Always check your orders... Too stupid to place an order correctly!!! Cheap workers without knowledge!!! who barely speak the language.... mentioned 3 times happy meal with nuggets... big tasty (bacon)...and what comes... happy meal cheeseburger.... the burger for me with bacon comes without bacon ....the burgers were probably warmed up from the day before... disgusting!!!! You have to check the order every time!!!! No trust anymore!!!!! The quality is decreasing more and more. No wonder if you prefer foreigners who can't do anything more than trained people with EFZ who can also speak German etc!!!

I went for the first time in Switzerland loved the service (1A) and bathroom's music👌. My credit card cannot made payment and due the inconvenient the cashier desk staff lady was so kind and did let me paid in cash and take my order. The bread and chicken hamburger has been the best that I'd tried!

Food was swimming in grease and the manager was rude. We received a plateu with food that we didn't order. It was just shut down without comment. When I brought it back the manager said "just take it" even though the food belonged to another family. We happened to watch this family asking about food and the manager made cheeky comments, which led to a small escalation. I have never experienced such bad service in Switzerland.

Terrible!! 1Burger is always missing. It is rare that an order is complete. Without cucumbers means without cucumbers and not without burgers!! You pay quite a lot for this quality and then you get ripped off because the employees can't even check the orders. It's not that difficult to count whether all the burgers are there. Just a shame. You will be disappointed again and again. And you can hardly order anything in German.

This MC is a juice shop. MC Raclette wasn't completely unscathed and there was a waspine nest in the shop. Nuggets were great for that. There were enough napkins!!!! But Kili burned his fingers on the cheeseburger because it was too sweet.

07.10.2021 One star is a too good rating.👎🏼 Stuff was not polite, the person who was giving out the food did not even say hello I order a medium menú (plus other things) at the drive in, arrive home with no french fries. 😠 Edit: 08.10.2021 Today I went inside to order a takeaway, they forgot my son's Frapeé 😡 every time is only a waste of money. Last edit: I had made a complaint on his website and I received vouchers as an apology.

Just came for some wifi. Had my own made sandwich at the terrace so cant judge their food. But as it is a Mac Donalds it most likely taste the same as everywhere else

Mostly satisfied. And it tastes good too. Unfortunately, there are a lot of mistakes that happen and a lot of things that aren't really warm. You should look at it a little more. Luckily it is always replaced if something is wrong. But it's still difficult. But overall it's a good company and I'll always be happy to come back.

Even with the Mc.Drive, some people don't understand German. You have to say which article 10 times and then the wrong one is on the board... Even the deputy boss, whose name I don't want to mention, is not interested in any concerns or complaints... It's better to go to Budapest or the Philippines and that food is better and probably served correctly. Embarrassing thing like that.

Absolute disappointment. Burgers are very dry and the fries are stale and lack seasoning. Wait was long and I don’t understand why because the food didn’t taste fresh at all. The food was sloppy, my kids burgers had mustard all over the place and my pattie’s where un proportioned to the bun and sauce all on one side. My soda had been spilt on the tray when the food was brought to the table leaving things wet with coke. Place is a bit chaotic and could use a bit more cleaning. Floors are dirty and garbage is full. Part of the order was missing, but guy at counter helped and was friendly about it so there is one star. For what you pay this place should be better. Easily one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in Europe.

We stopped for a quick meal before heading back home. We ordered through the touchscreen, very easy and quick, staff not friendly, place large and nice though, food ok but especially fries not as good as in other locations.

The staf was a bit slow and sloppy and forgot about 2 salads and dressings. Fries were without salt and already soft when we got those. The establishment was clean but like said, the experience could be better

Naughty employees. They complain when you park a moped correctly and it smells like Baby Kaka here. A lamp is broken and it flickers all the time. (Update 2 days later) The light is still flickering and I ordered a drink and there was no straw. (Another update over a month) The light is repaired

A Swiss MC is still different, but delicious. Ordering takes place via terminal or directly at the checkout. The burgers are delicious and there are always regional specialties. Mc Cafe also has a slightly different offering. For example macarons, carrot cake and mini chocolate cakes with a liquid center. What's also worth downloading is the MC app. There are always coupons and you can collect points that can be converted into food. Parking spaces free of charge.
