McDonald’s Restaurant in Etoy

We had asked to take the Mexican hats placed on the counter, we got them but when leaving the restaurant we were chased by the waiters and we had to return the hats given, unacceptable, in addition a person in the restaurant told us being called a racist is not correct

If only I could put 0 star. I literally got poisoned by the food there, I've never been so sick from food intoxication in my 33yrs life. This is OUTRAGEOUS!! NEVER AGAIN!! in any Mc'donalds.

Restaurant where the employees are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my rating goes down due to the far too frequent forgetting of products in take-out orders (fries, sauces, drinks, etc.). And even often cheese or other ingredient not removed from the burger, this had been requested when ordering, a shame for those who are lactose intolerant for example. I would know that from now on I would check my orders before hitting the road again.

A nauseating smell in our order this evening... especially the fries. It seems to me that the oil in the fryer should be changed quickly.

We regularly order from MCDO in Etoy because our offices are nearby and it’s one of the only ways to eat quickly.... but it’s a disaster and in the end, we waste a lot of time!!! There is not a command (drive or the app) or something is missing or the command is simply not the right one! It's really not professional at all. Ok, we are regularly offered (to make up for it) “a plus”…. But today this little extra is no longer enough! In short, if you don't really have a choice, despite the very high price of the menu, don't expect much.... See not the right order or missing…. Damage ! The Crissier MCDO is much more professional than that of Etoy.

Fairly quiet outside peak hours but good location

Ideally located in a shopping area of Meyrin, Geneva. The food is McDonald's and there are no surprises here. Good service (more and more automated systems) from friendly staff.

I ordered a big tasty bacon menu without tomato I went to announce their mistake because he had forgotten to remove the tomato. The manager himself said he was going to bring it back to me but in vain after 12 minutes I went to ask for it. He had forgotten my burger and they made no commercial gesture. I had to ask for hot fries. Mistakes can happen, but I expected at least an apology from them to be able to enjoy my meal

Etoy's McDonald's is always there when I need a quick break. The meals are substantial, the service is quick and the staff is friendly. Nothing fancy, but what you would expect from a McDonald's. Good option for a casual snack or meal

All because of an addiction to caramel sundaes. Cavrestbun Mac do and all that implies

Note for McDrive customers: Check that the incompetent person who puts your order in the bag just remembers to put the lid on the Coke...this will save you the soaked burger and cleaning the car... EDIT from 06.10.2023: The MacDrive is still just as... that's what... The young man in charge of orders this evening, obviously a beginner and probably not very smart, cannot understand that we want 1 sauce per salad...there were only two salads...in short, we finally manage to pass our order (2 burgers and 2 salads, it seemed within his reach). Arriving in our living room, we noticed, with disappointment, that these were not the right salads! We also note that our evening champion has removed the sauces from the salads sold with the salads...to add them lower on the bill (and obviously chargeable)... In short, one more disappointment in this establishment, not because of the quality of the food, but because of the incompetence of certain elements, which are nevertheless essential to the smooth running of the customer experience.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for several years with my family, it has always been the same thing for several years… errors all the time! Especially to pot it… If we forget to unpack the hamburgers before leaving, with special requests (due to intolerances or food selectivity for example) we will surely leave 1 out of 2 times with errors. On site this happens a little less. Knowing that when I take takeaway I have to travel a few km to my house, it’s still quite annoying to have to go back… Last experience today, where once again I had to go back to get what I had asked for. Except that today in particular the welcome was not as “usual”… no smile, no request for an apology, the only thing they said to me was “will I do it again for you? » 🤦🏻 anything! The minimum is to apologize! Very tense team. No smile, very cold…

The drink is missing from my menu and it's not the first time! For my salad they gave me cutlery but only knives so it was impossible to eat it... it was lost because in the evening it was no longer fresh... it's been several times that my orders have not been correct and I lose my money ...

Mac Do. Dear . Really in troubleshooting. With the pseudo 7 mm thick steaks... Obviously, the photos of the menus are not contractual...

The waiting times are too long (15 minutes) and the employees seem really overworked/stressed. I even witnessed an embarrassing scene of a manager (young blonde) who refused to allow other employees to drink water. Unacceptable.

This is not what I call *fast* food! On several occasions I waited more than 20 minutes… whether at the drive-thru or inside!

Clean establishment with fast service!

Friendly and helpful staff thank you. Sloppy and poorly presented food like almost all McDonald's... dirty toilets and strong smell of urine, which is not surprising given the pace of work imposed on the staff.

AVOID DRIVING or check your order very carefully!!! I go there 1-2 times a month and 4 TIMES OUT OF 5 (without exaggerating!) my order is INCOMPLETE. Sometimes sauces or a burger are missing, sometimes I come across other products or the wrong order altogether. Result: FORCED TO SYSTEMATICALLY CHECK the contents of the cones, park the car and enter the restaurant to ask for what is missing before leaving the parking lot. THE concept of Drive IS NOT THAT! This evening, Tuesday April 28 at 6:22 p.m., they hit the fund. From my car I hear a sort of manager asking his or her colleague: - Did you put the extras (sauce supplement) in the ice cream? (I understand that the answer is yes because he immediately hands me a bag through the window). As a precaution, but above all out of habit, I ask again: - Did you put the extras in the ice cream? He responds with an embarrassed smile: - I asked and was told yes, but I didn't check with a spoon... LIE: Once you get home and get to dessert, no extras! On the other hand, they did appear on the ticket. Either they relegate the incapable to preparing orders, or they confuse speed with haste!?! When a mistake happens every now and then, it's an accident. When it is repetitive, or even systematic, we are entitled to wonder if it is not dishonest. Otherwise the welcome is relatively friendly and the service rather fast (too obviously).

To be honest, I have been a loyal customer of this store for ten years since I had my children. But today I had a different experience. Missed my order, even missed it again while looking for a topping. What's worse, in the crispy chicken tenders, I suspected that it was all the pieces swallowed, they were obviously touched by someone else. Even though all the problems have been fixed, I hope this store can improve and won't let me down again in the future.

Despite some inaccuracies when placing certain orders, the welcome is always warm, the drive-through service is fast and the restaurant is clean.

The food was surprisingly good and the place is very clean and nice atmosphere. In foreign countries the fast food places are so gross and here was just like in the restaurant (even better dans some french restaurants).

At the Etoy drive-thru it's just not comparable to the others I've known, it's always very fast and always with a great smile which is a pleasure. 😉

Personally I like McDonald's...once in a while. Tastes and colors 😀

In short, stressing your team inevitably leads to unhappy customers.

Ordered a Mac Tasty. When it opened it looked like it had been launched from the 3rd floor. Nothing to do with the photo. On arrival my 20 chickens were bathed in coke because the new containers, although ecological, do not close and are not waterproof. Inedible. Mac Drive even worse than Crissier with their commands not respected. Dear Management, no need to call me. train your employees and stop taking your customers for what they are not.

It's a Macdonald, nothing more, nothing less....

The fries have not been properly fried and salted for several months. They are very soft. I shared this feedback with a manager who was on duty there and he said that I was the only customer who said that. What a shame! Unfortunately this is only the case in this branch.

The first time I come there. Apparently people are often quite unhappy when ordering. When I went there it was not busy and I didn't find anything shocking there. Just a little long to receive the food when there was no one ordering except me at the time

This is the best McDonald's I have ever had. Far better than the UK. It's far more expensive but I would pay the extra for the quality every time. They take such pride in making sure the food is perfectly prepared and well presented.

Place decorated as nice as possible. And it's true, a raclette burger and we've had enough for a while...

07.29.22: Smiling and efficient staff. In other restaurants, it often happens that the McRaclette is a failure (hard bread, lack of sauce, barely melted cheese, etc.). This time, it was divine: soft, airy and warm bread, just the right amount of sauce, bacon cooked to perfection and beef that was still juicy. My compliments to the chef ! My thanks for the free ice cream ;-)
