer follow at 12:00 p.m. I recommend avoiding lunchtime and getting takeaway. After waiting 30 minutes, no takeaway order had been prepared.

In the Mc Drive, orders always have to be checked and things are always missing. And if you point this out to the staff, they are even rude and annoyed.

A horror and an imposition: Received: old fatty, rancid, wrinkled chicken wings, I only ate 2 of them, shortly afterwards I had severe diarrhea. I wrote this to 'McDonald's Switzerland' in detail, no statement." what a lousy company! Now when I read the reviews posted, it makes me sick!

When we arrived, there were no other customers, we ordered 2 medium menus, 1 happy meal, 1 sundae and 1 apple turnover. Then we wait for our order for 20 minutes! Customers arrive and are served before us, a couple even had time to finish eating while we were still waiting. During this time, we see the kitchen staff doing nothing, staring into space, putting their shirts back in their pants before touching rolls without washing their hands (it makes you want to), and abandoning the preparation of our order by laziness. Literally, one of the employees started preparing the order before abandoning it and another employee took the order 20 minutes later, all before our eyes. When we finally receive the take-out order, we notice a mistake in the drinks and the missing apple turnover. The sauces were thrown on the hot fries so we got hot sauces. The sundae had a weird old milk taste. In summary: a restaurant where nothing goes and to be avoided!

McDonald's is my pleasure of the week, so I often go to Marin, Lully or Morat. And it’s clear that they literally don’t care about people. How come the drinks are still not dosed correctly for months! The drinks have no taste to the point that it is better to avoid taking menus. However, there are no problems with the other McDonald's, but Morat's is a disaster. The manager must surely want to increase his profits without respecting McDonald's standards.

Everything was very clean, friendly staff, and the food was well prepared.

In fact, fries are often lukewarm and floury! I always ordered menu items from the drive thru. Already had to complain twice. Otherwise it's OK. The service at the drive thru is sometimes unfriendly or cold (depends on who is working at the counter).

Well-kept restaurant, well located. Employees multilingual, but very, very slow. The shop was empty except for a few young people. It took 5 employees 20 minutes to pour a few drinks. During this time, several other customers who had ordered food and drinks were served. We ordered from the restaurant via the terminal. Maybe that was the mistake...

The service and welcome leave something to be desired... waiting 30 minutes for a very basic order, cold at the reception and zero apologies for the wait... no one at the counter to answer us/inform us about the cause of the wait.

I vomited all afternoon, after eating here at noon on 07/15/23. It was my only meal of the day so I have no doubt the food was bad. Really a shame, I came here regularly but it was clearly the last time for me. Not to mention regular order errors and rarely friendly staff.

I sometimes go there via drive thru. The food is quite okay. But what's not possible is that something is forgotten almost every time you order! Often it's a burger. Something like that shouldn't happen, especially when there's little activity!

I went there twice and both times I had digestive problems afterwards. Fries are never done and cold, burgers are so-so. Staff is generally nice. But I'm not coming anymore. There are other McDonald's where it really tastes different/better.

I really enjoyed my stay, apart from the fact that they gave me the wrong burger, they only filled the coke halfway and then it fell over and spilled everything out. I would be happy to recommend this place if you want a number of problems.

Burger served luck warm and upside down. For sure not expecting a gastronomic restaurant but a minimum of decency.

The staff brings you your order without the slightest smile and without saying a word or speaks to you in English because they do not understand French or German. Many products are missing and are not indicated on the terminals.

Always as small their sandwiches when we come out we are as hungry as when we return home if you want to waste your time and want to pay a lot for what it is then enjoy your meal but I'm not likely to go back to McDonald's one day

Staff was friendly! One of the ladies working behind the counter saw that I had to much food to carry out to my car and helped me take it all to the car! Also, my family members are very picky so I have to modify a lot of the items we order, this McDonald’s made the food as ordered!

There weren't very many mini donuts and the staff didn't want to give them from the start but we kept asking until there were donuts. But it only had 6 and that was simply not enough.😑
