The interior and the staff were good, but sadly the two drinks I had were disappointing. Maybe if I had ordered coffee it would be different. The chai latte was not very flavourful, it tasted mostly like milk. The lemonade also lacked in taste, it felt like it had too little lemon and was just fizzy lemon water. Overall, I am disappointed because I would’ve enjoyed having a café to return to.

A very nice place with an excellent selection of coffee and a good breakfast. Very friendly staff, and good recommendations for heana. The only complaint is the neighborhood where the coffee shop is located, very unsafe and very dirty compared to the rest of the city. I do not recommend going into the area after dark.

Really cute little Cafe just off of Langstrasse. Very bright and well lit. Very courteous staff and service. Popular but a bit slow to prepare your beverage during rush hour (which make sense - it's rush hour). My friend and I had the cold chocolate and the house brewed flat white. Their baked stuff is really good too. We had banana bread and it was Yum. Perfect place for meeting a friend or going on a coffee date! 10/10 would recommend.

Best spot for a delicious caffè in Züri!

We spontaneously went to Miro on a Sunday lunchtime and got a table relatively quickly (please note that advance reservation is not possible and you may share a table with other people). The restaurant is furnished in a rather modern and clean manner - which means that the atmosphere can seem a bit sterile. Staff is very friendly and prompt. Coffee and food were good (the granola is recommended).

Absolute favorite cafe in Zurich

You can get awesome coffee, really nice people and good cake. The Ambiente is quite simple. But as I say it is not about the Ambiente, it’s about having very good coffee. So go there and try it yourself. We had a flat white, banana cake and a Lemon cake.

If you want top-notch coffee, you won't be disappointed here. You can choose between different types of beans and also vegan milk alternatives.

Great Place for Speciality Coffee with heaps of options. 5 different coffees as espresso available when I visited, two batch brews, and multiple hand brews. Very friendly staff, top service, food is amazing. They run a shop with their roasted beans and good selection of equipment for home brewing. Interior is nice, you can observe the roasting process through a large window. Can only recommend.

We were in this café with a larger group and were unfortunately very disappointed. It took all of 20 minutes before we could even order and another 20 minutes for our coffees to be served. The food and coffee were tasty, but the service left a lot to be desired. It took another 20 minutes for a croissant to be brought. Paying was also chaotic - we paid separately and the last three had to pay the rest. There were items on the receipt that we had never ordered. The waitress blamed it on us and was annoyed when we insisted that these were never ordered. Although some positions were eliminated, we still paid more than originally ordered. All in all a disappointing experience.

Top 3 coffees in Zurich. Food was great too, but a little too expensive.

We came here because of the great food that we saw in the pictures. However, the kitchen is only open on Saturdays and Sundays. That's a shame, because why shouldn't you use the kitchen every day if you have it? The staff was very nice and made us feel comfortable, so we ordered a cheese croissant and a coffee. I recommend the cold brew! The croissant and coffee were TOP!

I’ve known (experienced) Miró for at least 3,5years now. One of my top 5 places to get “specialty coffee” in Züri. During my last 3-4 visits within a span of maybe 6 months, i must admit - the service is not great. At no other of my favorite coffee spots in the city do i have to wait that long for my cup of coffee. Plus the guys are really not very friendly (as they should be), it is felt. One time i even had to reassure them that I already paid for my cappuccino (with the girl who already left/ disappeared by the time i was leaving). The guy who tried to make me pay (again) was skeptical, which i found a “no go”, kind of “accepting” the fact that i am claiming to already have paid, instead of apologizing to me. I will still be coming back i think, most likely..probably.. when i have a date with friends, as the space is truly nice and always interesting people coming by. I will never get my coffee on the go there tho, as i don’t feel “the heart” at this one. KR Tasha P.S.: Haha, yesterday they let us wipe dry the plastic chairs outside from the rain by ourselves by giving us a towel, we didn’t mind and actually pro-actively offered that option by seeing how unmotivated the guy was as we initially asked about it. The offer is really good. Unfortunately the service is less so. Last Sunday the place was really full and the cook was sick so the kitchen was closed. That's why we ordered a coffee to-go. While we were waiting for our coffee, the lady in charge of serving us asked us to wait outside because the place was full. We briefly asked her to be patient until the coffee came because it was raining heavily outside and we didn't have an umbrella. But the lady refused to allow the discussion and sent us (the only ones) out of the store, as if we were unwanted guests. Of course we went out immediately. A minute later the coffee came. So the whole thing was very unnecessary, unfriendly and embarrassing. Really a shame!

I think the place has changed a lot since the opening. Both here and at there branch at Zürich HB. People generally seem unmotivated and not friendly. Yesterday we had to wait like 7 minutes before the barista/cashier did finish hanging out with her friend who came buy. She switched to the customers only once her friend did. point this out. Coffee drinks are not creative and modern at all, no nitros, no coffee cocktails. Roasts are super dark. There’s a shot of their cold brew which is less than 200 ml with 2/3 of it being ice cubes (see the mark on the MID certified cup). I think it is all a joke in 2023, guys. I know there’s barely any competition in Zürich, but try to be decent and modern.

Amazing coffee shop! The coffee tasted great! They have filter coffee as well as different types of espressos. They roast their own beans here and you can even see the machines, unroasted beans and during the week you can even watch them while they're roasting them. Would recommend especially if you enjoy more acidic espressos. The coffees with milk tasted great too and had beautiful coffee art. The coffee shop had a very relaxed atmosphere and looked a little more modern. A lot of seating so perfect for studying/reading/working. The barista was very friendly and even explained a little about their roasting process, their beans and the coffee workshops they offer.

✨ Happy review of Mirò Manufactura de Café ✨ Looking for a quiet place in Zurich with excellent coffee to make a couple of video calls with two couples of future spouses, a friend who has lived in the city for a few years recommended this place to me, saying that it is absolutely suitable for me. I trust, and I realize that I did well as soon as I set foot inside; the Mirò in Brauerstrasse has large windows from which a splendid light spreads, a spacious environment with various tables and a counter that immediately makes things clear: here you undoubtedly drink quality specialty coffee (roasted in the adjacent room, which I'll find out later by going to the toilet). The staff is friendly, I place my order and sit at a table on which I set up my workstation; shortly afterwards my batch brewed Colombia coffee arrives, VERY GOOD, and joins me in the call in style. While waiting for the time of the next appointment, I decide to have a snack with a cappuccino with soy milk and a slice of apple bread; the cappuccino is very soft and the "dolcetto" really good. I enjoy everything by looking around a bit and doing post-production, knowing that I will definitely return here in case of other video calls since the background noises are quite low - and above all to try other coffees and learn more about the cuisine (from photos of other reviews made me very hungry) ☕️

Totally overrated. You can find similar good quality coffee in any other cafe around Wiedikon. Food is mediocre. They have a huge queue in the weekends, they take your name on the list, and never use it again. All this looks theatrical and unnecessary. I won’t go to a place again where I get more annoyed than happy. ———- Addendum after the cafe’s reply: I am surprised by the style of Miro Cafe’s reply to my review. They start with straw man arguments to devalue my comment (“wild guesses”, as they say, about me and my visit) and finish with patronizing suggestions/ wishes for me. I find it aggressive and disrespectful. In addition, of course, I am not a professional food critic/ reviewer. I share my personal opinion based on my experience like most of the users in Google Maps. Still, I appreciate their point on sharing more detailed review so that they can improve. Additional points that they asked: Staff: slow service, defensive and arrogant also based on their reply to my review Interior design: can’t comment on the design but tables are too close to each other Music: don’t remember if there was music, all I can remember is the noise from the crowd in the cafe, which is fine. Location: so so, a bit remote side of Langstrasse Guests: it is not up to me to comment about people, I prefer to focus on the cafe’s properties Queue: working based on reservation might help, like most of the brunch places Cleanliness: the toilet was not clean (only one unisex toilet for a huge crowd might be the reason not to be able to keep it clean) All in all, the annoyance of my visit continues also due to the way that they handle my review. I'm updating from 4 to 3 stars my review of a year ago because of the new menu. Still a great place for coffee but their updated menu is very disappointing. Unnecessarily quirky menu where even porridge is made of rice instead of oats (and it's disappointing). I hope management can review the menu soon.

Excellent coffee and nice design, but too full and loud on Saturdays. Staff seems stressed and half friendly. Barista very friendly. A basic sound isolation concept at the ceiling could help to reduce the noise.

Great place. Atmosphere, food and coffee on point. Worth noting: the cup of coffee portions are so much smaller than in the states. Not unique to this place in particular, but every place I’ve been to in Switzerland so far.

One of the top Café in Zurich and a nice place to sit to enjoy your favorite drink. I would have given 5 stars if the milk would have been « tighter » with micro bubbles instead of being on the « foamy » side. A little let down. I regularly visit their sister place at the Hauptbahnhof where execution and consistency is flawless regardless of the barista.

Good coffee and great location. Unfortunately, the furnishings are too bare and improvised, not exactly comfortable.

The atmosphere on a side street off Langstrasse is almost idyllic, and the outdoor terrace, located right next to a school, is recommended. The food itself is not convincing. The baked goods are not fresh and taste below average. Good baked goods are part of a good cafe. The scrambled egg toast was missing cheese (and onions). Somewhere on the plate I found a few wafer-thin millimeter-sized cheese shavings (at first I thought they were leftover plastic). Everything is beautifully and stylishly prepared with greens and pepper, but it really doesn't taste good enough. A restaurant should not only impress with the location and atmosphere, but also with the food and service. In my opinion, just offering decent coffee is not enough, hence only 3 stars.

The place is stylish and looks very avant-garde and like it would be top-notch in all they do. I am an aesthetic-biased customer, so I thought I'd give Miro 4 visits, before writing this review, as I really WANTED it to be good. 1. Slow service. 3/4 times, coffee took about 10-15 minutes to be ready, even when not very busy. On a Saturday, food took about 40 minutes. Orders were also amiss, where something was forgotten and the person at front was distracted. 2. Food. Cakes were a bit dry and menu selection could be more extensive and interesting. This is not a review of staff as people, as I know some of them to be kind and friendly, but of the quality of the service and lacklustre food options. 2 Stars is harsh, but as customer I would feel dishonest giving any more, despite my best intentions and understanding of how difficult running a business like this is.
