They prepared food without gloves on, touching everything and everywhere who knows how much they wash there hands and the stuff.

I never really write Google reviews but this store is awesome! I have never eaten at such a good McDonald’s. Everything is always fresh and juicy. I've never experienced food at a McDonald's being prepared with so much love. All the employees were super friendly. Really great team! Keep it up!

It used to be better. Often in the Solothurn region the food is cold and it takes ages to arrive! It was simply better with personal service and payment at the checkout!

I ordered a cheeseburger, personalized so that I only received the cucumber... The employee came to me very angry and told me not to waste my money so stupidly :( I just wanted to make the employees laugh a little, but some people are way too uptight.

I just wanted my 9 chikennuggets but I got a happy meal with 4 chikennuggets and a cheap plastic toy. Do you seriously think I want a happy meal. This is an underexposed cheap shed that is absolutely not recommended.

Wow, such poor customer service. Wanted an ice coffee. Ok, the ice cream maker is broken and you can't make it. When I asked if she could make me a coffee at this point like she used to (because coffee and a soft ice cream machine worked). I got a 3 minute lecture about the sweetness of the new coffee. I then told her I didn't care because of the sweetness and whether she would make me such a cool coffee and the answer was a clear no. I don't need a lecture about the cutie, especially if she doesn't want to make an alternative. Clearly a no go.

A standard McDonald's restaurant with the usual things to eat. There are the terminals where you can order ahead or you can go straight to the cash desk and order with a real human being. There's also a coffee corner, and the place is neat and tidy. It is also accessible by wheelchair. You can order at the coffee corner without having to use the touchscreen terminal.

Hello There are employees who behave very disrespectfully because of petty things. I'm not satisfied and it's not cleaned enough but the food is very good 👍

Juice shop! Just sickening. No people in sight and you wait 15 minutes for your food, which is logically cold afterwards. Always dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned for days. If you're nearby, I definitely recommend the Mc Donald's in Zuchwil.

I ordered a menu and it took much longer than usual, I would have understood if there had been a big rush but there wasn't that much going on there. And the tables weren't clean either, the staff came across as dreamy.

Very rude staff. I wanted to buy a warm salad and got a frozen one. When I wanted to report this, it was only possible in English and I wasn't helped at all. I just lost 14.-. It's a real shame, never again

Went to the MC near the train station on Good Friday. It was very dirty everywhere. Not only the tables but also the chairs were sticky. At the front entrance all the chairs were so dirty that it was impossible to sit. We then sat at the back and watched as the guests cleaned the tables with tissues over and over again. Just very scary!!!!!

Unfortunately (unlike other McDo's), this branch is a bit dingy every time you visit. Tables not cleaned, floors not clean, the toilet wasn't clean on the last visit. It's a shame, because the employees are nice and the quality of the food is okay.

Had to wait 45 minutes and then half of them weren't there. The burgers weren't as fresh as usual either. At least the staff was friendly.

It's a McDonald's. I'm neither thrilled nor disappointed. It's what I expect from an Mc, nothing more but nothing less either.

McDonalds is really the last resort. Not even soy milk is available. The largest fast food company that offers the least cruelty-free food. Every person should avoid McDonald.

Ordered a happy meal with a cheeseburger. But got a burger without cheese. + received without toys. It must have happened for the third time. Nothing against foreigners, but please have a good knowledge of German at the checkout. Happens often.

I was in the branch on Saturday and asked for packs and cups for a school play. With a “No, we won’t do that.” I was rejected. Service is different. Today I was in Zuchwil and got the things without any problems. Very friendly staff and good service. The 2 minute longer journey time is worth it.

Everyone, really all the employees there are extremely nice. In this case the young lady is much more likely to be the problem. How well she didn't put up with it. Luckily I only ordered a small Vanilla Frappee to take away. But never again... The frappee tastes of vanilla and banana, depending on where you drank. It was warm and thick at the bottom and normal at the top. And extremely sweet. The employee called out my number so quietly that I almost didn't hear it. Please make the frappee a little less sweet McDonalds. And train the staff better or take a refresher course. Thanks !

I've been to many bad McDonald's restaurants, but this one disappoints me every time... firstly, you always wait longer than average and then get lukewarm, limp fries. Every time the employees forget at least part of the order. Apple turnovers were both cold and probably from the morning or something... I recommend anyone who wants to eat in McDonald's not to do so in Solothurn.

I ordered a hot chocolate with lactose-free milk but the employee didn't pay attention to my words and used regular milk. Then I said it was to take away, and he gave me a completely open glass with the consequence that while I was walking outside, obviously some of the drink fell on the floor. Always huge delays in orders (10+ minutes) today even waited almost 20 minutes. Staff often seem overwhelmed, nervous and unprofessional. Of 15 orders, around 8 were incorrect. (Forgotten extras, wrong or no fries, IceTea instead of Coke) Especially at the train station there is often less than 15 minutes left to wait. Recommend Mc Donalds Zuchwil, has parking, drive-thru and is not surrounded by alcoholics.
