Mensa in Winterthur

The food was always good or excellent by my books with very few slip-ups. Immense amount of salad ingredients, 2 different menus every day, plenty of snacks and beverages at more or less fair prices. Well-prepared for the strong influx of students around lunchtime with calm and friendly staff. I was happy to see the bump up in serving size and the cheap option for a second serving. The dining hall is a bit loud and ugly, but the level of cleanliness is high. After a rocky start, I enjoyed the mensa and its staff very much!

Silly remarks, unnecessary photos, anything for a laugh of their classmates, quite saddening. Now there is some truth to their opinion, the food does come in slightly too small portions, especially for the price, but the staff is incredibly friendly. So, remember that the reviews written for this establishment, is from people that have only eaten hot dogs for the last 3 years. -An honest review from one of many students.
