The food was ordered by car and was ready quickly, but the food was a little too cold for my taste. Otherwise it wasn't bad for a fast food chain.

I had dinner there yesterday with my family. Everything tasted good except for the salad. It had a funny aftertaste. 2 hours later I was just throwing up, stomach cramps and diarrhea! No, I don't have the flu, I have full-blown food poisoning!! If the salad is delivered on Thursday you should 1. store it well and 2. check it! Thank you Never again!! I still have all the receipts! Friendly staff, the food is always warm, hot and fresh. Never had a bad meal.

I was at MC drive and ordered 3 double cheeseburgers. These were nothing special. But ok if you're hungry.

The best MCDONALD'S there is, very funny employee, always cheerful and very nice, 😃 Lately we have had to realize that everything is no longer running smoothly, there is a very long wait, no paper at the machine and when you say something they get angry and they believe it It's almost impossible to remember that you ordered anything, even when it came to dessert, there was only a small amount of ice cream. I'm still speechless. I ate a delicious burger this week and wanted to eat it again today. Suddenly they said it wasn't available anymore. They showed which one then said they don't have any more sauce. I've never experienced anything like that. It's better to write it down, but otherwise the service is good much better than in summer

Our cat hates vets, this vet has some other rumors in the practice, Gizmo was so calm, we never did, the vet was able to clean the dirty ears without anesthesia. I can only recommend a veterinarian like this. Every question I had was answered, super empathetic and knew what the concerns of pet owners felt very well. Go on like that.

I order big mac they bring me big mac royale with pork (haram) say that I ordered something different they ignore me and after a few minutes they said we will bring others they gave but only took out pork meat and gave it to me

Nice staff and clean atmosphere

The branch is relatively large, well compared to the one we normally go to, it's almost twice as big. The star deduction is because there is only a playground outside. Given the size, there would easily have been a small corner for the children. Our K1 can hold on to the table well, but there were others who ran and climbed around the tables. Of course, this is primarily a matter for the parents, not the staff, but if there was something to do they wouldn't be running around the whole branch. The space outside is roughly the same structure as the others. Food came quickly.

Worst McDonald's in Switzerland. Staff is extremely unfriendly and slow. As well as demotivated and disrespectful. I ordered 1 medium menu and another McVeggie and waited 47 minutes according to the timer. There were a maximum of 10 people in the store that Tuesday evening. Then opened it at home and there were no fries or sauce, the wrong drink, and the two McVeggies were Mc Chicken in McVeggie paper... that shouldn't happen! Luckily I come from Wil SG and was just visiting Grenchen. Compared to Wil, you NEVER wait more than 3-7 minutes NO MATTER how full the store is.

I've been here a few times and have always received my food quickly. I can't complain about the service, it's always very friendly.

BANNED IN HOUSE DUE TO COMPLAINTS 😂 So I didn't know that man You are not allowed to complain if the order has been paid for but not received in full. The only question that came up was that they complained too much Well then do your job right🤷🏻‍♀️ During the drive I noticed that nine chicken nuggets were missing, so I had to go back to get the nine chicken nuggets. The boss then said to me "Do you have a hole in your bag!!?" Dear employees, I don't know whether you are trained or even have a degree, but respect is the be-all and end-all, the customer is king!! After a telephone conversation with the managing director, I will now write my opinion because one way or another I was accused of having written a bad review at Google. The employees are a disaster, zero motivation, every order is wrong, you order without a cucumber but the cucumber is there. Even after mentioning several times that I was allergic to cucumbers, the employees removed the cucumber with their fingers and so I was allowed to go to the emergency twice. Unfortunately you can't speak to the employees or to the managing director. He threatened to report me over the phone because he had taken me in, dear Mr. Gubler, I know that you are reading this if you want to report me, but I will also report you because you have taken me in without my knowledge and without my permission and even if they pretend to be so intelligent they should know that you are not allowed to take anyone in without their consent. I don't know how they prepare the food, but if anyone wants to have a stomach ache, they're welcome to go there. I had a stomach ache and green stools after eating and I'm not allergic to anything.

Every time the food is unsalted. I don't know what they're doing in the back but I have a stomach ache every time. Even though it's a "fast food" chain, I always wait 20-30 for the food to arrive, even if there aren't any customers there, and I don't even have to start with the "good" mood

The employees are VERY unsympathetic and rude, even though they didn't have that many orders, they didn't serve the cash register. In the end, I lost my appetite and crumpled up the piece of paper and shot it in front of the cash register. If employees don't feel like working, they should stay at home. This little blonde also looked at me strangely. What an impudence, I would rather starve than come back here. NOT RECOMMENDED

This MC Donald's was voted the worst Mac in Switzerland twice. And when I look at the prices, I'm almost hungry! The next time you go to Europapark Rust, stop by the MC Donald's on the way home and look at the prices almost 40-50% cheaper, fast and friendly service! Example: Cheeseburger Switzerland 2.5 francs/Germany mostly 1 euro/taste no difference!! We Swiss are milked like cows because we are rich!

I would say it's not the worst but definitely not the best MD either. Apart from friendliness and service, there is a lot of room for improvement.

The food tastes like any other McDonald's and the lid of the cola wasn't on properly and the service was disheartening and you had to wait 30 to 60 minutes for 20 chicken nuggets and a cola.

Staff not focused and sometimes very unfriendly... Was here for the last time today, even though I live in Grenchen, I'm going to Mc Donald in Zuchwil!!!!!!!

We would like to eat on this restaurant. It was around 15:00 o’clock, March 13, 2023. There were only 2 costumers inside,quiet empty,but we could not find a clean table , that’s why I clean the table with tissues and alcohol and the worker even just watch at me doing her job.I go to her and order but she told me that I should do that by myself in the Display..I told her that I have difficulty to use the display, ask her if I could order to her in the cashier..but with an unfriendly respond No….She should help anyone especially older person like me… It was not a busy time and she can even control and clean the tables.but she prefers to talk with her colleagues.. .This is the first time that I was rejected to pay directly to the cashier. So we left. I do hope the Manager of this restaurant will give her a lesson to send her to the school or train her how to deal with Clients..

When I have my Ük I always come to this McDonalds. The staff is super nice and the food is always hot and not cold like in other McDonald's.

Worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Regardless of whether you order from McDrive or from a vending machine, the employees there are simply incapable of packing the simplest orders correctly. The last 3 times I was there, at least 2 things were wrong, and the last time I ordered everything I ordered was wrong. But on the enclosed receipt the order was correct... I hope this juice shop in Grenchen closes soon and makes room for a decent fast food restaurant!

Drive in was empty, restaurant hardly attended. Ordered 6 burgers, one was missing. The three sauces that were ordered were not included either. Always check carefully, it's not the first time something is missing. Unfortunately, I forgot to check and only noticed it when I got home... money gone...

Good McDonald's sometimes went there to have a McFlurry after BMXing on the pump track next door.

There is an employee at MCDrive who always works on weekends. Young, dark curly hair. IS ALWAYS TOTALLY NAUGHTY, RUDE, HARDLY SAYS HELLO, THANKS CIAO NOTHING. JUST NAUGHTY, EVERY TIME!!!! You ask for a tube or the forgotten sauce, fries, etc. The answer is always: "WHAT?" Are you crazy? It's not your fault that you don't like your job. We are decent so please be that too. Something is forgotten every time we are at the counter with him....

I go to this McDonald's about 3-5 times a year to get food. Within the last two years the order was not complete four times. It's such a hassle, especially when you first notice it at home. Recently again on 12/2/22 at around 11-12 p.m. Another car was in the drive through, but the employees still seemed overwhelmed to get the order out correctly.

Long waiting times, difficult to get what you ordered correctly

No McDonald's nearby has unmotivated employees like this branch, even though Gubler is the boss of several branches. Also very difficult to understand how food can be missing in every second order. .....As compensation for 30 minutes of lost time and a meal without fries and sauces, I was promised a free menu on my next visit. Very bad dealing with customers
