McDonald's Restaurant in Bern

Just stop another McDonald branch. The cleanliness and staff are top notch, and the ambience is bright and open with the many glass walls. And there is also an outdoor area. I've been there several times and have nothing to complain about.

Got far too little Ragusa chocolate in the mcFlurry...... First time was much better...

Things were forgotten several times, customer service didn't answer and you didn't get a refund or the things were delivered... absolute filth

Absolute impudence. You order the burger without cheese and it comes with it. It can happen, but if you don't want to correct the mistake, that's an absolute shame.

McChicken without a fuss when I noticed the employee at a normal volume and was insulted by the deserter. Not the first time this MC Donald has visited. Always the same!

We have 20 minutes for a CHEESBURGER!!! waited because mc's lulatschs gave the wrong number!!!!! There are people who still have to work!!!! After 15 minutes, an employee finally came up to us and asked us what number we had. It turns out that a cheeseburger had been sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes and was labeled with the wrong number and we waited in vain. Very disappointed :(

The worst McDonald's you can find in Bern (wankdorf) I just had to wait 30 minutes for my order. Other McDonald's are faster That will not do. Missed the train because of that. Never again this McDonald's Nooo

I can highly recommend this McDonald's. The restaurant looks great and at 12:00 noon there was still enough space for us. Despite the time, our order was ready after just five minutes, even though we even ordered additional contents for our burgers.

Too many people inside Donald's! Not enough room for a confirmation! Floor dirty! And sticky🤮 McFlurry Done Bad (Ovomaltine) The man has all the fat signs on your neck. The police will be looked at, the warning will be issued and you will be informed! It's fun, it's good, it's from the pollinated Burgdorf hehe

On a Sunday afternoon a waiting period of 15 minutes (!)... Mc is no longer what it used to be FAST food... 🤦🏻‍♂️

They put mustard in my cheeseburger even though I didn't want any. I had to go get my own food. My colleague wanted ketchup in the cheeseburger but got mustard instead. I will never do that to myself again!!! It's a shame that you can't give minus stars!!!

Again, mc food. The disappointment was huge. Prices for this are not always acceptable. Big just likes a pile of salad with sauce. You have to look for meat with a magnifying glass. Mc Flurry now costs more and is at least 1/3 less. My conclusion. Never again mc

I ordered food for 24.50 via my Order and paid via Twint. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went to ask and the answer was that no order had been received, despite evidence on Twint that the payment had been debited and the order on the app, there was no support from the staff, neither to give the money back nor to get the food

So it has nothing to do with fast food. It's not possible to wait 15 minutes for a burger.

We ordered the menus in advance and also provided the seat number. After 10 minutes I went to the counter to ask where the order was. It's been ready for a long time and is already cold again. They forgot to bring them to the table. Drinks were also wrong.

I have ordered several times via Ubereats. Something is always forgotten or the burger is so crooked in the packaging that you can hardly eat it. If you don't feel like shit in the MC, you can do it.

Just got my order from McDonalds (ordered online via JustEat). When I wanted to eat my BigMc and opened the packaging, I couldn't believe my eyes! I don't even know how to describe it. No sauce, no tomato etc. There were 4 breads, 2 paddies, 1 slice of cheese, a few onions and a little lettuce. The BigMc is APPARENTLY ready!!! Unbelievable, unbelievable!

Wankdorf center mc Donald’s is amazing, there is always something missing from the order. Zero Concentration would not recommend it to anyone. I feel sorry for their manager who is very nice. but everything has to be redone.

Super organized and the order was completed extremely quickly. And that with a very large crowd. Compliment. The food was as you would expect from McDonalds.

At first I wanted to order from the electronic ordering machine but then the receipt didn't come out then someone came and got it out and then we had to wait 30 minutes for 2 mc flurrys and in the end it was the wrong mc flurry and the mc flurrys were picked up after 2 minutes They were thrown away and it was a very poor distribution of work. Don't go there unless you want to wait a long time

Very, very, very slow service, and at 3 in the afternoon, the restaurant was almost empty. Coffee was very watery. Otherwise, fries and chicken nuggets were good as usual.

It's just hard to eat a burger when you are not used to it.

I was with them on 01/29/22 around 6:00 p.m. The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. We received things that we didn't order. They didn't want to bring us the right thing afterwards (because it would be a shame) The rather firm lady was very unfriendly and hysterical, she screamed everywhere. I will not recommend this location to anyone. The only friendly person who served us was the rather dark-skinned older man.

The fries are very unsalted, which is unusual at McC's & they forget to pack things, the burgers just have everything slapped on them & everything falls apart & the waiting time was also long because they prefer to talk to work

Worst McDonald for deliveries, they simply refuse to accept and start the preparation until the courier gets there. Only when you get there and ask them abut it, then they accept a little annoyed and give the order further to the kitchen for preparation. This results in a minimum 15 minutes wasted waiting there, and if it is crowded it takes up to 30-45minutes... all other restaurants they start ahead and when you go to pick it up it's almost ready in 2-3 minutes. But here no..., you have to go and beg them to start preparing it.. I always have to apologize to the customers why is their order late, now I simply cancel the delivery if it takes more than 10min of waiting, tell the customer he will not get any food he ordered, and recommend to stop ordering from this restaurant, because stuff here hate deliveries, or simply don't care at all...

McDonald's is a good alternative to other restaurants that are open until 2330 hours, but where the guest cannot order anything to drink until 2325 hours...

The most expensive and tasteless mcdonalds I have ever been to. I don't know if this is just this mcdonalds restaurant or swiss mcdonalds in general but I will never go eat here again. Compared to this the EU mcdonalds feels like fine dining.

The most unprofessional and at the same time the unfriendly staff I have ever seen! The rather firm woman is very unfriendly and cheeky towards the customers and scares them all away. The team leader without hair is just as unfriendly and defends the unfriendly employee when you criticize! Definitely replace this McDonalds team if you want to win customers.

Of the 3 menus, 2 fries were missing. After a chat request and a call back, the fries still didn't come. That's a shame
