McDonald's in Rümlang

Very disrespectful staff at mcdrive.

It would be good if a table could be kept free for wheelchair users downstairs when there are many guests. Unfortunately, the order machines block the way. It was also extremely unpleasant that an UberEats driver parked in the wheelchair parking space and did not have a wheelchair parking card. He said he had only parked there for 1 minute, which wasn't true. Without a parking permit, he doesn't even have a millisecond to park there.

A completely normal Mac in the industrial zone of Rümlang. Everything as expected.

I did a mc drive, the most important or biggest burger was missing, on the phone the employee just said sry and that it had been forgotten. They couldn't deliver it. I'm hungry and haven't paid almost 9 chf for a burger.

The typical MC as we know it, somewhat hidden and rather small from the outside. Is directly the same entrance as Hotel Radisson

Ambiance certainly depends on the event. But the location and parking options are great! Clean and above all lots of toilets.

McDonald's order accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. Wrong orders were repeatedly received. Your inability to properly take a simple order is disappointing. Such mistakes are unacceptable and show a lack of competence.

I ordered the Mexican DBL Bacon & received a BigTasty. No jalapeños, just meat. I got in touch immediately... burger was opened & a piece of meat was slapped in.... where is the rest of the missing stuff? This is the fourth time I've been to this store in less than a year and this is the third time I've been treated to faulty burgers or cold fries. My friend doesn't have jalapeños in his burger either. The way it comes about, it has nothing to do with Mexican!

Conveniently located in the Hotel & near the airport 🛫. Kiosk are easy to use & they have a playground upstairs for the kids.

Too much is too much!!! Every second order something is missing and I wonder if this is done specially!? It can't be difficult to prepare two Happy Meals without forgetting anything in the Mc Drive!!! Came home and lo and behold a fruit puree was missing, the kids were disappointed. I AM EXTREMELY AND MORE AND MORE DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE WHICH FEEL IS BECOMING EVEN WORSE AND RUDER!!!

I was here last year too, quick food and quick service to the table. Whether you're really full depends on fast food and McDonald's

Hygiene looks different. While the table is being wiped with detergent, the crumbs end up on the chair from the table. Would be an easy one. Personnel with open eyes would see this. But that's not the case in this branch. Cleaning chairs/sofas, floors and even the order machines is probably overrated by customers. Hope it looks more appetizing in the kitchen :-/

The place is large and the furniture is in good condition.

Chicken wings were black and had probably been kept warm for 3 hours. Fresh is something else.

Crispy onion menu with bacon is very delicious, I recommend it

Interesting menu for a McDonald’s with vegetarian and seafood options, and chicken wings ! Definitely a must try. The staff can be a little more friendly :)

It became a McDonald's restaurant like any other. This restaurant was something special 20 years ago.

I was so thankful for the hot food after our long flight! We got some classics the fillet of fish and the chicken sandwich. The fried apple pie is delicious! They even have macarons and chocolate croissants on the menu.

I will never return to this place for lack of respect, especially the manager Mr. Joseph, he is not nice at all, he does not want to understand, we ordered 2 happy meals and forgot the sauce in one, and the place of the tank forced us to pay again, and in addition the toilets are just disgusting and not clean, nie wieder

It's a decent McDonald's with a slightly modified, more international menu. It was warmer than I would've liked but we went in Mid-Summer.

Got vegeterian option. Bought mcchicken and vegeterian burger. all taste good. Ketchup is chargable. Staff doesnt seems friendly. Saw a customer being scolded for wrongly paid twice on kiosk. Although im not the victim just felt helpless for them 😔

Just an ordinary McDonalds. Fast and friendly service. The special thing here is that they have birthday party rooms and a slide for kids to play. The burger was very fresh and the fries were hot and crispy which made me give 5 stars 💯

What became unbelievable was that I paid for extra sauce on a Chocolate Sunday and didn't get anything. I turned to the employee and told her. She said it was downstairs and I should come back if there was no sauce there. When I saw that there was no sauce at the bottom of the cup, I went to her again. Her answer was I should have eaten it!!! It's a disgrace to treat customers like that!!! Mistakes can happen but making a statement like that just makes you shake your head

Apparently no vegetarian/vegan burgers with gluten-free bread possible. Inflexible and unfriendly.

I don't know why most people complain about the service and the treatment of the staff, when there are machines where you place your orders just like in other Macdonalds, and well the only thing the staff does is deliver your order

Unfortunately the fries weren't fresh. After complaining, fresh food was given without apology. Mistakes can always happen, but owning up to them and apologizing would be a sign of greatness. Ambience, McDonalds, is about the same everywhere.

Unfriendly, inflexible, stubborn

Very unfriendly and inflexible. Our son has an illness and can't eat a lot of things. A veggie burger with gluten-free bread is the greatest thing for him. But they just said no that you can't mix burgers. It worked at other locations too, but they didn't want to try anything and were very stubborn and unfriendly

The food was already lukewarm. The staff has forgotten the smiles and friendliness back home. I've been to this restaurant 3 times and the staff is unfriendly and the food is often wrong or the fries have probably been too dry for a long time.

The best McDonald's burgers I have ever eaten, although also the most expensive (from 9 to 14 Swiss francs)

Food was good. The buns on our burgers in particular looked very nice. Very clean McDonald's. If you sit outside, the aircraft noise can be a bit annoying. But it was okay for us.

I've been there a few times and I have to say it's the best Mc Do in the canton of Zurich! Burgers and fries are always hot and very well made... You can see on the fries and the burger that the oil is changed regularly and there are no charred pieces on the burger from the stove like in other branches! Thank you so much👍🏼💯💪🏼

Excellent! I've been visiting MCDonalds in Rümlang for years, whether MCDrive or on site, birthday parties with kids. We only received a friendly welcome. The food was always delicious and the service was quick, simple and uncomplicated. The location is great, on the main road and easy to find.

Unfriendly staff. My orders were prepared incorrectly on every visit. Empty tables are often dirty for a long time.

I would like to thank the lady (young, light hair) who served the food to the tables over lunch on April 20, 2023 for her friendly service and nice manner. I would be happy to come back.

Friendly and helpful staff and bigger than it seems from the outside. The atmosphere is unfortunately cool and typical of a fast food chain.

I specifically asked to put bacon in my bigtasty after the lady at the window drive thru who worked nights 3/24 - 25 refused to scan my cupon, no bacon, girl treated me rudely and arrogantly..

The food tastes good so far, fast and friendly service. Well-visited branch. There are very few parking spaces and the passage between them is far too narrow. But McDonald's can't help it.

McDonald's is just bad, the burgers have become smaller but the prices are up and the fries are mostly oversalted and soggy. A Big Tasty is now the size of a Big Mac is a joke.

I visit this McDonald's in particular because of the fast charging stations and proximity to the airport. When I have a long trip ahead of me, I come here to charge my vehicle and grab something at McD at the same time. Today we had a delicious cappuccino with pastries. The staff is friendly and the cleanliness is good. Only the order terminals and I don't seem to be on the same wavelength. I still don't understand how hard you have to press for the input to be accepted. But then I managed it 😉

Food like everywhere else in McDonalds. My grandchildren love it. Tasted good

Feels like back in USA, where nobody cares how long you wait and how warm your meal still. Can I get cap of water? We don’t do they here, you have to buy bottle, we’ll in states never get that answer, can I get extra cup to split McFlurry between my 2 kids, no we don’t do this here, I’ll pay for extra cup, we don’t do that here, you can get extra spoon, wow, thanks. Kids slide definitely entertainment for kids, thanks for that. Been 4-5 times in McDonald’s in our 3 weeks European trip, I can definitely say Germany does McDonald’s better, today had very unfriendly feeling from the people who work there. Well there was always same guy, every time I order something else or ask for something. Zurich airport McDonald’s, I really hope it was our last meeting. God bless and have a nice one

Only partially functioning order machines. Everything had to go through the checkout. Very long waiting times and didn't receive my order. That's how you want a visit. Very busy staff.

Well, it was okay, but unfortunately it wasn't particularly clean, especially since there wasn't really much going on. However, we were still satisfied.

If you order ice cream you get water ice cream. It's unbelievable that McDonald's does this to customers all the time. My son was injured on the slide about a month ago because a screw came loose. Had to spend the evening in an emergency, no apology, nothing came from McDonald's, it's a shame, I hope that something changes in the near future, as I don't know it that way.

Accessible by car and enough parking. A small play area in front of the entrance for children. Enough room inside to sit.

The diner is clean and spacious. The food is the usual bad. The picture and what served has nothing to do with eachother. When I have no time and need something really fast, then I eat in McD. Very few times a year. As a last resort it works for me.

Today at 9:31 a.m. we ordered via my Order. It took longer than usual. So from table 501 I enjoyed the traces of a cucumber on the TV monitor that had been there for over 2 months (we were often surprised about the cleanliness of the restaurant, but the food had been acceptable up until now). The food came. This time it was an absolute disaster. The burgers were cold (which is particularly concerning with the fish burger). The fries were covered in brown spots and only the ones at the top were warm and fresh (and yes, we immediately tried the ones at the bottom too...). The meat in the 2nd BigMac was torn and the bottom was "scraped". Apart from the composition according to the guidelines... The sauce in the burger was very sour. When I went to the counter, the shift manager was leaning with his backside on the preparation line. I explained to him what was wrong with the burger. Somehow he didn't seem to understand what the problem was. He offered me a new burger. I politely declined this for the following reason: Normally orders for burgers etc. in the branches are only possible from 10:00 a.m. However, in this branch you can order via my Order from 9:00 a.m. Against this background, it seems very strange to me that meat, fish and chips are served cold and look strange. With the best will in the world, I can't imagine that everything was freshly prepared when we received our order (except the nuggets, which were hot and fresh). So it was an expensive visit with Fr. 28.10 for nuggets and a coke... We will probably go to the branch in Volketswil more often again; we feel better there because, despite fast food, our health is important to us.

If I could I wouldn't give it any stars! We went Mac Drive today because we had little kids in the car and didn't really have much time, it was raining. If we wanted to redeem 2 vouchers then the MA said that we were only allowed to redeem 1 voucher per car?! Why please?! Should I take the car home and then order it separately or what?! There were 4 of us. On the phone I looked for a conversation and an explanation but what this lady, Ms. Alimi, told me on the phone. said is a disgrace!! She said I could order in the restaurant with several receipts but not Mac Drive, it would be easy to get out and order in the restaurant. It's human nature to occasionally give out an order incorrectly or something is missing, something I've already experienced. But I don't ignore this arrogance and impudence and I think it's better to explain to this lady how to deal with customers.
