Mozz sticks were great but everything else was bland. Definitely didn’t feel like an American restaurant of any sort. Decor was… interesting. Place was packed so the Swiss must like it but it you’re an American looking for a piece of home here, not it.

The food is somewhat OK. But the service is really unbearable and is the reason that I will take a long break from visiting the restaurant.

Great because you get hot food all day long.

An American-style restaurant: - big portion - decent prices - friendly staff ;-) My burger tip: Chicken burger with BBQ sauce in it. At peak times it is advisable to reserve a table and you should be prepared to stay for 1 hour.

We were there on a Saturday afternoon and the service as well as the food was great! Price/performance is very good. We will go again.

Over 1 hour waiting time. We ordered, 3 other tables ordered after us and they got it quicker than us. Sorry, that doesn't work at all. Never again!!

A very special restaurant with an American style appearance. The menu offers a large selection of various large and small dishes throughout the day. There is something to suit every taste. The friendly service is very attentive and careful. Let the ambience and the food on offer convince you.

A simple restaurant with good opening hours and fair prices. The food was tasty, and the portions were huge! Unfortunately one of the servers was not particularly friendly, but at least we didn’t have to wait long for our food. I would suggest to avoid sitting by the white door, as, even though it was closed, there was some draft, so it was pretty cold.

We visited regularly, now we'll stop for a while!!! - Curry sauce = you eat pure curry powder, has nothing to do with "creamy curry sauce" as they describe it in the menu. - Starter came at the same time as the main course - After dinner we would like some coffee and dessert. We haven't had anything to drink for a long time!!! We waited for 40 minutes (while the third waitress stood behind the counter on their cell phones). 😉 After 40 minutes the waitress came with the bill, which we didn't ask for. á la: You've eaten, now you can go. We communicated our concerns on site and the answer was: "Do you want to pay separately or together???!!!!" 🤔 Very, very sad!! It wasn't just today that we had bad experiences!

Actually, it's a shame for what was once such a nice bijou location. We were (not) served by a very rude and impossible waitress who, shortly after 10 p.m. on a Saturday, instead of saying hello, the first thing she said was that the kitchen was already closed! (The five of us wanted to enjoy drinks and a nice atmosphere). After the first round we were not asked for a second or last round. The chairs were rearranged in our presence, the bill was brought without us asking, the door was locked from the inside, after we stood outside in shock, wordlessly and cheekily an hour before the end of the day. Never experienced anything like this in my life! Incomprehensible!!! Any guests ever coming? Us and our friends and the friends of our friends...etc...never again!

I haven't had such a terrible meal in a long time. Cola was a sweet, non-carbonated drink. The schnitzel was still dripping oil from all sides. The ham inside smelled very strong. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

As always, I order the chicken burger. The quality has declined in recent months. The schnitzel (picture 1) has become smaller compared to the last visit (approx. 2 months ago). The bun was also burnt and hard.

The food is excellent. Hamburgers of all types, it should be noted that the meat is of excellent quality. Very fresh salads with chicken, fish or without. Abundant dishes. Aperitifs and place inside and outside, if it rains place also covered outside.

The food is much better than before. The service is very polite and accommodating. I'd love to come back.

Was here yesterday, I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream!! then the "balls" arrived, one wasn't even a whole scoop🤔 that was pretty poor!!! Otherwise burgers etc. absolutely delicious and good portions, very recommendable, but ice cream today.. ...can happen, I will continue to come and enjoy delicious burgers🤗

Five of us had dinner there and had reserved a table when we were there. We were only able to wait half an hour until we were served, service was unmotivated and snippy, food was good as always. I even heard the staff gossiping about guests behind the Baar, later they asked if we wanted more coffee but we apparently had dessert and the staff almost forgot about it and they didn't want to pay 50.- More...

Easy going restaurant for a cozy evening with a few people who don't place high demands on the cuisine. The food, from starters, salad to sauces to burger meat, tastes like convenience products. These are OK combined, but true joy does not come from eating them. A bakery roll, some homemade sauces and fries with a house-made spice mix could make a big difference. The service was friendly, if not overly attentive. The empty plates remained on the table for around half an hour. The prices are rather high considering the product quality. *my reviews are usually strict*

It's a pity that a restaurant with good food is unable to provide good service to its guests. I recently went to a restaurant that had incredibly delicious cuisine, but unfortunately the service was poor. Although the food was excellent, the service was very slow and my order was taken but not communicated to the chef. The waiter was inattentive and it's a shame that the poor service marred the experience because the food was really great. I hope that in the future the restaurant will be able to improve the service so that guests can fully enjoy the food.

Getting old. The food is frozen. Nothing special. The meat in the burger is also a frozen product. Very unfortunate. The service was friendly and nice.

Were there for lunch today, the kitchen was top as always. Price/performance ratio was right. The service staff was a very unfriendly lady snippy, unmotivated, someone like that doesn't belong in the service. The place could be renovated a bit without losing its charm.

I can highly recommend Miss Liberty. I've been going to Miss Liberty for about 20 years and usually treat myself to a fitness salad. The plates are generously covered and the food is delicious. I can especially recommend the Chicken Kiss menu - chicken with honey sauce

The food itself wasn't bad, but the conditions weren't clean, the tables weren't cleaned, the cutlery was waiting for it, a shame for the food 😐

It's always been great so far but apparently they have a new chef and now it's just a flop. Won't go there anymore. Food is terribly bad and tasteless.

Miss Liberty is always a must. The American flair and friendly service bring us back to this restaurant again and again. The menu offers enough choice (good home cooking) and the food tastes very good. By the way, you can get very good portions for little money.

I was there for dinner with friends on December 3rd. The service was TOP, big compliments to the servers. I didn't think the food was that great, the cucumber salad was sour and the burger within 2 minutes. cold 😶 And my burger bread was very hard, so I gave a lot back.. But the fries with the sauce were delicious, I thought that was great.. However, the burger was disappointing

At 5.12 I and 2 colleagues ate 2 portions of fries, 1 tea and 1 cola because I know that there is a delicious menu there, but yesterday it took 45 minutes even though 70% of the tables were empty. The dark-skinned cook was busy at a table with his colleague, but the fries were burnt beyond eating, which was a real shame. They serve schnitzel and burgers in large portions at moderate prices, but nothing outstanding. It used to be a nice location, but it's getting old. The staff is nice and friendly. All in all it's okay and we had no complaints. But I wouldn't go there again.

Too many people and only 2 servers, where one of them was too busy, flirting with all the young soldier, who was there. The other server had to run fast. The burgers were very small and no taste. I doubt that it was beef. It tasted and felt more like pork. Also it as the frozen kind, where I expected fresh home made beef

Yesterday I went out to eat with a colleague, unfortunately I was very disappointed. I ordered a green salad and received iceberg lettuce and very lovingly prepared, a little salad dressing and no tomatoes for decoration. it was the same with the sorbet. I've been here several times over the past 3 years because it was good and pleasant. Unfortunately I will no longer be visiting Liberty.

The restaurant can be easily reached by car and public transport. The food tasted good and there was a lot of it on the plate. Almost too much. Unfortunately, the preparation of the dishes we ordered took longer, so we had to wait about 40 minutes for the food we ordered.

To this day we are very convinced of Miss Liberty but today was very disappointing. We arrived at the restaurant today, June 6, 2022, around 7:30 p.m. and immediately ordered two starters and two menus. After about 40 minutes our starter was brought to the table and we ate it. At 8:25 p.m. the waitress came to the table and said there was a delay because the burger meat hadn't defrosted yet and of course we asked how much delay there was. The service said 30 minutes and the bad thing is that three tables that came after us received their menus (including burgers) earlier than us. It's a shame we've never experienced anything like this before. It's not the norm that you have to wait 1/12 hour for food... of course we didn't wait because we were hungry and left.

Really a great place to spend your lunchtime and even on the terrace when the weather is nice. The choice between the daily menu or from the menu offers enough to find something delicious to eat. I've already treated myself to delicious burgers and menus and we'll definitely be back soon. Since I was only there at lunchtime, I can't comment on the evening. The staff is friendly and helpful, you quickly feel comfortable and understood.

I've known "Liby" since it was created decades ago. The American-style diner offers a large selection of different burgers and other snacks as well as delicious dishes. It's also worth stopping there for a drink. The young waitress is always friendly and attentive.

No atmosphere, really bad staff and the food... hmmm... every burger joint makes it better... the question of what can be recommended was answered with the words, Nothing... I have to eat this every day and can Don't recommend anything...we had that impression too.

The food was delicious, but we had a valid voucher and when we wanted to redeem it at the end we were told we should have communicated this at the beginning. They were not willing to adjust anything about the order or cancel it in order to be able to redeem the voucher. It's a shame that everything else was good😕

Good food with very nice service!

We were very happy with the food, which complimented the American ambience. Unfortunately, the service has declined a bit over the years. Which we found very unfortunate. However, on weekends we recommend making reservations for several people.

The employee (blond hair, a little older) was extremely annoyed about the visit of my one and a half year old nephew on March 4th, 2022. She explained that she has children of her own, but that, unlike my nephew, they would sit still. After this visit, Miss Liberty Zuchwil can definitely be classified as child-unfriendly and child-discriminatory!!
