A DISASTER, we had reserved a table, they put us in the veranda which was freezing. We asked the waitress to change tables and she replied “the other tables are reserved”…..The whole room was cold! We asked again insistently to be moved, which was finally done. We order meat with fried sauce…. The dish arrives without sauce! We kindly ask if they will arrive, the waiter replies without apologizing that he supposedly didn't hear and asks us again if they really want them. We tell him yes but that we would like our dish not to be cold. He tells us “no, don't worry, they won't cool down.” 10 minutes later our dish is cold and arrives with our sauces. The people next to us They point out to us that our dish is cold, the people next to us ask the waitress where their espresso is, which they have been waiting for 15 minutes, she replies: “It took a long time because it comes from Brazil, laughing.. Huge lack of respect for customers, they complained to us and were shocked by the behavior. At the end of the meal he comes to us asking if everything went well, we answering no, that we ate a cold plate and that the service needed to be reviewed, he replies: “well thank you eh” with a chuckle. We are going to pay when we see him pass in front of us, laughing with his colleague. We settle, the rude person, not a thank you not a please when paying. Good food but CARASTROPHIC service! We won't come back again.

We came without a reservation and were still warmly welcomed. We were also asked whether we would have enough to eat until 8 p.m. We said yes. The pizzas came quickly and were excellent. At around 7:30 p.m. we were told that we could stay longer. You looked for a solution and found it... That's what I call great service. The ambience...is a matter of taste and in my opinion not important, the rest is just great!

We came to eat on Sunday 24/09 in the evening at Michelangelo and when we arrived, the restaurant was packed and what's more, we hadn't reserved, but the waiter was very professional and kindly asked us to wait two minutes time to set a table, something he did in 2 steps 3 movements. Once installed, it served us quickly. It's the first time we've come, but the pizzas are really excellent, it's been a long time since I ate pizza this good. We will be back soon for the pizza and for the amazing service.

And the price is very reasonable. They offer the possibility of taking the rest of the dish to take away, which is very appreciated. The toilets in the basement were clean and consumables were available. The restaurant is also well decorated, which makes it particularly welcoming. I will happily come back to try another dish.

I've been going there for a few years now and frankly, generally speaking, it's the best pizzas in the Chablais region! There are certainly times when they were a little less good, but the number of times where they were incredible is much higher! I highly recommend, and if you are disappointed, wait 2-3 months and go back! I suspect a change of pizza maker from time to time though... but as long as it remains incredible, it suits me perfectly! Continue to delight us

Horrible experience, We had to call the waitresses several times, they forgot our requests even though the restaurant was not even at 50% capacity. But if it had stopped there, there would have been no problem, pizza arrived CARBONIZED!!!!!! We waited 15 minutes to get our daughter's dessert (called the waitresses back 3 times), and when we asked for the bill it never arrived we had to get up, once again, to go pay, when we made a comment about the ice cream, the waitress took us for idiots saying that the cooks had to prepare the ice cream (industrial ice cream in a box) DEPLORABLE SERVICE Hello and thank you for your response, It's not just the oversights, it's the way your waitress doesn't care about customers' opinions. I said there wasn't even 50% capacity, by the time we ordered there were 34 people nowhere near half.... 35 Minutes a mixed salad and 20 more for a calzone pizza... We never asked for anything straight away, except for our daughter's ice cream for which we still have no explanation :) Thanks to your waitress for not telling lies.
