Burgers always assembled anyhow. Overflowing trash can, dirty table and forgetting napkins with my menu.

Every month it's a McDonald's tradition for the whole family! Each time I get more than 100frs, this time if 103frs, the order was complete, BUT the fries were inedible!!! Much, much too much salt, I kindly call the McDonald's in PAYERNE to tell them that my fries are much too salty and there I am answered curtly or even dishonestly that this is the norm....I tell him what is the norm? Yes the norm! No offer to bring back the fries, no exchange, that’s the NORM!!!! Date: Saturday evening March 2, 3 around 8:25 p.m. Boycott of McDonald’s in Payerne.

My last 5 orders, 5x or missing a burger!!! Honestly, apply yourself to your work...

Order made at the terminal, arrived at the house missing two bottles of sparkling water and the big tasty with bacon which I ordered without Bacon, the manager tried to apologize but without more but not convincing I ask for the manager she tells me that he is on vacation I ask that he will be present she tells me that she has no right to say when he returns or when he will be present McDonald's Payerne an unrecommendable place, sorry I'm just recounting my very unpleasant experience especially since it was basically to have a little family dinner I find myself eating alone with cold fries because it changed me that the big tasty but not the fries Sincerely

I have NEVER seen such an ugly, dirty, dirty women's toilet in Switzerland in my LIFE. I've been living in Zurich for a long time and even there, on a Saturday morning at 4:00 a.m. after going out, you can find the toilets flashing clean. There's just no excuse, it's really, really bad. You can find something like this at a rest stop in Italy or France, but the fact that I see something like this in a SMALL McDonald's operation in Switzerland shocks me deeply. Anyone who carries out quality controls or checks hygiene would have a heart attack. I really wonder whether hygiene is maintained in the kitchen. As a long-time service employee, I would almost have to report this to the authorities. Without exaggeration, I'm REALLY shocked.

Really above today on 17.12 we wanted to eat a dessert there but no donuts nuts which when I asked for a refund I was told 15min and we defrost them for you again but the other one with pistachios was dated DLC from 16.12... thought I looked at the date and time on the packaging labels...

They make mistakes all the time, it takes 20 minutes to bring you a nugget, it’s good there + mcflurry not filled and disgusting I don't recommend

Stop at Payerne to help out..A DIRTY McDo! Everything breaks, full of cobwebs hanging in front of us! Order 1 crispy salad and the chicken and very dark, very hard. Served after 25 minutes and after a group arrived 10 minutes after us! I ask to change and they complain about me! Staff asleep and not motivated! Close this McDonald's or renovate it and with staff who are staff!

I've never had a takeaway order that was just from a Macdonald's but the one in Payerne is breaking records. I check my order when I get in the car without opening the boxes, everything looks good...! Once arrived home it would have been necessary... the boxes were the right ones but not the burgers inside 🤦🏼 and the sauces the number was good but not the right ones

I think the people in the kitchen are completely screwed, stop recruiting at Payerne station. There's a stage where we wonder if it's a prank or if the guy behind the stove is personally angry with us, it looks like they beat up my burger before serving it to me, poor guy he was in a bad state. It's almost a lack of respect, I'm disappointed that these people receive a salary.

A simply detestable, dishonest collaborator and a little too proud of herself! Points deducted in my application but wouldn't give me the mc flury! To flee!!!!!

As expected, the food was the same as other McDonalds. The women's toilet was a horror. 2 cabins, one was locked (out of order) the other one couldn't close the door properly unless you slammed it VERY hard. The flush didn't really work well either, and the faucet almost fell off when you wanted to wash your hands.

Almost empty premises (3 p.m.) and a long wait... incomplete order... staff who gave the impression of wanting to be elsewhere... borderline cleanliness. Not recommended!

Every time I place a take-out order I get a surprise! -Order from another customer -Missing an item or not the right one -Coke at room temperature without gas or ice cubes (even though I ordered a Sprite) Even when I check I have surprises! I haven't made any comments until now but that's too much, I'm going to become borderline paranoid when ordering. I don't want to put all employees in the same basket, I know it's not an easy job either, but please make an effort!

Cleaning the establishment is not pleasant. I went by around 4pm, there wasn't a single table that was clean. For me, hygiene is essential in restoration.

The children's toy room should be cleaned regularly. The protective plexiglass is completely dirty, it doesn't even make you want to let the children play

Well, I ordered 2 coffees and 2 ice creams at the terminal...I waited 17 minutes and I myself went to get my tray which was waiting on the counter! Only 1 waitress who does her best to find where she should bring the trays to the tables... Way too long a wait for fast food!

What can we say about what happened on 12/20/2022... Initially, and despite having noticed us for a good twenty minutes, the employees only opened the doors to us at 11 a.m. without a shadow of an excuse, being half an hour late. In a hurry and consumed by hunger, we are confronted by the branch manager who comes to announce to us in a most unpleasant tone that there is an electronic problem with the cash registers and that we must pay at the terminal by map. Not being able to do so, I turn to the said manager and ask him if it is possible to pay the exact amount in cash to avoid using the cash register. He retorts in a tone as jovial as ever, emphasizing that he "can't do anything, not even open the drawer." Following this, we left equally hungry and shocked by such lack of professionalism.

Really bad! We had to wait over 30 minutes and then the food came to the table completely cold! I don't understand why there is never any quality control! I don't think this meets the standard and no one acts in front of their superiors. If you look at the other comments, it wasn't a single case

A very dirty Mc Donald, lack of hygiene everywhere. Should be the dirtiest McDonald's in Switzerland. The managers of Mc Donald Instead of responding, you will contact us to get our opinion, you have had enough of opinions for time so instead of an automatic response which is of no use trying to send an inspector from your company for an observation and correction of defects. McDonald's like so many others, but why is the screen displaying ready orders not used or in a completely random way? The number is displayed on the screen but you wait another 10 minutes for the order to actually be ready.... The burgers are still assembled quickly, so of course it's a fast food, but given the prices charged by McDonalds Switzerland, they should be impeccable... Unfortunately, items are often missing from our orders, fortunately we check each time.

Very disappointed, I had a voucher, this one did not work on the machine when taking the order, I paid then I went to the manager and she clearly told me: "I can't refund you the difference, so too bad” I don’t even understand that a commercial gesture was not even made. In addition, I ordered a menu with Fanta and then I was told that they no longer have fanta…so I paid more than I had to and I have to change my drink…still no gesture from the from the manager...she tells me once again that it's McDonald's regulations that she can't do anything about it...But I have a hard time seeing things like that having always had good customer service in other restaurants of the company.

I go to this restaurant most of the time and frankly I think it is one of the worst McDonald's there is in terms of organization and staff skills. It always takes a long time to get the order even when there is no one... (and there are a lot of employees) once the lady forgot to put the potatoes and luckily I noticed before leaving. She didn't even apologize and told me she wasn't used to it... Anyway, fortunately the staff is quite friendly otherwise I probably wouldn't go there again

MC does sloppy. Often the criterion made per minute is not respected. The hamburgers are soft, the fries are lukewarm and limp. Along with Lully, Payerne is a weak link in the MC Donald chain, you just have to go to Avry to see the proof.

All the bins are overflowing on a Sunday at 7:45 p.m., tables full of dirty trays. Waiting 20min to receive really cold dishes, glasses without lids or straws (it bends when you drink). The 250pts charged for a Black glass which they don't have. The glasses with the medium menus are also missing, but that's not the case. is not announced. When I ask how to do it, the boss is simply odious and says annoyed: “I don’t have time”. One of the toilet doors does not close, so you can pee with the door open if you don't want to use the other toilet which is simply disgusting. We received 42 towels for 2 people, it’s really generous. I don't usually comment here, but it seems to be a recurring thing. I of course sent an email to MacDo Suisse. Flee this McDonald's in Payerne, it's shameful.

Ice maker doesn't work. Drinks without lids. I am very disappointed and will never recover from it.
