I recently visited this bakery and was immediately won over by the warm welcome and the exceptionally fresh products. The service is impeccable, with an attentive team who knows how to provide relevant advice. The quality of the breads, pastries and pastries is undeniable, each product tasted was a real pleasure. This establishment brilliantly combines freshness, flavor, and excellent service. An essential address for lovers of good bread and sweets.

Bad welcome, apparently the smile was not included in the price. They gave me the wrong sandwich and it was my fault. The waitress with a vulgar and condescending air did not want to change because I had paid. And what's more, it's really not good...

Wanting to celebrate the epiphany we bought a king cake. However, we were quite surprised when even the last portion having been eaten, no one had had a bean… So this bakery spoiled the party for us! The whole family found itself crying, not finding a solution to delegate the crown of kings...

The service is deplorable. We sometimes wait up to 20 minutes before someone comes to take our order, then almost as long for it to be brought to us. The one who appears to be the manager is not friendly, either with customers or with her staff.

Top service! Above all, I really want to point out the wonderful service of the young girl Roxana, I think, very respectful, calm despite the work accomplished and the little attentions! My grandmother was in physical difficulty but this one was adorable! Very ambitious, this little one will go far, I’m sure.😄

Nic kel the goods to die for...a huge choice of sandwiches, each one better than the other...a little peckish? NOT don't hesitate to make a stop....

The coffee is good but the croissant was a little dry even though I went to this business at 8:30 a.m. The service was normal without too much smile and please place the service more gently. The layout is very good and functional. No photos out of respect for those present

Pitiful service, I order a diabolo casis, the waitress brings me a beer with casis syrup, I tell her that's not what I ordered, she comes back with a carbonated casis, which is not still not sure what I ordered, so I'm going to tell him again and tell him that it's lemonade with syrup, the waitress empties me half of the glass of sparkling water then adds the empty half of lemonade to me, it's It's disgusting, I find it unacceptable to serve drinks at random because we don't know what we know.

I invite no one to go to this restaurant, it is way too expensive for what it is worth. The view of the station looks gloomy. I paid 6.40 for 2 glasses of sparkling water!!!

Expensive and small selection of savory baked goods... 0 offer for vegetarians. What is available is dry, poorly topped and expensive. You are better served opposite in the station building.

This wonderful friendly coffee shop let me charge my phone and install my new SIM card. The juice is fresh and cool. Thank you 😊

Pitiful service. When you buy a pastry at the store, you receive a discount voucher for tea or coffee at the tea room (nice). Except that you have to announce it BEFORE ordering, otherwise it is NOT valid (as for the 2 ladies next door who were not able to take advantage of it). And that this is ONLY valid for a strict coffee, a CAFE Viennois is NOT a coffee, "because it is a product of a higher category" (and that is once the Viennese "coffee" is served that we inform you that oh well no the voucher is NOT valid). So the more expensive products you buy, the less you are entitled to discounts... a very commercial approach. Easy to give vouchers, but if you don't want us to benefit from them, don't give them... Apart from the very friendly store saleswoman, the older waitresses are extremely unfriendly. Never seen such poor service.

Not commercial, unfriendly. Not encouraging to go for a coffee on the Sion station square! No establishment deserves the qualifier "nice", except the pizzeria de la Poste, but you have to cross and when you only have a few minutes for 1 coffee, not easy!

This Zenhausern deserves the 4 star for the politeness and ease of ordering by telephone. Welcomes him there. Otherwise for the quality and price....like other expensive and industrial Zen.

I was with a group of about 10 people. So the waitress came to take our orders and everyone took something except me because I didn't want anything. So the people who were with me each consumed. The waitress did not agree and attacked me, telling me that if I was seated, I had to drink. After discussion, I decided to give in to her whims and took a bottle of water which she charged me 4.20.-, much more than the price of coffee, ice-the, coke that all had consumed. my table. Honestly the way she spoke to me was really not commercial and she really has no place in the service. She's definitely the worst waitress I've ever seen in my life.

Good general quality but serving espresso in large cardboard cups and not asking if the lid is really necessary, what an ecological disaster! A little common sense please

It is marked on the toilet door that you must consume for those used, so I find it appropriate to say that we are going to have a coffee on the way back. And the coffee is good and I found it nice. And there was a soothing freshness.

JUST AVOID THIS PLACE, TRUST ME. I visited this café a few days ago with a friend that was catching a train from the station and we got a really terrible customer experience. My friend’s train was leaving in 15 minutes so when the lady at the café asked her if she wanted her drink to have there or take away she said “take away”. While they were preparing her coffee we sat at the bar (the place was empty) and when my friend got her coffee we were in the middle of a conversation saying goodbye and stayed sitting there for a minute, the lady said we asked for the coffee “to go” so we had TO GO! she was extremely rude, and I tried to reason with her, even asked her how much the difference was if I wanted to pay for my friend to have her coffee there (I think it was 0.10 cents!) and she said I couldn’t do that and basically kicked us out. If you can avoid this place, do it, there is another place just in front where they are friendly and I never had any problem with them. I’m sorry for the people that work at this place or the owners that might be nice people, I don’t know, but this kind of behaviour is just unacceptable so it really made me want to warn others. :-(

That's not what it used to be. I won't be caught again. I didn't go to the Coop across the street telling myself that it was going to be better at Zen, I would have been better off buying an industrial sandwich

Frankly disappointed. Professionalism and kindness are not there. Apart from the behavior of the young waitress, who was very nice, the other older ladies were frankly very unpleasant, I preferred to leave a part of the merchandise already paid for than to stay 20 seconds more in the store to wait for them to pack it. The products are of good quality. The prices being in the higher range of the market one would expect kindness and service which is not there. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

Disgusting experience. Really avoid going there if you can. You won’t feel welcome, all the opposite. You’ll be treated rudely. I came with my mom and my boyfriend. We ordered two coffees, one for me and one for my mother. My boyfriend didn’t order anything as he didn’t want. And then the 2 ladies told us loudly that he had to consume as we were using a table and chairs. We felt very uncomfortable with their attitude. The lady asked us to leave because my boyfriend didn’t consume. At the end we leave but feeling bad after her unfriendly, rude attitude. Please don’t go to that Grand Café. Avoid a bad time.

Very bad welcome and racist waitress I arrive with my 2 children aged 3 and 5 and sit at a table. The waitress sees us refusing to come to us to take our order so we wait. 3 people come in. She rushes to take their orders and serve them after 30 minutes. I get up to go take the train madam come to us to tell me that it's not a waiting room I point out to her that it's been 30 minutes that I've been waiting to be served there very slowly she tells me to come into your room country and insults me German in a low voice very very bad experience

Facing Sion station, very convenient

On March 2, I went to this establishment in the company of my best friend and part of his family who were returning from their ski vacation, because his eldest daughter (who was present) had heard about the excellent pastries of “At Zen’s.” (Unlike the Place du Midi site where you can buy and consume everything "on site" at the station, you buy "Chez Zen" pastries and you order your drinks "Au Grand Café" where, there, you can enjoy your sweets in complete peace and quiet; no need to go out, just go through an interior door, between the two establishments). Although these two brands are side by side, they are two very distinct places. You don't have to go to both places if you don't want to. Treat yourself and have fun 😋🍔🌮🥗🍦🍰!

Terrible service, disrespectful employees that oblige every single person to order something just in order to sit. The bald guy with glasses has bad breath and the rudest tone.

Top coffee at the train station

Very bad experience this morning. My mother ordered an orange juice (and a coffee from the bakery next door) and when one of the waitresses came to serve it to her, she asked me very bluntly what I wanted to drink and, politely, I told her replied that I didn't want anything (I had just had lunch). After that she started barking at me, telling me that I had an obligation to consume (something that is not written anywhere). I then asked her to speak to me more politely and then she started saying to me: “How, How?? Oh sorry you’re special.” She then left to tell her colleague about this, adding “stupido”. I was very shocked by his behavior. This situation has never happened before. I was a waitress in a bakery and I never allowed myself to speak like she did to customers. So if you read this comment Madam, I wonder what bug has stung you and above all I hope that this comment will help you think about your attitude.

Because if you don't consume drinks on site, you can't eat your sandwich on the terrace outside and even less inside. And you don't have access to the toilet...

It’s a place to meet in front of Sion station while enjoying excellent pastries or pastries.

I have noticed several times that coffee changes in price. 3.60 once 3.80 another. Yet always served at the bar, but not at the same time. I don't go back there anymore, because the waitresses never smile, just a "sir" or "what do you want" without a hello. The awkward wording surely comes from the fact that instead of constantly speaking Portuguese among themselves, they should practice speaking French, the official language in Sion.

Friendly for waiting for the train in the warmth of winter, wide choice of pretty good pastries!
