The service and atmosphere were great, but somehow the ventilation wasn't set up properly so the smoke wasn't blown out enough and we had to leave the restaurant quickly

Very disappointing experience. We went inside and asked if we can use the toilet for my 3 years old child. First we were told: no problem go in. On the way out a very rude woman behind the bar told us that we cannot use the money unless we drink and we need to pay money. I have no problem with that but would be nice to tell me before we use the facilities. She was very unpleasant about it.

RothenflueSmall Swiss restaurant with authentic food and very friendly staff at the top of the Rotenflue right next to the cable car. 🇨🇭 🍽️ PS: The view of the Great Mythen & the surrounding panorama from the cable car’s rooftop just behind the restaurant is nothing short of breathtaking. No wonder the location is a pitstop on the Grand Tour of Switzerland! ⛰️ 🏞️

Oberer Steisteg, 6430 Schwyz, SwitzerlandThe service was super friendly but the prices are a bit high for a small sandwich with coffee over 10 francs. Bearing in mind that the Coop is right next to it. I'm starting to imagine that bakers will go bankrupt if they sell their goods at such high prices. In practically every restaurant you can get a fresh sandwich for 5 francs and you shouldn't charge more for it unless the meat was dried yourself and the butter was made yourself in which case you can easily charge 7 francs.
