My last 5 orders are wrong, 2 double cheeses to take away and they manage to forget 1... Several complaints without even having received answers, to be avoided

Too many kids (employees) in this McDonald's, so it lacks framework. The burgers appear to be thrown out of their boxes. Every time I ordered a smoothie, the straw was always missing!! You have to save money, but you are making your customers drunk!!!!

An order is never complete even when eating on site! In addition, is it always in this establishment that the ice cream machine is broken?? ....I rather think that they are too lazy to clean it, since it breaks down almost twice a month, or even more... it will be time to resolve the problem 😂

Don't bother trying the banana smoothie. The taste was so strong that I had to throw it away, waste of money and waste of food. Not to mention the atmosphere reserved for us by the teenagers in distress at McDonald's, whose staff did not even dare to intervene despite the start of a fight.

The kitchen itself has no problem just my hamburger was destroyed it looks like someone jumped on it my fries were cold soggy without salt and they didn't even want to change them for me because apparently they were very very good. realize ? The service was pretty good, just the person didn't say bon appetit to me and that upset me. There was no atmosphere, people were calm, he was eating and there were people chewing with their mouths open and very loudly and it really bothered me plus they forgot the sauce and made me pay for it again because I had thrown my chewing gum in my ticket so it couldn't read this is unacceptable for a sauce at 40 cents

Miserable experience with the person responsible for taking orders at the drive-thru around 8:30-35 p.m. Never seen such a lack of professionalism. Head to another fast food restaurant.

I ask a person working on site why my slipper was not displayed on the terminal, slipper that I had in the free app and why it disappeared along with my points. The person's response is that it's done on purpose so that you use the terminals but have to place your orders on the phone. Great, I don't want to and she tells me that's how it is. As a Belgian, I have never eaten such good McDonald's!! I recommend the Chili Bacon Raclette. The price nevertheless remains very high... (17 francs for the menu, it’s stinging but hey, it’s Switzerland)

The ice creams are not filled at all with m&ms or ice cream, for the price it's rubbish!! We make a mistake every time and we forget our sauces and the burgers are put in the packages haphazardly!

CHF 50.- from McDonald's which goes in the trash because their incompetent employees don't know how to put a Coke correctly in the bag. A Big Mac and Fries soaked in Coke is not great for that price and on the bench to boot

Received a finished Mc Chicken for me. The 1 loaf was missing from both. Not very practical for eating and suddenly it's no longer a burger but a slice of bread with chicken. So the quality control isn't great there.

For once the presentation of the food wasn't as fearful as we're used to in McDonald's.... we need to review the cleanliness of the toilets (it sucks!) This Good Friday I went to the McDonald's in Cheseaux Of course I really don't go there often but I don't find it normal that the tables and benches (inside) are so dirty and that no one cleans them. Ok if it was time for the big rock I could still understand but I'm talking about 3:00 p.m. so no big rock, we put the tray on a really dirty table. It's not because it's a fast food restaurant that we have to leave the tables and benches dirty. And what's more, why is it always cold in this McDonald's?

Ate a menu at 4 p.m. It was 0 degrees outside and the door remained open throughout our meal. The service took time, there were few customers and enough staff. The menus were brought to us completely cold. After complaining we were served hot fries and we ate with our coats on.

Not once has an order at the drive-thru been correct. And looking at the comments here, they are the champions for that.
