Thanks! Very tasty espresso beans! I tried the 'Konstructivist' variety from Monsoon Coffee & the intense chocolatey taste is just right to start the day. I prepared the beans in the Moka and can only recommend the variety to everyone. (I thought the design of the pack was so cool that I kept it :)) Will try more varieties :)

Bruenigstrasse 100Easter lunch: Koch surprised everyone with great creativity (e.g. chive panna cotta or ravioli with egg filling). For the main course, salmon sou vide... unbelievable!!! Our waiter was very personable and attentive. We can only say one thing: THANK YOU!!!
