It's not the ambience, the place has charm... but the food and friendliness are great. We ate falafel, makali and schawrma...I love it...everything was very tasty and we would eat here again if we were in Bern.

I ate the falafel and a falafel sandwich, they are the finest falafel I have eaten in a restaurant. The falafel sandwich is very nice, but there could be more filling in it. What I liked is the gloves the employees use to prepare the food are the same gloves they use to collect the money.

Mimo Falafel on Postgasse in Bern is worth a visit. There are really good sandwiches here. Whether falafel, halal, shawrma or halloumi, you can get the tastiest Syrian specialties here. A small terrace with seating invites you to enjoy your sandwich here too. While you wait, Mimo is happy to serve you falafel to try. It's clean so I can highly recommend this snack bar. We found it today by chance and it surprised us a lot. Enough quantity and good flavor, plus the attention was also 10, they gave us a falafel ball and a chocolate bar while we waited. If you don't understand the language, be careful with the red sauce, we didn't know what it was and is a spicy sauce 🌶️😂

Best healthy take away in Bern! Centrally in the old town, near Bäregraben. The food and drink is great, everything is always very fresh, and the atmosphere is warm.

Nice little falafel shop hidden in a corner in the old town of Bern. Ive heard they sell some of the best falafel of Bern. The falafel is really good here, although i wouldn’t say its the best one i’ve had. The people here are super friendly. We also tried their Haloumi wrap but that one is not my favourite, although also definitely not bad. I would definitely come here again for the falafel or to try the Shawarma.

A halal falafel restaurant in Bern, close to the Bear Park... and located at the end of the old town on a back street We found it by chance during a tour of the town The chef is a Palestinian who lived in Syria. He is kind, generous, and cheerful We ate crispy and fresh falafel with the original Levantine taste, fried in clean oil...and the price is reasonable. I advise everyone who has been to Bern to try it We asked permission to pray and prayed Maghrib in the shop as well

Had the chicken schawrma with some chilli sauce. It was super tasty with a nice spicy kick! The owner was really friendly and even gave out bite-sized Toblerones to my group. Recommended

We had falafel and it was very fresh and tasty. Portion wasn't too big but price/performance was right for me. I didn't like the ambience and wouldn't have been interested in eating there.

Everything is really very nice! Well, it's a pity that it was only after we ate that we noticed that the gloves the employees use to prepare the food are the same gloves they use to collect money, open the door and so on...so , There is no hygiene here at all. Scary! The order in the restaurant is also very precarious... What a shame...

This place was absolutely amazing. I am a strict vegetarian following Jainism which is a diet which uses no meat and root vegetables. The chef catered me very well and created a delicious falafel wrap. Although we had a language barrier he still understood my diet and served me food. 10/10 location for any veg, non-veg. I highly recommend going if you’re in bern!

Best falafel and shawarma I’ve ever had and at very reasonable prices. The owner is also super friendly and welcoming! He was more than happy to walk me through all the customization options. A core memory of mine will always be him telling us to wait a few minutes after we received our orders since he had a fresh batch of falafel coming out and he wanted everyone to sample - unsurprisingly, it was delicious! Highly recommend!

5 starts is not enough! One of the best falafel I ever had, if not the best! It was very nice to see all the preparation with fresh ingredients and the service was very fast. We received a really warm welcome at the entrance too, where we were greeted with some falafel while waiting to order.

The meal was excellent, some of the best falafels I have ever eaten. And the prices are not excessive. The value for money is very good. We advise you to go there!

Mimo is a legend. The homemade halloumi is sensational. Plus the authentic and friendly service. You always feel welcome and there is usually even a small snack to try.

I've eaten shawarma and falafel so far. It's very good and I often come here during my lunch break. The service is fast and Twint is accepted. Since it's in the old town, Mimo Falafel is also a bit hidden, but definitely an insider tip.
