A nasty employee farted in my MC Flurry and then laughed at me. I then pissed in his cash register and got a report. Unfortunately I then had to go to a sobering cell

All families with 2 smallest children are no longer allowed to use the Mac. I have to pay 55fr from the parking lot, children are no longer allowed to go to the playground or eat dessert... Because if you go too slow, you just get stressed and you're no longer allowed to enjoy yourself. My families don't go anymore...

Parking only 1h30min. with families with children is unthinkable. I have a fine of 55Fr. received because I parked there at 2:30. It's unbelievable and a robbery. You can no longer eat dinner in peace, you have to watch the clock. I'm NEVER leaving again!

Everything is fine, but if you park at McDonald's for longer than 1.5 hours, you will receive a bill of 55 sfr from Parkdepot GmbH in Wallisellen in addition to the cost of eating the dessert and coffee, so the cost of a cozy dinner quickly amounts to 100 fr So in short, everyone is welcome at McDonald's, but they should just order quickly, pay and leave. I usually order Sunday with an additional sauce (usually chocolate and caramel)... Didn't work 3 out of 4 times... Today I ordered 2 Sundays (chocolate/caramel & chocolate/strawberry) and specifically asked if it was done that way... I was kindly assured yes... chocolate/strawberry worked, chocolate/caramel wasn't like that... In general, the “personalization” in this MC doesn’t work 90% of the time…whether with burgers or whatever…. Take this function out if you don't take it into account anyway...

The service here is friendly and the food is exactly what you would expect. It has a bit of a tricky entrance towards the drive-through, but it is conveniently located in Kriens 👍🏻

Beware of rip-offs! Today I ordered 20 chicken nuggets from MC Drive with 1x curry and 1x patato sauce. Strangely enough, the two sauces were charged individually even though 4 sauces were included. There can be two reasons for this. 1: Staff is not trained or 2: Cashier wanted to pocket the money for two sauces herself. When I asked, I received four more curry sauces, but at first I was shouted at in an unfriendly manner. At home I noticed that I hadn't received the patato sauce and now I have six curry sauces (yay). Since the cheeseburger was good, it still gets 1 star

Wasting money getting poison into your body

Unfortunately it wasn't that great today. But it was also a lot hectic at that time.

Big and tasty hamburgers. What was less good were the prices. SEK 250 for a decent menu for adults is on the high side and 65% more expensive than the equivalent in Sweden as an example. Otherwise, the service was as it should be and the food was of a high standard.

Not customer friendly at all. The parking space is only allowed for 90 minutes. use. After dinner we treated ourselves to a coffee and dessert and unfortunately ended up staying in the restaurant for 30 minutes longer. 55.-Fri buses. I find that an absolute disgrace.

Everyone is always friendly, but especially Mustafa is the best! - every wish is fulfilled immediately! 🌹

The burger buns are round, the meat is also round, so why can't you stack everything nicely on top of each other? Then just put the cheese in the middle. But the last few times have been a disaster. You can't eat the burger without pushing it around. The rolls are already smaller than before, so you can no longer hold them when thrown in.

It always feels good, unfortunately it doesn't have the same ambience or the fact that you have a place

Burger and chicken sandwiches were delicious, the meat tasted so much better, and the quality was way better than the U.S. a little more expensive but well worth it.

Didn’t give a sauce for salad, what made this salad impossible to eat. Unfortunately we noticed it already at the hotel as we took the food out.

Unfortunately the service is not standard at all. Today, October 21st, 23, I was in the drive at 11:55 p.m. and ordered something, paid and at the pick-up counter I remembered that I still needed a sauce, the lady at the counter and the manager said I had to do one round to get a carry To order sauce. That's just sad and no standard sorry never there again. And the mcchicken weren't fresh.

Parking lot not suitable for trailers 👎🏼

The non-carbonated cola didn't complete the food and this employee (Max) was totally unfriendly and insisted that it was just normal cola even though it had no taste of cola. Mc Donalds is urgently working on your team and quality. Unfortunately there are no 0 stars

Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to file a complaint regarding my visit to your McDonald's branch. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and would like to express my complaint about two specific incidents. Firstly, I was fined for parking time even though I was within the stated time. I used the parking lot properly and was shocked to find that I had been fined. This is not only annoying, but also unfair. I therefore ask you to immediately lift this penalty and give me an explanation for this wrong decision. Secondly, the behavior of some of your employees was extremely unfriendly. When I tried to resolve the issue with the penalty, I was treated rudely and condescendingly by a member of staff. This behavior is unacceptable and contradicts the standards of customer service expected from McDonald's. I expect a proper apology for this inconvenience and measures to improve customer service at your branch. I hope for a quick resolution of this matter and await your response within a reasonable time. If no satisfactory solution can be found, I reserve the right to take further steps.

One of the few McDonald's you'll see with no overcrowding and super quick table service.

This is the third time I've ordered a takeaway and for the umpteenth time my menu wasn't complete, one less hamburger and no bacon. Once is OK, but three times is not. Not recommendable.

The food came quickly, the toilets were clean. There was also a small playground. We were satisfied.

We had ordered Happy Meals for our kids who collect Pokemon cards, the Happy Meals themselves had a Pokemon design but instead of the Pokemon cards there were some Panini football stickers inside. Very cheeky something like that.

If you order a Happy Meal and then the fries are missing... unbelievable!! The accompanying curry sauce for the fries is included... rip off! Luckily the cheeseburger was there...

We don't frequent McDonald's, but since it was a super hot day, we decided to go to McDonald's drive-in. We ordered milkshake and McFlurry ice cream. It was ok! We totally dislike the burgers there as they are way too small and soggy. Fastfood is not my cup of tea!!

An MC like any other when it comes to food, but I have to say I have rarely seen so many employees work so quickly and effectively and also super friendly...that's why 5 stars! Keep it up

Is by far the best McDonald's in Switzerland. Whether on the weekend at lunchtime, you get your food after 3-5 minutes. That's great and the food is always fresh and the employees are great 👍🏽💪🏼

Located just next to Holiday Inn Express hotel. Just across the street. The staff was very kind and helpful, despite the fact that 2 employees understood literally nothing in English. We ordered french fries without salt and they prepared it properly. Also, with such high prices in Switzerland, this spot can be a good alternative if you want some coffee.

Good day. Worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to in my life. Orders take a long time to be placed and customers are then fined if they stay in the park for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. I will never eat at McDonald's again. What poor service and that's what they call customers. We were there with a baby and still they suffer a fine and an impressive lack of respect. 😡😡😡😡😡

I never see an employee rude like RIGON. I check my bag and i saw is missing 2 sauces.. I ask polity this guy to check it and he say okay I check it. I ask again to check the ticket with what is inside.. He say NO I WONT DO IT AGAIN.. surprise... MY COCA COLA was not there.. And he start to swear in Swiss Language... BRAVOOO RIGON... DANGER!!! If you stay longer, look for a QR code. Otherwise you'll get a hefty parking fine! Even though you consumed! This is not a place to stay longer!!

We've been there several times now, but each time something was missing or done wrong. But we never got a response to our report to McDonald's, very disappointed.

Bad service doesn't work exactly

We ordered Frappé several times in a large cup but it wasn't filled enough when we ordered and the service wasn't that friendly.

Since the parking system was changed, you have lost me as a customer. I went to McDonald's at least once a week but obviously they don't want customers to come by car.

There were a lot of people that day. We had to wait over half an hour for the food to arrive. But the employee was very friendly and apologized without being asked.

That was quite the experience. Eating at a foreign McDonald's. Woman at the counter was very nice and patient since I can't speak german, only a few words. Food was delicious. A+

We went to this restaurant for its proximity to our hotel across the street. We were served quickly (table service) we tested things that we don't have in France. At the moment there is no reusable tableware, everything is still packaged in boxes or paper. Everything arrived hot and without forgetting, however, the sauce is not free, ketchupe or mayonnaise, 0.30 chf for a sachet of ketchup is expensive.

Getting drive material goes a long way.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Dessert was forgotten and the wrong tea was given! No more delivery!!

It's a good place to have meals. Not too many people. Good services and it was clean.

There are friendlier and more child-friendly branches in Lucerne without parking buses! Wow, never seen it before! Our app did not accept 2 items at the box. The super nice cashier helped immediately. We were allowed to pay at checkout and she corrected it. I hope the nice lady stays with you for a long time. 🤩

I now ordered food at 8:20 p.m. was supposed to be there at 9:10 p.m.. wasn't there!! and I paid 21 for free! no good lifer service!!! A freedom!

Ordered a double Big Mac, chicken sandwich meal, and a cheesecake. The cheesecake wasn’t tasty but still edible. Got to-go and the service was pretty fast. It has touchscreens for where you can order food and pick up at the counter. There is also a drive-thru as it’s in a suitable location and close to the Holiday Inn Express across the street. In addition close to Migrolino bus station.

It started with the order at the machine, there was no receipt. Then you waited about 20 minutes for your food. I have to say that the staff was very friendly. It wasn't easy for them with so many kids. But the children's circus was well known today. Why don't you hire more staff? So the boss thinks he can save money? Scares away other customers who have to wait forever. It's a shame about the staff who really tried hard. But replace the boss!

I usually go in the evening. Service is always good, staff friendly and food always good. So far I've gotten the right one every time.

Opening hours are not properly adhered to and at 1 a.m. only the drive-in was open. Then on top of that you couldn't place an order if you weren't driving.
