The fries were limp and greasy. The rest of the dish (chicken satay sauce) was good.

I have a lot to go when I finish my work. As it's open later we can do our shopping in peace. I go through the Coop then the Migros and the Migros restaurant. A good while before going home and then I go to the post office. Withdraw the money and return by pleasant train. I really like this time, especially in summer with the good weather. Extremely unpleasant place because it is too noisy. Regarding the meals, these are perfectly defrosted so absolutely disgusting. Concerning the kitchens, the lack of hygiene is remarkable. The staff is not at all transparent regarding the origin of the fresh produce at the take away. They are also not smiling at all. Now let's talk about the prices, they are anything but justified. For example, desserts vary between 4 chf and 6 chf for some, which is absolutely unacceptable. In conclusion, I hope that Migros will take my opinion into account and ensure that things change. I want to say that I am not the only one to share this opinion!! For now, run away

In Pully, well advised and smiling service

The plates are small for the price... a mini ladle of sauce.. the Migros restaurants have changed a lot.. You might as well spend 5chf more and go to a real restaurant.. Disappointing...

I like this restaurant, I like to have a coffee and a pastry in the morning or afternoon. I haven't eaten lunch there yet because I can't find anything interesting to eat. I would like to be able to buy my sandwich for the day before going to work, but unfortunately no sandwiches are on display at 8 a.m. while the café opens at 7:30 a.m. And I was told that I am not allowed to be in the restaurant with my dog ​​- that is to say he accompanies next to the table. Although I have already come several times with my dog ​​and I have never had any comments. If I understand very well why dogs are prohibited in the supermarket, I do not understand why dogs would be prohibited in the restaurant - therefore at the foot of the tables. It’s a café-restaurant, people go with dogs to cafés and restaurants. I don't find it coherent. As a regular customer, I like the employees of the Migros restaurant. But I find him too stressed all the time and on all levels. During my first experiences I found them rather aggressive because under the influence of stress they said sentences to me in a very dry and harsh manner. It was very upsetting. But over time I understood that they are nice but overwhelmed with work. Perhaps we should give them fewer tasks so that they can take good care of their customers to offer them a real café-restaurant experience and not just a low-end café. In truth it is an excellent café-restaurant. I prefer to have a coffee and a pastry at Migros rather than in a private or Portuguese pastry shop. I hope you will take my opinion on dogs into consideration. In Switzerland, one in two households has a four-legged friend. And in a local café it is important to be tolerant since the customers are loyal. And last word on parking - please provide the possibility to pay by card for the parking ticket on all floors! As a student, I had to leave more than once because I accidentally bought my food in the Migros store and not in the cafeteria. Which for me doesn't make much difference to the employees' salaries, yet we got kicked out of the cafeteria. Food in restaurants is twice as expensive as in the store and of lower quality. Additionally, students want to eat indoors as the weather gets colder and colder.

Very disappointing compared to other Migros restaurants... The dishes are not bad though. But for the price, we expect larger plates... the plates are very small! The staff is very nice.
