Mon Tea in Genève

As Asian, it’s not easy to find a decent bubble tea in Switzerland until I tried MonTea’s bubble tea 🤤

Very limited quantity of pearls, and much overcooked tapioca. The servers are very upset, but they are nice and do their best under pressure.

The only Bubble tea shop that has never disappointed me. Welcome always great! The tapioca is always cooked to perfection (this is rare among the competition!) The choice of drinks is varied and above all delicious! I can not wait to see you again !

Well executed teas and treats. The choice is almost endless, so it's good to rely on the menu of suggestions and favorite teas to guide you. The tea is prepared with care and the seller was very friendly and patient. I opted for the waffle + tea combo and both were very good. The waffle was prepared with care and the ingredients are fresh.

We are always well received by the staff, who give good advice, and we are always happy with our bubble tea and matcha latte which are incredibly good!

I got my very first slushy bubbletea, and i loved it! I'm a chef, and i like trying new things out, and i totally loved the bubble teas there. Great varieties and clean place. The worker was so nice and spoke great english with me + fulfilled my wishes!. It was totally one of the best bubble teas i tried in Switzerland, and definitely the best in geneva. I will come again whenever i'm around. It's only a pity that the location is a little hidden. But that makes it a perfect gem.

Tea was quite good but the employee (24.5 around 13h) completely ignores customers, not even a hello,and cleans for good minutes and has absolutely no smile or any welcoming vibe. What a pity

Best bubble tea in Geneva, hands down. Adequate price, really pretty and soothing decoration, there are sometimes prizes to be won, the employees are really friendly and welcoming and not to mention their incredible toppings! Their brown sugar tapiocas are delicious and there are lots of choices. They are not "stingy" on the toppings unlike many bubble teas in Geneva. Not to mention the fact that they also sell granita, bubble waffles (which are SUBLIME) and ice cream! Plus, the bubble tea location is really well thought out and on top of all that, they are also open on Sundays!! I've been buying my bubble teas in Montea for 3 years and it's really the best place. I totally recommend it! 🧋💕

Best bubble tea in Geneva with difference! Amazing and delicious teas.

The choice is excellent. I always thought it was the best place in Geneva. However, the owner should be avoided. The second time I see him, he is still very unpleasant, angry, when we ask for details, we have the impression that he is making an effort. He cannot stand criticism, begins to justify himself and accuse the client in an aggressive manner, finding support among other clients. “I’m not nice to you, because you didn’t say hello to me!” That's his argument. What he doesn't say is normal. Poor behavior in front of a child. And it’s every time he sees me and hears the Russian speech…the rest is guessing.

The drinks are excellent and the choice is immense. The staff is really friendly, it's always a pleasure to stop by "Mon Tea"! I warmly recommend!

Super good bubble teas! There are lots of choices of drinks and toppings, so you can make lots of different combinations! Right now, my favorite is vanilla with pudding!

After trying the Lausanne brand (on the Bel-Air bridge), I love it. Fresh fruit prepared by hand. Option of lactose-free or soy milk, possibility of choosing the dose of sugar and ice cubes. Really great. Excellent value. My new favorite address!

We stopped at Mon Tea in the Swiss Village of Geneva, after ordering four bubble teas: a lychee passion, a lychee mango, a passion mango and a watermelon pineapple, my 6 year old daughter and I were sick to vomit! We both had the mango tea! We are sorry and disgusted because reading the reviews Mon Tea seems to be one of the best bubble tea addresses! I wanted to introduce this specialty to my children but it’s a real disappointment! We returned to France and left the pharmacy with anti-emetic, our Geneva escapade was cut short! Maybe we are the only ones who had a bad experience but we are truly sorry! However, the welcome was friendly from the young woman who served us, that will be the only positive thing to remember!

You cannot add milk to jasmine green tea, supposedly it is not the traditional recipe......😂 Bubble tea comes from Taiwan 🇹🇼, and there you can have the bubble tea you want...... In fact at Mon tea they have menus made in advance and there is no flexibility....... Don't waste time going to this place. Towards the university, boulevard du pont d'arve there is a very good bubble tea shop, where you choose your mixture 👍

Their fruit nectars DO NOT COME from TAIWAN but from MARTIGNY, it’s proven! Overall, hygiene leaves something to be desired, for example when the drinks overflow, we see them wiping the glasses with their fingers (in the middle of a pandemic). They get the orders wrong, the team is unpleasant and in terms of product I have already found better elsewhere.

Very friendly owner and employees, and I was finally able to discover his famous waffle pancakes which are a scandal because they are so good! By far the best Bubble Tea in Geneva. There is a varied choice of drinks, bubble waffle and rolling ice cream. The bubble teas are excellent, always well dosed, the staff is helpful and very pleasant. I have been going there regularly since it opened and I will continue to go there. Address not to be missed!!!

Serious lack of hygiene. Especially during covid time. I asked for a refund and explained why, they refunded with a terrible attitude. They were also lacking most of the ingredients for the bubble teas and the ice creams. Disappointed for the first time, I won't be returning there.

My favorite milktea from Geneva, I advise you to take it with brown sugar tapioca. Taro and other fruity drinks are also good!

The last times I came, it was really great. I was satisfied and had no complaints. However, today (August 15, 2020), I was disappointed with the work of the employees. They botched their work, forgot part of my order and were very distracted. They had absolutely no focus on their respective jobs and positions.

I haven't had bubble tea in 7 months and that is a long time for me considering I come from Canada and used to have it at least once a week. When I moved to Zurich to my surprise they have no bubble tea stores....I've been craving it for so long and this definitely was what I needed. Their tapioca pearls are cooked perfectly with the right amount of sweetness. Thank you for my bubble tea fix Mon Tea I will be back! Please open one in Zurich I beg you lol

Big fan of Brown Sugar Bubble Milk when I visited Asia, very disappointed by the one from Mon Tea which didn't look at all like the original or the photo in front of the shop... There wasn't either tastes like brown sugar... Just a classic bubble tea.

Wonderful selection of refreshing homemade fruit tea. Perfect for a hot day, they are able to do hot drinks as well. Their rolled ice cream is fantastic for those with a sweet tooth and children.

Yesterday I came to Geneva to visist a friend, she brought me to this bubble tea shop - Mon Tea. Honestly, in the beginning I didn't really want to walk-in, because it is all pink, I think it is too girly for me. But my friend insisted they have really good bubble milk tea, so I decided to give it a try. Glad that I did listen to my friend, I tired their signature bubble milk tea with brown tapioca, it was so good, not too sweet and I really like the chewy texture of the tapioca. Will definitetly come back again when I come to Geneva.

Drink well. I think this bubble tea shop is unique and has its own unique style. Nice tapiocas. I just hope that the nice lady with the blonde hair doesn't hate me for being an annoying customer because I like to order there often. If the lady ever reads this, I'm sorry ;)
