McDonald's in Spiez

I was on a travel to Spiez and stopped here. The service is fast and the personnel so kind. Thank you very much!

Very dirty McDonald's restaurant I've never experienced that in Switzerland - 10 stars unfortunately there's only at least 1 star to recommend to anyone Never go there again

The worst experience I've had in a McDonald's. Staff with a profound lack of motivation, excessive bathroom toilets, not to mention an abominable smell of urine. The rooms are dirty, not swept, the tables stained from previous visitors. The order terminals are no longer equipped with numbers, a sign prohibits access to other rooms and toilets. I'll spare you the looks and looks of the kitchen staff.

A bit chaotic, staff seemed a bit trying on a weekend evening. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't so bad

Food was good as always, only the fries weren't quite as fresh.

Tables and floors very dirty. We waited 10 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 frappe. I saw them drop my frappe cup, it rolled across the dirty floor and was actually used.. No thanks.🤢 .

One of the best Macs I know. Always friendly, you are always served with a smile, they are very clean and quick too! Gladly again, keep it up.

Food tastes like any other McDonald's.

This Mac is hard to beat: The first floor was closed. And with it the toilet. The floor is sticky everywhere. Like they wiped everything up with Coke. The fries were undercooked. The McFlurry was not mixed. The flavoring was just sprinkled on the ice cream. Like a bad movie. If you don't want to know how low you can fly in such a place, you should just keep driving.

I ordered a Double Chessburger 10 extra cheese. There were only 8 in there and the cheese wasn't even melted and the Bruger was cold like it came from the fridge, a shame about my 9 fr. A doner kebab from Kebab King would have been more delicious. But the staff was reasonably friendly. Next time, please count how much cheese you put in it and also make sure that the burger is warm and not cold.

Underneath all… Fries without sauces even though ordered with them Hamburger Royal Cheese like a normal cheeseburger (hardly any toppings) McFlurry Oreo almost no topping Worst McDonalds

I just visted this Mc Donald’s on Wednesday evening with my family and everything was warm and tasty from the order i’ve had and also came very quick. Definitely I’ll come back soon here. Thank you for such a good experience Mc Donald’s Spiez.

After I took the order for 2 Happy Meals, I asked the young gentleman if I could have 1 more medium fries, if that would be possible. To which he replied with "um... Hungarian...". I got the fries straight away and even though I was in a bad mood, they wished me a nice evening.

Parking is only for 2 cars.. you can park in a shopping mall centre which costs 1h-1chf. Iced latte and cappuccino were good.

This McDonald's is okay, but since they closed the upstairs there is an extreme lack of space. Therefore only 2 stars.

The restaurant is a 15-minute drive on the way to Blausse Nature Park. It's stay near blausse natural parc. Its good to share some food and rest here after a long drive. Have a parking facilities and rest room and also gas station next to here. So you can get what you need for your vehicle.

The food delivery was very fast, but the burger was very average. I ordered the double royal cheeseburger and it is one of the worst burgers I have ever eaten. They could already put a bread according to the size of the meat, I say. And the meat was super dry, it looked like cardboard. €10 thrown in the trash.

Just wanted a coke and two donuts late on a Saturday night. The cashier was busy cleaning the ice cream machine and only became aware after being spoken to several times. And apparently this is the only McDonald's where you can't order directly at the checkout and just have to use this stupid screen to get a coke. Just replace everyone with robots. Next time I'll go back to Heimberg

Every time Mr. Teuscher is at his post there is hectic and chaos in the restaurant and it's for nothing. Things work better without him and if you have to wait for your order in the car, Mr. Teuscher shouldn't knock so hard on the car window next time otherwise the boy will have another problem than the rush.

The best branch in terms of food and service

At the beginning there were 2 employees right in front of the entrance, you could have done that further back, when ordering 2 boys were fooling around and came to the ordering computers, the boss was shouting swear words through the whole shop... The restaurant was very dirty. Not the atmosphere I want to encounter

Definitely one of the worst MCs around! The cleanliness is the bottom drawer, the trash can is always overflowing, the tables are very, very dirty and on top of that, trays including leftovers are left on the tables for a long time! If there was a large volume I would understand it, but with 2 people in the store?!? The food isn't the real thing either... "Fresh" is something else! I think they are the same owners as Thun, but the quality is worlds apart. Thun is always very clean and the food tastes good too! Unfortunately, I don't know why this isn't the case in Spiez. I hope something is done.

On Friday evening when I ate there I had to wait a long time for the food, which was cold because only one young lady served, everyone else was talking and laughing behind the counter. The lady who served had to empty the trash can and tidy up because no one was doing that, I felt very sorry for the lady who had to serve and tidy up.

This mac is known for fast work and never failing to have to order correctly! If you don't like the big crowd inside,this one has a drive thru!

The toilet in MC Donald's Spiez has a code to type in. Very tedious when you've already walked up the stairs and urgently need to go to the toilet and don't know the pin to open the door.

Unfortunately, today there was a long wait and once I received something wrong or something I didn't receive!

Typical McDonald's Everything as expected

It is a McDonald's, there is nothing special or new, it does what it offers. Little parking but the supermarket has more in the underground. The drive to the window to receive the order is narrow.

Was a drive in visit. Food was good, but the order was not completely delivered. A pity.

Last McDonald's stop before arriving in Kandersteg... Take out the tickets... Swiss McDonald's are a pain in the wallet!!

They waited for the order quickly. But, as for me, it was not cozy at all, and finding a toilet was a separate quest altogether!!!

There were a lot of visitors today, so we had to wait for a free table. Were there at the wrong time.

Every time you order something, half of it is missing. Unfortunately, you have slacked off a lot and are no longer making any effort. Luckily there are other good things.

Very, very poor treatment from a skinny, blonde young employee. We went tonight 7/1/2023 at 10:45pm to order a cheeseburger with ice cream for my two and a half year old child, we always go there but this young man didn't give us straws for juice and we were very nice to him because we knew we bought a little teddy bear to help orphans but his style was rude and didn't give us in the end and we returned the order, we live in Thun and went to Spitz to eat but unfortunately this happened, he could have given us straws for the juice and it's over because like a two and a half year old child can drink juice. Without the straw, and from there we went to McDonald's Heimberg, and we made the same request to a very respectable girl, and only when she looked at the child did she give us the straw and smiled with my child.

Very friendly staff and fast service! I always come back there.
