McDonald's in Langnau im Emmental

I recommend this Mcdonalds, warm service, quick and helpful.

Oskar, the host, is perfectly friendly, always has time for his guests and personally serves the table. I like to take the detour via Langnau i.E. just to take a break at the “Gasthaus zum goldenen M”. Great, keep it up.

Was in the drive and ordered 3 menus but only received fries once. Please always check!

I placed the order via order & pay and placed it as an order via mc drive. When I picked it up I had to drive the car all the way around to get to the speaker, which was confusing for me for the first time. Otherwise the ordering process and handover went well. When leaving the area, traffic was somewhat restricted by the bushes on the left side.

Too few staff, long waiting times. Trash cans are overflowing.

The manager there was really nice and helpful and was also really good at his job and also had the restaurant under control

Mc Drive: We didn't know where to order and drove too far. Sava took our order at the payment station and at the same time nicely explained the "normal" process to us. Very customer friendly, bravo.

Fast food restaurant on January 1st, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the floor of the restaurant didn't look so clean and polished. Unfortunately the food wasn't that good either. Fries were almost unsalted and not necessarily fresh. Ordered Big Tasty Single but got the double (good for me but too much because I also had a burger) Filet O Fish was fresh and delicious! And the bread patties from the burger were cold! The staff is friendly

We ordered a few snacks and ice cream in the evening, the lady at the checkout Cleopatra was very personable and nice, she greeted us very politely and served us. Greetings from Austria/Innsbruck.

Friendly and quick, but they forgot part of the order. Basically, I trust people and I'm aware that mistakes happen, but there wasn't much activity and it wasn't the first time that something was forgotten. Since I already left without checking, I decided not to go by again to get the missing burger or to discuss it.

As an apology for the long wait, the employee wanted to bring some soft ice cream. However, the shift manager didn't think this was so exciting and gave us the choice of either ordering the soft ice cream that the employee wanted to bring as an apology or ordering that. Then there was a snag, which can be viewed somewhat in the direction's favour. At home, however, we noticed that our order was incomplete and all the sauces and other items that we were charged for were not there. I therefore recommend checking the order immediately, otherwise it could happen that you pay something but don't receive it in the end. I think this is then used for shortcomings

I don't think we've been there once in the last six months without the cola being undrinkable. So either the machine is broken or someone has no idea how to do it. It works everywhere in Switzerland, but in Langnau they can't seem to get it done... We won't be coming back until it's fixed.

Some very unfriendly employees. You don't know how the vouchers work. I once received a voucher for a free drink through a survey and they didn't give it to me, even though a customer in front of me was able to redeem the voucher without any problems. It's a shame that you encourage customers to write positive reviews and promise a reward. The food is as you would expect from McDonald's, it doesn't fill you up for long and is a bit expensive.

Burnt burgers and wrong drinks. It must be really difficult to get a whole menu out correctly...

Extremely long waiting times. The employees at MC drive always say that you should wait on the yellow marking even though no one is behind you. But then the food is cold when it arrives at the car.

Unfortunately the food was cold and the burger meat was fried twice to death. It's a shame, McDonald's is losing out on fast food.

We stopped at the McDonald's in Langnau and had a good meal. We ate in front of the restaurant, there were tables and chairs in front of the restaurant and it was still pretty warm. The food was even brought to the table, very friendly staff. We were completely satisfied, what more could you want with good food and friendly staff!

I was in this Mc Donut branch on a Monday evening. I sat at the table for half an hour and there was no service staff, so I inquired and had to order my raclette menu at the checkout and received the raclette cheese in a roll. There were only potatoes In stick form, however, the price was very low. There was no wine and only strange girl music was playing. The toilet was blocked and I didn't get a drink that was supposed to be included in the menu. The sauce tasted like I was shit (which I didn't get at first either). Best regards Aschi Locher

New interior design makes this Mc something special. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is always clean, as are the sanitary facilities. Drive-in, playground and outdoor seating area are available. Food has been good so far. Go and pay a visit.

I asked for extra cheese in my Cheese Burger Royle and there was no cheese in it at all. And the food wasn't royal either. I then wrote to a few people privately and they didn't say anything good either. Conclusion: I'M OUT I also don't like the fact that the employees drank alcohol while working.
