Super tasty and something for everyone, plus very friendly staff! I'm not usually a real fan of cupcakes and only found out about the shop through my girlfriend, but I really enjoy eating cupcakes here. I've found every creation so far to be incredibly tasty, but I'm particularly fond of carrots and velvet!

I bought cupcakes today at the Limmattalbahn depot. A bitter disappointment. It's a shame to charge so much for such sugar bombs. I didn't taste anything except sugar!!! I'll never buy cupcakes like this again. I bake specialties myself with high-quality ingredients. They're 100 times better.

Ok cupcakes. The buttercream (surprisingly American buttercream) is a bit too sweet for my taste. And the cakes are surprisingly dense. But it is nice that they offer vegan options.

The best vegan cupcakes in town are here! The decor is very attractive and around half of all cupcakes are vegan. The employee was incredibly friendly and gave us very good advice. The prices are expensive, but if you want to treat yourself to a delicious and not overly sweet cupcake, this is the place for you. PS: I especially liked the vegan Nutella cupcake.

Best Cupcakes Ever! Sweet Service!

I was quite excited to try their cupcakes after reading a lot of good reviews here, however I was disappointed. I ordered a box with 4 different flavors and all of them except the chocolate one were dry and tasteless and the icing was too sweet and hard, almost like it wasn‘t fresh. It‘s a pity, maybe it was a bad day, and I am willing to try again but definitely would go for the small portions next time.

Best Cupcakes in Zürich! I really love this cute and cozy bakery because they also have vegan cupcakes and all they bake is really delicious. Sometimes cupcakes are too sweet but this place really hits the spot! The owner is a very kind person and she also does catering and birthday cakes!

These Cupcakes are delicious! As an american I’ve been looking high and low for the most authentic tasting cupcakes in and around Zurich and these are definitely it. Great cupcakes! I couldn't decide on a cupcake, so I ordered four different mini cupcakes: carrot cake, (vegan) Oreo, popcorn, (vegan) chai latte. All were delicious: the cupcakes were light, moist and fluffy, the frosting had just the right amount and wasn't too sweet. The service was very friendly and you felt welcome. Will definitely stop by again!

I could not of been happier with the service I received. I live in the US and my son lives in Zurich. I wanted to treat him for his birthday and Michelle's made it so easy. They went above and beyond to make it happen and my son loved the cupcakes.

Oh I need to give out this place 5 of 5 stars, because the cupcakes is really good and sold out very fast. Make sure you are early enough to try those cupcakes! By the way, hot chocolate are awesome tho! And the staff is super friendly, ready to serve all customer needs! I am very impressed and satisfied! I'll definitely going back again! highly-recommend place ever!

Still in love with Michelle's cupcakes! A beautiful shop with the most friendly service. And once you've tried Michelle's cupcakes, you won't want any others! But the rest of the offering is also great - my current favorites are the scones (with the fine coffee) and the ice cream sandwiches.

This is a cozy coffee shop. We really liked the coffee latte and the latte tea. I noticed that they have all sorts of sugar (white, brown, sugar pills) and apparently delicious cupcakes. The waitress was very friendly. I recommend this place if you want a good coffee or tea.

I bought 4 cupcakes on Wednesday at Michelle's Cupcake on Talackerstrasse. I've never eaten such extremely bad, even disgusting cupcakes in my life!!! The cake itself was doughy, tasteless and the icing on top was hard and inedible and that The whole thing was much too cold!!! I've enjoyed many, even in the USA, but this is a disgrace and for 20 Fr. I expected more taste and baking art, ugh Teifel, never ever again!!!!! The only good thing was the incredibly lovely saleswoman without hair, she was great!

I tried Michelle's cupcakes about a year ago and unfortunately I wasn't particularly impressed. This afternoon I wanted to try again and was disappointed again. The cupcake was dry and hard and actually looked like it. The best part was the icing. Unfortunately I threw it away after just one bite.

Great selection. Delicious, always fresh cupcakes. Pretty shop with great attention to detail. Always worth a sin!
