Worst service of all the McDonald's I've ever been to... Employees smoke in front of the main entrance and then go into the kitchen without washing their hands, missing products, unfriendly. Been here a few times, but the same thing every time. In the future I will take the longer route to the airport…

Modern and clean. The employees try hard. The order was ready for a McDonald after a relatively long wait, about 15 minutes. We had 2x Big Mac menu and a double cheese burger. The burger was lukewarm, the fries weren't really fresh and hot, and they weren't as crispy as they should be either. The Big Mac's were extremely just within the acceptable range. The cheese burger was returned. The bacon was cold and soggy, giving the impression that it had been fried hours ago. The cheese was ice cold. After a few minutes we got a new cheese burger, but it wasn't really hot or fresh. The manager of the shop offered coffee, dessert, etc., but we politely declined. Next I'll stop at Burger King just around the corner. I've only had good experiences there.

I'm not happy about services. It's the second time when I order without sauce because my son doesn't eat with sauce and on the box is the label without sauce but inside the sandwich is sauce. Next time I'm going to contact the authorities.

I've been there several times, every time there was at least something wrong. Wishes are not taken into account during preparation. There isn't anything paid for, they say it's sold out, then you have to discuss it so you get your money. Very unfriendly and non-customer-oriented staff who, even after a complaint, talked to staff and other customers about the complaint and these customers. People loudly make fun of older customers who can't handle the toilet (door).

Went to Mc Drive. Ordered a few things. At home we noticed that 4 Chessburgers were missing! 10.- If they “stole” from us, it can’t be that you can’t read an order.

The two stars are only for the staff, who are always friendly. You have absolutely no control over the MC Drive issue. There have probably been 3 times that I haven't had what I ordered and paid for!!! I think the boss should perhaps save less on personnel costs.

I have been going to this McDonalds very often since it opened. The restaurant is a very modern one. But there are some improvements I can suggest. In my experience, entire burgers that I have ordered are sometimes missing. As security, the drive-in could list the order when paying. I am confident that a lot can be improved and that I can give a 5-star rating.

My 3rd and last visit to McDrive Embrach, long waiting times (2 cars = 10 minutes) or referred to the waiting area. I had the same experience twice in the restaurant: MA doesn't really listen and mumbles something to herself. No real customer contact at the checkout: the main thing is that the customer pays. If you don't ask for a receipt, the window is quickly closed. Even when a verbal complaint was made directly at the counter, only the shoulder was "pulled" and no apology was given. I've been there a few times now and the first two orders in the MC Drive were wrong or I had to return because things were missing. At first I thought well reopened could happen. We've been to MC Drive a few times now and the order was correct once. Today again, instead of ice tea, you gave me water. Plus 2 extra ketchup charged even though 2 are included in the Happy Meal. I don't understand what's so difficult about reading or typing an order correctly? Truly the worst McDonald's so far.

Rarely have I been to such a bad MC. Simply EVERY order you order in the drive is wrong! Even if you repeat “Mc Raclette with bacon and WITHOUT chili” twice, you will of course get a Mc Raclette WITH chili. And an ice cream that is more like yogurt. So something is really wrong. Regardless of the waiting times. Maybe you could still understand it when there's a lot going on. But as the only car in the drive you should expect to get such a small order right. Even one star is too many.

I'm happy the first few days they couldn't keep up with so many people. I haven't been to a McDonald's in about three years and now I know why. The fries were not crispy with too much salt and the Big Tasty has become significantly smaller during this time. There were hardly any guests. Positive that food is served and the staff is very friendly. Negative: We ordered a cheeseburger. Unfortunately I got it wrong. The fries were soggy and lukewarm. The men's room. Looks super nice. Unfortunately, there is no deeper urinal for the boys and the little ones cannot wash their hands because they cannot reach the water jet. The water to wash your hands is also uncomfortably hot. But the MC is new. We'll come back to see if it got better.

We ordered 20 chicken nuggets and 2 curry sauces at the drive-in (no other people anywhere), after cheeky service at the checkpoint, no receipt was received even though I asked, and we were ultimately handed 4 curry sauces and only 16 nuggets! Of course, four sauces and 20 nuggets are also charged. Never again Embrach! If you think about an order screen, then there will certainly be fewer misunderstandings.

Two cars in front of us had to complain about the wrong food. After 20 minutes our food finally arrived and, like those before us, it was the wrong order.

The first time we got cold food, we were inside. Today we thought we'd try again. NEVER AGAIN Waited 15 minutes at the drive in, only received drinks and was directed to the waiting area, wrong drinks! Return... our food was then handed to the second car behind us.
