Very poor service for overpriced food in an uncomfortable canteen atmosphere. My beer was foamy and the entire bottle was full of beer and it was still served just like that. When it came to the starter, sauce leaked out of the bottom of the basket and when it was cleared away, the waitress only half-heartedly wiped it up with a napkin, so our table was still covered in sauce throughout the entire meal. However, the service is also for around 30 tables alone, hence the excessive demands. The fried cauliflowers were delicious, but the ramen is absolutely not recommended and the price is too high for that. All in all, unfortunately a disappointing evening.

I have no idea how the rating comes about, maybe the meat menus are better. Fried cauliflower was delicious, the planted burger was completely inedible, service could be greatly improved. Location is okay. It's only worth it for social media - nothing more...

Very good food, friendly service, but unfortunately there is no menu available. You have to order via your cell phone or iPad, which has the advantage of eating less because it is quite inconvenient

Our server Ale was very funny and friendly. He explained to us very well how to eat the dishes and made us feel comfortable. The food was very good. I didn't have enough lettuce for the bulgogi. (maybe I could have reordered). The ambience was pleasant, but the music was a little too loud and a little inappropriate.

Wonderful Korean food , authentic and tasty

First of all the food was ok, the noodles with shrimp was my favorite main dish, the chicken starters were flavorful but not as much meat as I would have liked since it was quite pricey. The drinks were also nice. The star was mostly reduced because of the rice staff as she did not seem to care about the job and was quite arrogant when we asked for a fork

Best part of this place is definitely the toilets ! Jokes aside, I tried the Korean fried planted.chicken and the vegetables bibimbap, both were really tasty. The planted.chicken was really like chicken, anyway, the most important in this dish is the crust. Only the bottom ones were a bit soft. The bibimbap was served in a hot stone bowl and the rice got nicely crispy :) They also offer a nice selection of Korean and generally Asian drinks. The service was quite slow to come take our order and bring us the check, I think we waited almost an hour after having had our plates removed and we in the end went to the cashier. It is quite pricey, for two people, having each a vegetarian bibimbap, a beer, and sharing the starter, we were at 92,50chf.

We have already been to Miss Miu twice and were not disappointed both times. The bibimbab and the bulgogi were very good. But what really impressed us were the Korean Fried Chicken, I've never had such good fried chicken (crispy breading & fine marinade), it's a dream, I would always go to Miss Miu for these. The ambience of this restaurant is just beautiful, what surprised me is that this restaurant is almost always empty when we are there, which I can't understand at all. Always happy to miss Miu

Miss Miu, Badenerstrasse Great, nice, central restaurant. Stylishly furnished, super nice service, food was good, selection could be larger. Separate room is great, here you can be alone from other guests, eat, drink and sing karaoke with friends undisturbed. Recommended

It's beautiful decorated place, however staff is far from friendly and food very far from good. Very small portions, kimchi tasting like something totally different, it took them 1 hour to bring the food, and after they were rushing us because they had another reservation. Definitely not recommending this place.

Great ambience, wonderful food, everything was delicious! It was my first time trying rice beer and I thought it was delicious! The service is very friendly, but when the restaurant was full, we sat with empty plates for half an hour because they weren't cleared away, which I personally don't like. At home we noticed that our jackets and coats smelled strongly of a restaurant. Food is served on a hot stone (certainly very tasty), but it also fills the air with smoke. All in all a positive experience, we enjoyed it, we will come back, the price-performance ratio is also unbeatable.

There were three of us. I didn't feel welcome by the waitress. No laughter, nothing. Wanted a fork since I can't eat with chopsticks. Nothing came until the end! I found it too expensive, but it tasted good.

I had dinner there with my grandmother and we both loved it. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The food is simply delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. I can only recommend this restaurant.

The taste is really good, but it still has potential in terms of preparation. Very grainy rice - almost impossible to eat with chopsticks - and the meat slices from the bulgogi are baked into a block. You can do better! The bibimbap was also very good in taste and better prepared.

It was a fantastic experience! I asked if I could be a secret surprise guest for a colleague's birthday. I was provided with work clothes and was allowed to serve the drinks. The surprise was a perfect success and the employee even made a video of it, which she sent to me via WhatsApp. The food was flawless and met my expectations to the fullest satisfaction.

When we greeted him, he initially couldn't see the reservation and the waitress was missing something from the order and we were asked a second time whether we had already ordered.

Were there for a birthday and had reserved the separate room for this. I thought this was a curtained off compartment in the restaurant, but it is effectively its own little room with its own entrance. The room is very narrow, so you have to organize yourself a bit, but that was fun and added to the experience. The atmosphere is super cool and the food, as always, is very tasty with a great selection of drinks and dishes. We also really liked the opportunity to play our own music. Gladly again!

My girlfriend was visiting her Korean husband. Afterwards we went to this Korean restaurant and we all loved it. The food was fantastic, the service was very accommodating and the atmosphere was really nice. I recommend soju and the bulgogi.

Atmosphere is the highlight of this restaurant. Also staff are friendly and kind. However, the food is 1) not really Korean and 2) not well cooked / tasty (which for me is the most important reason for my review).

Food is delicious. At lunchtime the restaurant is very busy and we had to wait a relatively long time for the food. Overall, highly recommended.

The place is fancy and definitely something special. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the service, which I found very negligent, and the food, which didn't taste like anything. The chicken they served me was cold and I had to explicitly ask them any bare-minimum seasoning to enjoy what I actually ordered.

Miss Miu is simply fantastic! The atmosphere is modern and cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I recently had a business lunch here and the organization was perfect. The staff took care of all the details and made sure everything ran smoothly. The menu offers a wide range of delicious Asian dishes. I've eaten here several times and each time the food has been fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. I can highly recommend Miss Miu Restaurant!

Overall: all style no substance Food, bland not authentic, confirmed by waiter. Waiter calls it System Gastronomie = McDonald meaning more than prepped in advance. Scared to send out flavour full spicy dishes. Service friendly but forgot basics, sugar requested for tea little share plates. Can’t pronounce any of the Korean Japanese dishes themself. Atmosphere flashy style ok to good for Korean but music was off but it’s modern restaurant so who knows what’s correct.

It was worth it that we came all the way from Basel. It was extremely tasty and a great atmosphere. The service was great (Ale served us). She was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rest of the service was also super friendly. We would love to come back.

Ambiance is very fancy. Mix of 1920s and Korean kitchen. Unfortunately, chopsticks are more about style (flat chopsticks) than practicality. Service is very friendly. Staff seemed a bit uncoordinated and this resulted in incorrect orders. Now to the most important thing: food and drink... A homemade ice tea with cranberries was ordered... it was just water with ice cubes and mint leaf + currants (complete currants...not crushed, let alone juice...) The starter was fried chicken wings. Was very cross and the sauce was slightly spicy with a smoky note... Like bbq. That was very good. The main course was a clear disappointment... Bulgogi, the beef was leathery, tough What is offered as “Kimchi” is heavily soaked in sesame oil and has neither the spiciness nor the variety of flavors. Maybe I've been spoiled by my travels to Korea, but what "Miss Miu" on Badenerstrasse offers as a Corea kitchen is unfortunately far from what would be possible for the dishes I chose. Unfortunately I won't give the restaurant a second chance.

Mis miu is the place that transports you to a different world and era. Beautiful place. 1920s vibe, Great Gatsby, Charleston... Even their WCs (toilets) are an experience on it's own. We ordered the fried chicken and cauliflower - they were VERY, VERY GOOD. Above all, our server, Richelle took care of our family very well. Thank you so much!!!

Went on January 4, 2024 - very good service and food - extra love the fried cauliflower bites - the staff is also very friendly - has a lot of healthy and vegan options (the restaurant really advocates for this) - atmosphere is really aesthetically pleasing and good for pictures (the WC included) - 5/5 stars for me!!

Had a late lunch with my family of 5 & we all absolutely loved everything about it! We had the fried cauliflower & fried chicken which were crispy had the great umami flavor & beef bulgogi was tender & juicy. Atmosphere down to the toilets is relaxing & very instagrammable. Our server Richelle was very attentive, engaging & friendly 😊 make miss miu a must do when in Zurich!

Due to an error on the website, we were initially disillusioned and disappointed when we learned that Korean BBQ was being done at this location. However, this did not spoil our dining experience on site, nor did it spoil the beautiful ambience. Starting from the restaurant itself to the extraordinary toilet (visitors know what I'm talking about). The staff was also extremely friendly and immediately offered a water bowl for our dog. There were 4 of us who had dinner there as two couples and we had everything different from starters to the main course and dessert. can try. The prices are comparatively reasonable for Zurich and the service in the form of the food is totally right! The starters are all great (only the edamame could use a little more salt), I had the Friedchicken, which had an incredibly tasty marinade, and the fries were also good with the Veganesse. For dessert I ordered the Passion Fruit ice cream, which was really tasty and sufficient for me (price CHF 5.50). My partner and her colleague's ice cream sundae were very good, especially if you have lactose intolerance. In general it is suitable for allergy sufferers as there is really a lot of variation in the menu.

Service was prompt and friendly. I really appreciated it! Food - disappointing Sizzling hot plate beef was cold when it came. Was not sizzling as it would suggest. Sushi was extremely compacted, made probably earlier this morning. Weird textures and flavours. Oh dear Lord. I'd come for the service.

American Review - 😍 So glad we happened to walk by when we were hungry! Absolutely beautiful indoor decor and the food was delicious 🤤! I added a little bit of the spice to my chicken sandwich 🍗 and my friend loved the sauce on the bulgolgi. It's a little pricey but worth the indulgence 💯. Plus it's Switzerland, in a major city, the price is probably pretty average for them. 😆

I was here for my birthday and all the staff were so nice and a lot of patience cause we were a lot of people with different needs. Food was delicious and it came really fast by. Drinks were a hit. We took desserts to share like in the secondo video and it was funny and good. They charged me twice when I had to pay because an error with the POS but then they returned the money a week later
