Well stocked and quick table service

Thanks again for spilling the drink on my clothes and thanks again for NO compensation. It can happen to anyone, of course, but a snack wouldn't have hurt the McDonald's company! Every restaurant would have a bad conscience, but no, not you... never again!

In McDrive they claimed the drink was in their bag and asked specifically. However, that wasn't true. I paid for a menu and only saw it when I got home that the drink wasn't there as claimed. I was the only one in the Mcdrive so no stress, nothing, but not everything was given.

I was there yesterday and ordered Sunday ice cream from Mc Drive. Unfortunately, I had to watch as the boss there stuck his hand into Sunday and did something with it. The employee told him we can't give it out like that and they both laugh about it. She then redid it and I told her I would never come back. I understand employees & customers to be fun, but when I have to watch the BOSS stick his HAND into my Sunday and put something in it and then they laugh about it... simply DISRESPECT!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Good food in a friendly environment, enough seats. Service was helpful.

The only thing is that it is already the second time that the sandwich on the menu is served cold!!!… And this is unacceptable

It's a very friendly staff. There is a lot of attention paid to cleanliness, which I really appreciated.

Afterwards we still had to deal with digestion. However, we rarely eat at mc's & Co. The employee who brought us the order was very friendly.

Food ok but service a disaster, I ordered 3 McChicken and didn't get any

I am a regular McDonalds visitor, but I was disappointed on Saturday. At 00:20 we wanted to enter the McDonalds, but the door was closed. The opening times said that it was open until 3 a.m. and there was a sign next to it that said the store itself was only open until 12:30 a.m. (which it wasn't). So we were sent to the drive-through on foot in the cold, even though it was snowing. We were also sent on there several times and all the cars were brought ahead of us. Finally, we were finally served by an employee who wasn't particularly friendly. According to him, the offer that we previously saw on a display board was only available on the app and he had no patience for it. The food was okay, but unfortunately the McDonalds in Gossau didn't really leave a good impression on me.

There was something crazy on Thursday at 8 o'clock in the evening, 2 cheeseburgers when I wanted to eat at home, both cheeseburgers had no meat in them, cheeky something like that

NOT open 24 hours a day, absolute rip off and false information!!!

Opening hours are not correct, it says 3 a.m. and open 24 hours on Sundays but they closed at half past one

Waited over 7 minutes for 1x Latte Macchatto and small cola, the rest of the table was occupied by people who had ordered food after me, came before me. Bad slow service, Arbon better.

Every time we go to Mc-Drive there is something veggie to pack.. I will never come here to order again and I recommend it to others too...

We ordered and waited at the table for more than 30 minutes. The unbelievable has never happened. Cold food arrived and the whole order was wrong. It's getting worse and worse

35min waiting time for an order from 2 people, not exactly fast food.

Unfortunately I can't give anything other than one star. Apart from the fact that the employees' knowledge of German wasn't exactly good, we had to wait for a very long time and the burger was thrown together very carelessly, there were also really annoying things like an order that wasn't completed and the lid not closed properly. Unfortunately the cola spilled all over the car seat... I understand that a job at McDonald's isn't the best, but these employees are also paid and you would think that they would get a minimum standard of service. Unfortunately, that is by no means the case and the word “incompetent” is a nice wording. I do NOT wish the ladies who served us so poorly here a nice evening.

The burgers are freshly prepared, the salad is good, the coffee is hot, the staff is very friendly, the place is clean, but... No Order&Pay and I personally don't like the location.

Usual quality. Friendly staff. Busy on weekends. Fast service. Free parking spaces available.

After work was done, we were looking forward to visiting McDonald's again. But then the disillusionment. Unfortunately, we were very rudely expelled from the restaurant because of the food law. Our dog was with us and was served with a water bowl during our last visit about a week ago, which we welcomed and found very accommodating. It's a shame that we had to go through this experience, but we will now avoid MC Donald's as much as possible.

The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, all the tables are usually very dirty.

Not recommendable!!! Simply disgusting staff, unfriendly and anti-social...We would be completely ripped off with our change...for that we would be sold 5 pieces of ice cream that had significantly less content than the one in the monitor...rip off shop

I'm starting to think it's really naughty!!! It's ok that you don't speak DE perfectly, but I repeated the order 5 times and still didn't have half of what I ordered and it was wrong!!!! Firstly I was missing Mc Flurry, I went back again and then I came home 2 Mc Flurry wrong, I keep unpacking and half of it is missing!

These two stars are very generous. I was with you today and ordered food for 50 francs, a Sunday and an apple pie, both of which were not in the bag. I'm disappointed, of course the store was very full, but that's still just not possible. (Edited April 7, 2023) I didn't get a receipt for the 65 franc order, a Bicmac menu and 6 nuggets weren't included!!! So please, we even mentioned it about the nuggets. He looked at our order and saw what was supposed to be there, looked in the bags and just said yes, only the 6 nuggets were missing from the bigmac. He didn't say that... (only noticed that when he got home Big Mac is missing) please, that's getting annoying.

So it really can't be that difficult to actually pack what you ordered, right? You have an order list, so pack everything up. Otherwise I'll check it. In the queue. While others wait. And I take my time...

Always look in the bag first, something is often forgotten.. disappointing..

Food quite good! Unfortunately, when we picked it up by car, the apple strudel we ordered was not packed for the third time in a short space of time. Very annoying because checking on site is not practical due to waiting customers. By the way, it's always on the bill, but not packed. Orders should definitely be checked by staff upon delivery. We rely on it....👎

Was there for a bitte as we had some time on our hands and were hungry. Getting to the point, both burgers were hot, plenty of sauce and freshly cut salads.. which were actually falling out! Have not seen this much amount of Mac burger in a while! Macdonald's Wil and Abtwil can send their staffs here for training in the kitchen n service! Would have given 5 stars but for that little drafty table by the door.. keep it up! 👍🏼

Bigmac has a lot of sauce, which I enjoy. The tables are quite crowded near the door

We ordered a double big tasty and a big mac both in the menu and with my double big tasty we only received 1 piece of meat and with the big mac we only got a small drop of sauce and we waited almost 30 minutes even though there was almost nothing going on.. . That's really a pity

We just drank coffee on the terrace there. But we also went to the restaurant because you had to order yourself. The service was absolutely friendly and even brought treats outside for our dog. The view is beautiful and the restaurant is also very nicely decorated. The menu reads well and we will eat there soon. Hence the 4 stars, but it could still be 5.

Entrance at night almost invisible to the driving orders process well organized nuggets with hot sauce pomfrite and cola unfortunately no tomato sauce and they didn't even ask otherwise a pile for it

It's drafty in here and the temperature is always quite cold. Ordering via the app doesn't work at all here. The service does not see any orders received. Price/performance = expensive/ok

Burger (ordered without bread) was assembled incorrectly, after this was pointed out the burger was replaced with no problem and assembled correctly this time. Great go on!

Good place for quick food, whether restaurant or drive-thru. It's just not that easy to reach without a car.

Nice clean restaurant (probably because it was empty) but quite possibly the worst McDonalds food I've ever had. The breakfast menu was so limited and the cook only had three orders to make up. All three were made fresh but took so long that they were luke-warm when we received them.

Never been so disappointed. Both had stomach aches, lettuce was limp, meat was cold, chicken nuggets were dry like 4 days bread!

Whenever I go to a Mc, I prefer to go here. They stir the Mcflury properly and the orders are prepared quickly as it should be at a fast food restaurant.

Employees unprepared for opening time, I was the only customer at 10:10 and had to wait forever for the food.

Website says the store is closed, but also says they are open until 3 a.m. (This is also on Google Maps) no one answered the phone and in the end the branch was closed.

Typical McDonalds, order was good and staff was very nice. But the fries were saltier than usual and the lid was missing when drinking (don't know if that's actually normal there).

At first I thought everything would be okay... but then the burger gave me diarrhea and a stomach ache. The lid on the drink was also missing. I'll never go to McDonald's Gossau again
