Café Restaurant Gliserstutz in Brig-Glis

Friendly service, very tasty food and a good café. We recommend.

Praise for the super-friendly service and the fact that vegetarian dishes are also offered. The vegiburger patty seems to be homemade, but the taste and consistency are not convincing. The burger was dry and the patty fell out in chunks between the two halves of the bread and onto the plate. The fries had a real salt crust and were therefore almost inedible. The dessert was delicious. I guess I was just unlucky. Despite the potential for improvement, I would happily visit the comfortably furnished restaurant again.
