Great restaurant at the foot of the Gotthard tunnel. It's worth getting off the highway and taking a break there. The pizzas are delicious and the staff are super efficient and very friendly. Fair price for the place. We discovered this restaurant by chance and for sure it will become our regular stop at the Gotthard...I highly recommend

At 5 p.m. 2 people to choose from. Everything quite salty. Roast beef and lasagne. Service quite unmotivated. Maybe it's because a German-Swiss man was passing through.

As always, it was packed with an Ambri (ice hockey) match. But as always, practically perfect service and, as always, great food.

I stopped in Quinto during a motorbike ride with friends. If and when I happen to pass through those parts I happily stop at Osteria La Montanara, but generally it's just for a quick stop for coffee. For the first time I stopped for dinner. Very good pizza, nothing to say, even if the wait was really long, but paying Chf 4.50 for a Coca Cola in Quinto is also not possible! Then something happened that I really didn't expect... I only ate half of my pizza and asked to take the rest away, so far so good. I ask the waiter to please give me the leftover crusts from the others, because I wanted to bring them to my dog. He replies "oh no, it can't be done" but I, completely convinced that he was joking, also replied laughing "but that's why it's called a 'doggy bag'". Result? He didn't give me the scabs, really, he preferred to throw them away. I don't often remain speechless, but that evening it happened, and even now I regret not having reacted to what I consider to be something absolutely crazy (besides, the pizza belonged to me since I paid for it). Disgusting! Service and cheese expired! Overcooked pasta although requested al dente. I'm speechless, and we're not fucked in the world, I've eaten better in taverns in unthinkable places.

Drove past here unexpectedly due to a holiday traffic jam and decided to have something to eat there. Probably unexpected crowds for the restaurant, but despite that everyone was welcome. There is also ample parking next to the restaurant. Service was friendly, neat and fast despite it being busy. The menu offers sufficient choice and the fact that the menu indicates that portions adapted for the little ones are possible is, in my opinion, a good extra service. Portions are good, even very good. We had a delicious meal there and were able to relax after the many hours of driving with an incredibly beautiful view. An extra plus were the clean toilets.

Rude owner and very slow service!..we waited an hour and a half for the pizzas, when it was time to pay they told us that the POS wasn't working and it wasn't possible to pay by credit card...so before sitting down at the table we just had to say that we had to wait a long time to eat and that they wouldn't accept credit cards!!!! Zero transparency!!!

Unfortunately I had lunch in this place, an experience to forget. Very unprofessional, grumpy employees and waiting times equal to the queues for the Tunnel (Gotthard) during the weekend. I recommend traveling a few more kilometers and going to have lunch somewhere else.

Unfriendly and cold staff, menu not according to CH rules (origin, etc.), in dirty plasticized casing, pizzas with bad dough, possibly too small a gram because it is too thin and dried out, prices for the Leventina region are absolutely overpriced. Really rude staff. I visited this place this morning. Two girls served the tables. I ask the brunette girl (tall with long hair) where the toilets are, she, not knowing that in the meantime I had ordered a coffee, tells me that it is not possible to go to the bathroom. It becomes possible when I make her understand that I intend to consume. I get a normal coffee even though I asked for it to be latte. I enter the bar with the cup in my hand and I ask the brunette to latte it for me and she throws the cold milk in, annoyed. I kindly ask her to make me a hot latte and she takes a spoon, puts it in the jug, takes out a little foam and throws it into my coffee, enough to dirty the saucer. Not a thank you, a good morning, a goodbye. An abysmal rudeness. If I were the owner I would be fired on the spot. I will never go back again
