While feasting digitally via Google Maps, I found myself in a culinary adventure that paid off. The food? Well, it was ok. Nothing that catapults the taste buds into the fourth dimension, but solid food for the hungry stomach. But, my dear readers, the real entertainment began with the delivery. It seems like every one of my orders comes with a free puzzle game - find the supplier. A modern twist on "Where's Waldo?", except every time Waldo is wandering around in the middle of nowhere, far from my humble abode. The delivery time? A celebration of patience, learning to appreciate the little things in life while you wait... and wait... and wait some more. But the absolute highlight of my culinary journey was the generous 20% voucher, a true relic from times past, expired in June 2023. A piece of history that makes me nostalgic and reminds me that everything is fleeting - even vouchers. I now wait, half in anticipation, half in dread, for the bot response that will inevitably come to reassure me that my experience is "very important" and will be "taken seriously." In the meantime, I practice patience and the art of taking the inevitable with humor. Because what is life without a bit of comedy brought on by the trials and tribulations of food delivery? I ordered today for the first time from this eat-mole! First this food came super late. The food was literally cold and what I cannot understand!!! They used vegetables from the deep freezer and rice the ready one that you get in the supermarket… any one who loves food and love to be in the kitchen will notice that super easy! that’s pretty sad for the money that I payed. We must have tried calling 10 times while waiting, but the Mole team couldn't seem to get the hang of answering the phone. I understand the delay, but I find it unacceptable that one burger is completely burnt, pitch black and therefore almost inedible. At least the fries were good. My friend and I then looked at Mole's reviews and were really shocked at how disrespectful, cheeky and dubious the Mole team responded to decent criticism. Meine Freundinnnen und ich haben Essen bei Mole über eat.ch bestellt und wurden sehr enttäuscht. Nachdem wir das Essen entgegengenommen hatten, sind wir ins Haus gegangen und haben es untereinander aufgeteilt und mussten bemerken, dass für eine das falsche Essen geliefert wurde. Wir haben bei Molé angerufen und wurden zum Chef weitergeleitet. Dieser meinte, dass der Fehler ganz klar auf ihrer Seite liegen würde, sie aber der Umwelt wegen sicher nicht nochmals 10 Min. mit dem Auto zu uns fahren würden und das richtige Essen liefern würden. Von einer Geldrückerstattung hat er nicht geredet. Er meinte bloss, dass wir das fehlende Gericht bei der nächsten Bestellung gratis dazubekommen würden. Meine Freundin war so perplex, dass sie dies akzeptierte und auflegte. Nach einer kurzen Besprechung fanden wir aber, dass dies nicht okay wäre und ruften ein zweites Mal an. Dieses Mal wurden wir sehr undfreundlich behandelt. Wir verlangten, den Preis für das fehlende Essen zurückzubekommen und mussten regelrecht dafür kämpfen. Der Chef hat sich ziemlich unseriös verhalten und z.B. nach dem Alter meiner Freundin gefragt, was überhaupt nichts zur Sache tut. Nach einer längeren Diskussion wurde uns dann schlussendlich das Geld für das fehlende Essen getwintet. Der ganze Ablauf hat die positive Stimmung des Abends getrübt. Wir sind nun eine Erfahrung reicher. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt.
