Unavailable MC muffin 3 weeks !!!

Cream wasn't included with the coffee even though I chose 2x cream when personalizing it. Now I can drink it black...

5 years ago it was 2 stars...now tried again...they actually managed to get even worse. - Drive in personal does not confirm the order. - You don't get a receipt at the payment window (and of course you 100% have to wait behind it on the PP because they don't have anything ready) - Order checked, unfortunately wrong again - the understaffed crew would pass well as the cast of Idiocracy. - the burgers are so carelessly put together...that something like that can still be called McDonalds? (where are the audits?!) ...that's it...bye, bye...until in 5 years I might do this to myself again in a very weak moment.

03/2/2024 after lunch we were at poppy seeds, we were very unhappy, the guy collected the order for a very long time and not carefully, did not put the right sauces and mixed up which potatoes, there were 3 menus, but he collected it as for 1. The potatoes were cold.

One star but not worth it! Deplorable service, very unpleasant, we waited more than 30 minutes to be served, it doesn't keep up with the pace, it makes mistakes in the orders and what's more it speaks badly to you, it slams the products on the trays because it's not happy. Things were so slow that at 9 p.m., they closed the terminals and at 9:10 p.m. refused to serve customers. Change jobs if you can't do it!

Why do people go to the MC Drive? Because they probably don't have time and it should be quick.. This MC Drive has nothing to do with it.. because of 4 ridiculous cheeseburgers I was asked to wait behind the McDonald's at 4:45 p.m a lot of people go to the MC...I would learn to work expeditiously...ridiculous

Receiving chicken instead of veggie for the second time - not the end of the world for me, but something like that should NEVER happen!

Card reader did not work for 2 machines, and they gave a different code at the desk versus shown on screen so the food was almost cold when picked up. Pretty dissapointing

We've seen many fast food places, but this is by far the worst. Ordering from the machine is unreasonable. 3 machines at the entrance/passage. You look in vain for a place to stand and wait. After ordering, you go to the counter to wait for your food. Employee motivation has been missing for years. If you have your tray with food, you have to carefully weave your way through the people waiting and hope that the food doesn't get knocked out of your hands. After all, nobody takes anyone into account and you are the only important customer... When you finally reach your place with your food, hello. The frying oil is old and urgently needs to be changed. The fries and also the nuggets were horror. The burger was good, but only because we left out some ingredients and it was put together especially for us. The drinks are disgusting. The cola and also the iced tea were 🤢. Just awful. We only give one star because the toilets were "clean". We won't be heading to this MC anymore.

The cool thing is that the kitchen is separated by a wall.

Fries tasteless. Not enough sauce in the burger. 2 things were prepared incorrectly. We were able to exchange the wrong burger. Cleanliness was okay.

Order Mc Drive, Saturday, December 9, 23, 2:15 p.m Chicken honey mustard: was it yesterday? Floury, almost cold and disgusting... Fries & Cheeseburger: cold and rubbery... Disappointing, unfortunately we were already on the highway. A next time? - No thanks!

Mc Drive sends everyone to the waiting area, fast food means eating quickly. I can wait 20 minutes in a restaurant, but I won't be served lukewarm food.

I am very disappointed with the service. I don't expect much but you could expect respect. I complained because we ordered with the app QR code where it is available, my 2 friends and I ordered for ourselves and not a little because we found good offers. My two friends scanned this code with their cell phones and everything seemed to work perfectly. An MC Chicken for 9.90 Chf instead of 14.90 and the other colleague also did the deal with her cell phone + chicken nuggets 2x 6 packs on the app promotion 2 for 1 so we should only pay 7.10Chf instead of 14.20Chf. I came at the end and wanted to order a small menu of Mc Chicken, normal price 12.90, the price went up, so everything looked ok to me. When the order arrived there were 2 menus, my menu wasn't there at all, just the complete order without any discounts. Then I went to the checkout, tried to clarify the situation with a polite young man with curly hair and glasses, he wanted to help me. Then came Bega, probably the team leader. Directly aggressive and unresponsive and we then argued. She asked to show the code, my friend showed her the code and she ignored it and made us look completely stupid. An absolute no go. Of course we made a mistake and used 2 different cell phones because we didn't know it wouldn't work, and yes that was a mistake on our part, but can't mom say that decently? Not in a very unfriendly way and also very disrespectful that it is our own fault. We would never have ordered so much if it hadn't been for this campaign... this lady, Ms. Bega, treated me very dismissively and saw our codes, which have now expired, and didn't come to meet us. My friend ordered my menu again out of good will and paid the full price again of 14.90Chf without any accomodation from Mrs. Bega or McDonald's, and left me an apple strudel at the table for 2.00Chf, which I can't eat because I'm allergic to apples react.. So I paid a total of around 55.00Chf in the end. My friends tried it and didn't like it at all. I think it's an absolute mess, zero courtesy, not at all. What did she want to see the expired code for? She still didn't refund it to us. Absolutely nothing. I would now like to say goodbye to this juice shop and will never visit a Mcc again. I can avoid the fast food from there. Congratulations you have each lost 3 good customers. Thank you Ms. Bega for the extremely poor service!!! Never Again Mc..

At the drive thru, we ordered Veggi burger menu. 3 times confirmed when placing order. What did I get? Chicken burger. Also no receipt. Couldnt do anything as I already drive thu.

Fuchsberg location: every time you have to go to the waiting area today even for 2 burgers. Really difficult with small children in the car and then you wait forever. If someone moves their bottom outside, you can be lucky if they don't fall asleep standing up.

We recommend the Swiss original McFlurry. The prices are high, so you might be surprised if you compare the prices with Japan, but definitely give it a try. The toilet is in the basement and is clean.

Servers were smiling. Other than that it is a standard McDonald's. You will get what you expect. There are some machines to make and order faster.

Chicken wings weren't fresh and cola was useless!

A busy McDonald's, is in the standard area, yes, it is served at the place and my favorite dishes are available. It's a shame the Migrolino is no longer there. Now you have to go forward to the gas station. You can hardly take this route under your feet. Not because you're lazy about it, but because you only think about it when you're about to leave, as the parking spaces are right at the beginning of the rest stop.

Really bad service in the MCDrive, surprise bags, missing items and every time you are forced to pack... instead of serving! That was the last time.

Very pleasant, the young gentleman is very friendly and attentive at the entrance. He greets everyone and makes sure the tables are clean. He serves top-quality food:) the best McDonald's in the area.

Unfriendly, not clean. Food is cold and when asked about the straw the answer was no, they don't have one... only for frappe... The only MC in the world who doesn't provide straws for drinks, not even for children. Bad, bad, bad.

Just the thing for nutrition-conscious families. Here you can introduce your little darlings to expert food at an early age. From soggy fries to burgers where the cheese is melted on one side, but the other side is refrigerator cold. Often something is missing from the bags at the drive-thru or the food is simply half-finished or just lukewarm. The receipt paper at the order terminals is almost always empty. The terminals are very poorly placed right in the narrow entrance. Overall, the building is a misplacement. If you look at where the cars are parked to drive into MC Drive, you know what I'm talking about. The store could have better potential elsewhere. Unfortunately, quality like this can no longer be excused but can only be improved. Our Swiss neighbors also think what's wrong with the Germans. Unfortunately, it's not even a general fault of us Germans, but of the franchisee of this branch. A pity. Unfortunately no more money from me. But there are still enough guests who will not have minimal demands on fast food.

Motorway service station. Food comes quickly and there are enough seats inside and outside.

Most people say we don't have it even though it's on the menu. If you say something, you will get a very rude and impolite answer. Unfortunately, we always hear about it from former Feusisberg customers. Then go to another place. Mc is usually the last word.

Check your order!!!!! At the drive in the order is 80% incorrect, anyone who can read has a clear advantage 😡!!!

Often a lot of people on site. Order machine software faulty. If you scan a different voucher for the same product twice, the second product will show you that the item has already been scanned and is invalid. So you have to show at the checkout that you have scanned both vouchers and you will then receive both products.

I only rate the staff here... It made me very sad how the young, very hard-working gentleman was treated by what was probably his superior. I had a feeling he had some kind of affliction which made things worse. I thought he did his job very well and as a customer I really don't want to experience situations like that. I don't want to go in there anymore and I hope that this woman will be put to rest...

Ordered products are missing for the third time. It's so annoying when you come home and then 2 cheeseburgers and another time 2 McChicken are simply not there (but paid in full!!!). Like in kindergarten - you have to control everything. It's a shame ☹️

The food always tastes good. Employees are always friendly and try hard to make you feel comfortable. Always happy to pass by.

Quick stop for a late breakfast. The rest area is generally small, as is the restaurant. There's definitely a crowd here on weekends... but the facility is in good shape and clean. No comparison to the French rest stop we visited a few days before! There weren't many people with us and the service was great! We were even able to sit down and the food we ordered was delivered to us relatively quickly. Quality McDo like, but rather better than expected.

LACK OF HYGIENE! The food is almost always fresh and hot, but when serving takeaway drinks, the staff first touches the drinking lids on both sides with their hands in an unhygienic manner to place them on the paper cups. The drinking lid is then placed on the cup in such a way that when drinking, the mouth later comes into contact with the drinking lid exactly where the staff touched it with their bare hands. An absolute no-go.

Clean and nice as it should be. The water was close to 5 euro’s, that’s way too much.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful and the food is actually well made, not sloppy like in a lot of other McDonald's.

Tip: be sure to check the order. It always happens that something is missing. It's stupid if you only notice the missing frappe when you get home. We have been coming weekly for many years. And suddenly there are no more straws. Frappé without Röhrli is simply not the same. Dear McDonald's Fuchsberg, there are also sustainable straws! Ask the other branches. We don't come to them anymore.

Hey, everyone who has dogs, don't walk into this McDonald's. You are sent away there with your dog. I've rarely laughed so hard. You can take dogs into every restaurant, but not here. There is litter all around from guests when you walk there, but the biggest problem is a dog. Of course you have to understand, since the restaurant is so clean. What a pity.

Overcrowded - left without ordering food. Dogs are not welcome. Now sitting a few minutes away in Burger King (Richterswil exit).

Overall good McDonald's. The food came quickly and was good. Unfortunately they haven't had straws. The restrooms were a little dirty.

It looks hygienic and is a normal McDonald's, not much different from the others except for the cleanliness, which looks a bit better than other places (Lenzburg)

So after working locally in the kitchen for 2.5 months, I have something to tell you. When I started, masks were still mandatory. My doctor's certificate for asthma was not accepted. The Yugoslavian managers, as well as an older lady from Srilanka, were like bad dogs towards me and some of the employees. When I was new, I was constantly yelled at because I sometimes opened my nose. Even though these managers themselves had masks under their mouths, they told me and others that we had to have masks up to our eyes. When I said that they had to wear a mask properly, they started bullying me. Every time there was a disagreement, they screamed what the special doping was called, it looked like they had nothing in their heads except burgers in their own stomachs. So that I'm not afraid of them, I kept saying what they were doing wrong. The managers have no respect for people, dude, no respect at all. The only thing that calmed them down a bit was that I told them in front of everyone that they weren't allowed to do that. In the end they wanted to take my temperature, I said that they can't measure it on the brain, but rather on the arm or body, the manager said that the temperature there is different (so it's clear that they don't have a brain in their head) and that was the reason called termination. I'll write names of these people later. The standard in cake was only looked at when I showed that I really wanted to learn what was the norm there. They always hurried me so that I could do everything quickly. The cleanliness was only taken into account when they knew the control was coming (once), the kitchen was often not checked for norns. They have a pig that I didn't go to the police or court because I have other things to do at the moment. But I will do that. The place is not recommended because of management and some employees. Hectic eating also makes people hectic and haotic. That's the case in this place.

Same as every other McDonald's. Alot of people at every time in Day, because its next to a highway. So calculate some time for ordering and waiting on your Order.

The order went very quickly and smoothly. The service was also very friendly. Unfortunately, we did not receive a receipt for the order and were therefore unable to provide direct feedback. It was very sad that there was no vegan option.

At 10:15 in the morning the restaurant is empty. The lady would rather clean the table than make coffee. Waiting over 10 minutes for a coffee is too long. A little smile or some friendliness from the lady behind the counter would also be appreciated. Bad staff!!

Just ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries at the drive thru. Unfortunately I can't turn around. The burgers are probably 2-3 hours old, like the fries. Didn't taste good at all!!!
