Fast restaurants, even when you don't have much time - get takeaway quickly! The design of the products is correct, errors are rare in takeaway orders 👌🏻 once I happened to have the big mac with the uncooked meat. I asked the manager to change, he changed (even though for him the meat was good, even though you could clearly see that it was red and raw).

Extremely unhealthy food. Never eat at McDonalds

The terrible service the coke was all spilled on the tray and no apology from the waitress the kitchen well it's McDonald's 😂 and the atmosphere is good but if you're downstairs the screaming children are annoying

A waitress dragging her feet to bring the order outside. I understand, the less we do the less we want to do. Almost 15' for 1 machiatto, 1 Coke, 1 burger & 1 mcflurry while we are the only customers in progress. Poor service for a poor burger. She managed to forget the spoon with the ice cream 🤦🏼‍♀️ the ice cream and the machiatto were good. McDonald's is ok when you're 18 or have children. It stops there. Next time on the go I'm going to Zen in Conthey and Holycow in Sion 👌🏼

Very cold staff. The young man who served us didn't even crack a smile. Not even a hello. And yet at 3:00 p.m. there weren't many people there so no stress. The dirty table and the floor as well. This is the second time in a row that it’s happened like this!

I always come here with my daughter and my husband, I have friends but tonight it seemed like a meeting place for kids, Boys who came and went girls who came just to charge their phone The boys who were fighting then left and returned after a quarter of an hour It was a horror not to be able to relax and eat in peace We were really disappointed

McDonald's was rebuilt and it looks different, a young girl gave me a free cheeseburger and fries for points in the app, the food is a little dry and so wonderful!

It’s an austere place without really having an atmosphere specific to the place. It’s fast food so you’re not in a quality restaurant. To speak of quality, it is inferior to the competition. The fast food chain remains far behind when it comes to vegetarian burgers and all vegetarian cuisine

Without scruples, I was served cold dishes after another. 20mins for a burger and fries, even though there were no crowds. As a bonus, we wish you a good appetite with a smile. It wasn't the first time, but it was one time too many. No more McDonald's for me.

What a shame and what a bad image for the city of Sion. Restaurant not clean, gloomy basement and toilets bordering on unsanitary. Ok we are not in a big restaurant but hygiene remains something essential, shameful!

Not the cleanest McDonald’s and the area and service is not the best

The food is on par with other restaurants in this chain. On the other hand, during my visit, this restaurant was not the cleanest and most welcoming, and unfortunately the customers present did not give me the feeling of being safe... I ate and left very quickly. Next time, I will head instead to one of the McDonalds restaurants located in Conthey, Sierre or even Martigny.

Friendly staff. The only problem was that Jean-Charles didn't give me my portion of fries with my menu. I realized it once I got home. So not very happy

You have to be honest, it's a McDonald's like any other. However, and unlike Conthey, they never forgot a product in our various orders. The team makes the place quality and that is the case in this one. Note that its only real "flaw" is that there is no real room for vehicles. This is also why we go to Conthey a few more times, because the drive is a plus. Let's pray that the station courtyard resolves this problem for the surrounding restaurants.

The larger portion of fries 🍟 was so poorly served that I could have taken the small portion and I would have had the same quantity. Be careful, check before you go and claim if possible.

I find the place nice. There is a children's playroom in the basement. Some cashiers are unfriendly and unpleasant, but fortunately this is not the majority!

This review is based on several visits. The general atmosphere in this restaurant is very good and the staff is very cheerful. As for the food, the menus are always served very hot and no complaints have ever had to be made. I must still note one more very positive point, the cleanliness of the games area in the basement.

The staff constantly cheats with takeout orders: they mark them as ready on the screen and then one can easily wait 5+ minutes more to get the order. Overall, one of the slowest McDonald's in the world I have ever been to.

Their food turned me into a monster

Unfortunately there's too much "wesh" hanging around there. However the service by Emma and Selma (if I remember their names correctly) is fantastic

it's the worst Macdonald in Switzerland it's been 3 years now without ice cubes the commendes still have a problem really I don't understand... Quite clean, and food, amount, and price are basically like your typical McDonald’s. However, my number was called way before my order was ready, they mixed up dine in and take out, and the burger seemed hastily put together.

Every time when ordering there are errors this time for example I ordered Shrimps I was given nuggets instead although of course I paid the price of shrimps which are much more expensive afterwards no sauces even though I also paid for some on the spot I don't know but the delivery service is deplorable I really don't recommend

Placing an order with smood results in delivery missing a menu and drinks. We call them and it's still up to us to call smood back to send a delivery person back to pick up what's missing. 80 order balls is rubbish. 1st and last time

Fast service never had to wait more than 10 minutes, only one unpleasant cashier, and not practical to move around when the cleaning lady pans the whole restaurant when it is full...but otherwise ok, we should just choose and set a better one time slot for floor cleaning
