McDonald's in Chur

I was at Mc Donals Chur today, March 30, 2024. I ordered to eat here. When my number was called my food was in a bag. When I told the blonde lady that I had ordered to eat here, she simply handed me the bag. Very indecent and disrespectful. Thanks to the nice young man, I still got a tray. After dinner I wanted her name for an internal complaint and she wouldn't give it to me. I couldn't quite make out the name that was on the name tag. It was something like Razika or something.

The staff are very friendly. This branch is always busy at lunchtime. There is enough parking space across the street.

Unfortunately, I have more and more bad experiences. I don't go to McDonald's regularly. But I get something from there once or twice a month maximum. Since around November last year, things have been missing from the order. Mostly the apple spritzer from the Happy Meal. Today the sauce is missing from the nuggets. Never had these difficulties before. So I could rely on what was ordered being in the bag. Now I probably have to check everything again before I leave the yard. I know you should do that anyway, but it worked before. I am of the opinion that there is a need for action since no one seems to be carrying out a final inspection there.

Very busy McDonald's. As a result, sometimes a bit noisy but always well maintained.

Very nice McDonald's in a pyramid. I've been going there regularly since it's been around. There is an indoor children's sports field with obstacle parking. The outdoor playground no longer exists. It has free covered and uncovered parking spaces as well as paid ones. It has a drive-thru.

Fast food with an acceptable quality-price ratio.

Ordered via Order & Pay didn't work for the first time. The unfriendly staff didn't care as we had to place a new order but the redeemed bonus points were taken away.

Toilet a disaster! Eat everything lukewarm. Apple turnover almost cold.

The food is very good but unfortunately my two butters were not brought. My colleague, a butter fanatic, didn't get his either. Unfortunately, those who order butter don't get it. Very unfortunate.

A big minus for the Big Tasty. Nowadays the Big Tasty sandwich has become "SMALL TASTY" The bread of the sandwich is increasingly smaller and even the sandwich itself! Once upon a time you knew when you ordered Big Tasty, the sandwich was really Big! Today, it has become smaller than the Big Mac.

The food is actually quite okay, like in any McDonalds. But the collaboration with Uber eats, where it almost never works and afterwards you only have theater, is a completely self-perpetuating, reputation-damaging thing. Today my order didn't arrive after 1.5 hours. Mc employees couldn't even give me a contact for the company, which you can't find anywhere online. Little interest in customer service, not in the future. Sorry to the uninvolved.

Large, perhaps a little dated, but within the standard

Unfortunately, it was only in the Obere Au (truck parking lot) that I noticed that the fries were missing from my menu... 1 burger 🍔 1 fries 1 drink should be possible to bring in a bag... obviously it wasn't extra, but still very annoying and just paid 16.90 Sfr for a burger and a drink.... I can't just drive the truck back quickly...

Worst drive in service ever. Guy at window 2 should be banned from the “back office” and direct customer contact.

We have raised the bar on unfresh and rubbery fries. A quality like from the compost. Thanks for the dirty meal.

You will always receive a very friendly welcome here❤️. The service and dishes are always at a high level. Very pleasant atmosphere even when the restaurant is full. I like to come here just for a drink and a chat. The parking options are also really good. Highly recommended, even just in transit👍 THANK YOU to the whole team

McDonald's is always somewhat the same. The healthiness of the food is crucial in the evaluation. The service was very friendly! Everything was clean!

Quiet place and the food was done well.

Worst service ever I got here, extremely rude and racist staff, I only asked for some sugar and she said you already have one and gave me one more sachette with a really rude behavior. Also, I had a question regarding the menu which she did not help me with.

As a chef, I have rather unrealistic expectations, even from fast food chains. Especially to larger international companies. I am aware that the quality cannot be really good due to the price. However, since I don't want to touch a single kitchen utensil on my day off, I don't have a huge selection. Taste is artificial, not really made with love and it's always the same. Nevertheless, I always find it admirable how the creation and further development of “Mäcces” has now become a part of society. So I can recommend this fast food chain for the target group, even if 90% of all people who only have some experience in cooking could make better burgers and meals. Nevertheless, laziness wins and you treat yourself to it every now and then, even if it's not gourmet 😉. Enjoy it 🔥

A bit old, dark and generally not very comfortable

Real juice shop. Waited an hour for food and then they say it can't be, they're rude and you won't get your money back.

The whole store was dirty, including the staff and the food. Ordered 3 burgers. 2x chicken burgers and 1 bigmac. The bigmac never arrived despite a 1 hour wait and half of the salad in the chicken burger was uncut. Fries were cold and soggy. When we brought attention to the BigMac matter. What happened right after our food arrived was that we were told by a member of staff that he would come later. Time passed and when we were about halfway through we went again. Same thing we were asked to wait. We ended up sitting there waiting for an hour. When we wanted to leave we wanted the money back for the BigMac. The boss herself came to us because the other employees hardly spoke German, end of story the boss denied that we had ordered it and said it wasn't possible and asked why we didn't come straight away... the conclusion doesn't go that way. Go to Burgerkinf or a McDonald's branch where non-borderline idiots work who are unable to prepare good food, let alone take the order correctly.

I rarely go there, but I see that everything is perfectly organized. Also good quality and cleanliness.

The toilets should be cleaned better!

Great location next to the highway including an indoor playground. There is a deduction for the two separate orders. Wrong sundae delivered and the other one forgot the chicken nuggets. Both paper machines in the men's and women's toilets are broken. Hands could not be dried.

The loading is poor. Burger King is better than that shit. Anti-social interaction with the customer, bro I mean if you have a job on the bag, it's better in the school.

Chicken burgers with fries, cola and ice cream tasted good.

Standard fast food shop. Burgers are squashed and not very fresh. Fries were soft and almost unsalted. The drink was non-carbonated, but I was given a new drink when I asked for a new one.

Fast, delicious food that is, after all, fast food. The pyramid in Chur is open and beautiful and the employees are nice. The food is mostly fresh and has a good taste.

The simplest order cannot be executed without errors. “Crispy Chicken Tenders” were ordered and typed, but they packed “Chicken Wings”. It would be somewhat excusable if there had been a huge rush in McDrive, which wasn't the case. Unfortunately I only noticed the error when I got home.

The federal employees forgot Cola. Unfortunately, these federal employees have dark eyebrows, which of course explains why it was forgotten.

The McDonald's Pyramid in Chur is one of humanity's most famous and oldest preserved structures. They are on the southern edge of the city of Chur. Which is flowed through by the river Plessur. This McDonald's Pyramid is the only surviving one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. It has been a world cultural heritage site since 1979. You can also order food there. I think it's a great thing.

Mega fresh chicken nuggets and the burgers were also really fresh. Served with a very friendly greeting and with parking right outside the door ideal for a snack on the way to the nearby ski areas ⛷️⛷️

That was one of the weirdest experiences I've had in a Macdonalds. Firstly the controls didn't work which was bad.

I think this Mac is particularly good. He is also always well looked after. Actually there's nothing bad I can say. McDrive is super cool😂😂😅😅☺️☺️

Pretty stressed mood and when asked if you could have some more mayonnaise, I was pretty rude. I understand that you have a lot on your mind at lunchtime, but you shouldn't neglect your friendliness and let it out to the customer.

Quick break and then on the road

Demanding more and more money but giving out cold food in Mc Drive. It was already known that 50% of it was lukewarm. But the fact that the food is ice cold (Big Tasty) is a complete disgrace. Never go to this McDonalds again. Not a single bite of it is worth tasting. 0 stars would be the word stars too many!!! 😭🤢🤮

We had booked a children's birthday party. It's bad when a person is let loose on children and you immediately notice that they can't do anything with kids and don't even know German properly. She didn't even know the name of the birthday child and even had to ask who the birthday child was when the cake was served and the cake was placed on the material cart, so we had to lift our celebrating child especially so that he had any chance of blowing out the candles. So once and never again in this Mac.

Let me start off by saying I'm a big fan of McDonald's but this one of the worst restaurants I ate in period! The menu is confusing payed more than for a big Mac to get the same sized burger without tomatoes, onion, lettuce... Tiny 20g ketchup bags cost 0.3 CHF each. Drink came with no cup lid or a straw and it wasn't even busy so no excuse for that. No one's speaks English and when I asked to change or get a refund they had to make a scene instead just changing the burger and asked me to pay for a new burger! eventually after I had to argue with them they "kindly" threw some lettuce and a tomato inside the burger.. needles to say i ate it cold and was very disappointed from the overall experience.. I'll definitely recommend checking out burger king or any other restaurant before eating here..

Today I had a mc flurry, it smelled very strange and strangely enough I now have a stomach ache. But that's not the only thing that's wrong because the benches aren't completely clean either...😡

Very expensive, WLAN cannot be used for Germans because an SMS has to be delivered first, but this cannot go through with roaming tariff 1

a bit disappointing, within 10 minutes 2 orders (1x McDrive & 1x for our order) with missing items.... there were about 4 customers in the branch, so not exactly rush hour....

Unfortunately very disappointing. Incompetent staff, unfriendly and there is no mention of “fast” food here. Low food is a better fit. It amazes me that this Mac still has high customer traffic. The comments here speak for themselves. There are always and everywhere dissatisfied customers, of course. But when there are so many, you should talk about the books.

Waited at the checkout...no one came for 10 minutes...until the order was ready...gone for another 10 minutes. Never seen a McDonalds like this.

Big Taty (was so lovingly prepared in a box and then in a hamburger bun) in the menu without fries. But with Caesar salad (can be done without a fork) the Cola Kamm without ice (when asked, the waiter said, "there would have been some inside"). ) yes I also waited a long time for the food, 40 minutes.

Spoke really good English and were very helpful despite us not speaking any German at all.
