You are simply super mega!! The absolute best planted confectionery ever!! We regularly get something sweet from you (regularly putting up with traffic jams) and are always thrilled; all chocolates, brownies, chocolate mousse cakes, carrots, dates, etc. including the cookies & buns 😍 It would be great if you also offered savory analogues at the main station in Wiedikon. Thank you that you exist!

I live in the UK, but I made it a point of coming here on my trip after a recommendation and it did not disappoint. The most knowledgeable and helpful team members and super tasty products; as a pastry chef, im jealous I don't live there so I can apply for a job 😅 Went home with lots of presents and my 72 year old mother insisted on going back to buy herself a few bags of coffee after seeing mine, call me an influencer 😀 5 ⭐ highly recommend!

very cute little bakery. the pastries are yummy and not on the sweeter side. They are all vegan which is great, if you are looking for vegan options. Sadly there is no place to sit, so it is takeaway. The chai is very yummy, the sticky bun and pistachio bun are my favourite.

Plant-based?! Unexpectedly tasty. We had their bestsellers: cinnamon roll and stick bun. Both were good, the dark CR was slightly dry and very flavorful. The SB was super moist/sticky and just a tad bit too sweet for us. We imagine the SB served w a cold cup of milk would flatten out that sweetness.

Moon Bakery in Zurich is a delightful vegan haven. My absolute favorite bakery! Their cardamom buns are the best in town, offering a perfect blend of flavor and texture. The staff are exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A must-visit for anyone.

When I come to Zurich, a stop at Moon is a must! I love all the buns and especially the cardamon which is fantastic. The kind and helpful staff is always at the service of customers to explain the products and guide them in their choice. A corner of Scandinavia in Zurich! Super hygge :)

Excellent vegan cakes that can compete with any non-vegan cake out there. But just as importantly, the staff is professional and cares about their customers. I ordered a cake that unfortunately was damaged due to an accident during delivery. I was immediately informed and offered multiple options on how the situation could be resolved. Accidents can always happen, so I really appreciated that the staff was able to handle it professionally and with kindness. I felt like my order was in good hands, so I’ll also order my next cake here.

The cinnamon roll had a bad chemical aftertaste. As if they hadn't rinsed the tray properly before using it. The taste was 1 to 1 like dish soap. That was my last visit

I’m increasingly disappointed about this place. Staff is completely untrained and they struggle with the simplest tasks such as putting chocolate into the box, wrapping a box or processing payments. The new chocolate boxes cannot be opened properly, basically had to rip it open. The buns are often not fresh, my guess is that they sometimes sell buns that are more than a day old. Prices are simply out of proportion for this kind of quality and service! I had supported this store since day 1, but I think today was my last visit…

Very nice vegan cafe with a range of chocolates and cake. My favorite coffee is the cardamom latte with oat milk. Friendly staff and great chilled atmosphere.

We were completely enchanted by the sight, which is why we bought 7 different desserts. We were disappointed at the first bite and it got worse with each piece of dessert. You can tell that vegan desserts don't taste the same. It didn't suit our visit either.

Best patisserie in Zurich! I tried the cardamom bun, sticky bun and biscoff bun, all three delicious! The cardamom one is the simplest, well balanced and good even if reheated a few days later. The other two buns are perfect: very soft and with a good amount of filling. I loved the crunchy nuts on the sticky bun. Chocolate is also worth trying. The staff is very kind and the place is very nice.

Offer appealing, prices urban, service underground - please hire someone who cares about how your customers are treated. If the staff takes it easier than the waiting customers, something goes wrong and they walk out without buying. Two people were served before us - in a pastry shop this should take less than 7 minutes

The pastry is worth 5 stars. On the other hand, the opening hours are not great. Opening earlier would allow us to have these brioches and others for breakfast.

Went for the cinnamon buns but they didn't look really good, and barely any frosting.. we had another pastry instead and it wasn't great, especially for that (really exaggerated) price!

I really wanted to try vegan chocolate while visiting Switzerland and this was so worth the trek from my hotel! I bought many bars of chocolates, including souvenirs for my vegan friends at home. I was helped by Wolf, who was friendly, happy to make recommendations and was very patient since I had a hard time choosing. The chocolate was delicious and I enjoyed every flavor, basically eating it all before I got home. I wish they would add shipping!

I never miss an opportunity for pleasure during each of my visits to Zurich. My favorite ❤️, the apricot tart tatin, I would be even more delighted to discover a gluten-free version, why not?

The pastries are good, not overpriced for the city of Zurich, normal prices in Zurich! The shop is small and cute, but it is very hurtful when you come in and the boss, who has had a child, is inside with her husband and the baby and is laughing at me as a regular customer?! Just because people were talking about me…. ? Which is unprofessional anyway!!! I ignored them and did nothing of the same…. She laughed again and looked at me again and again. Apparently there is talk about regular customers. I have to avoid the restaurant to protect myself. Seller laughs too. Besides, you don't laugh at people, we want to treat each other lovingly! You just don't do something like that, it's not appropriate and it's unprofessional and not exactly smart. For my part, 2 stars for the misconduct that I unfortunately often experienced there

I am so happy that I found this amazing patisserie! We tried the cardamom bun, the chocolate bun (the chocolate has 70% cacao) and the sticky bun. Omg please try the sticky bun because is the best thing ever and also the cardamom bun was amazing too. The chocolate bun was a little bit to bitter for my taste but it was expected because of the percentage of the cacao. The buns are so soft and every bite is a pleasure. Next time I'll try the cinnamon roll which is actually the reason why I visited this patisserie because I heard that it's very good. We will come back for sure!

What a gorgeous little place, and quite unique to Zurich. A little patisserie with cakes and baked goods, all vegan and some even gluten-free. I love when you can't even taste it! Tried a pistachio cream slice and a Raffaello cake, both of which were delicious, but the pistachio one was out of this world. I previously tried and enjoyed their cinnamon and cardamom rolls at Bridge (Europaallee). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful even when I found it hard to make a decision:) Will come back soon for sure.

The people and the service in this shop are very good, all very friendly and spontaneous. A little conversation there every time. I'm always blown away by the vegan cinnamon bun, so delicious! Also the Special Tartlet this summer, with strawberry and lemon cream inside, . Simply heavenly, Price is still a bit to high.

The buns ar good but the lemon cake! Omg! Never tasted something so light but yet with the lemon taste that. If you like lemon pies and cakes, give this one a go. Sorry, no picture as it was so good!

Absolutely amazing place for vegan dessert and for the best cinnamon rolls in town. A large selection and everything tastes excellent. It's worth spending more because it's not exactly cheap, but you can treat yourself once in a while. Always happy to come back. My absolute favorite was the matcha cake :))

We had a cinnamon bun, Cardamon bun and some chocolates. All were delicious. little expensive but warth to try. This shop became our favorite. We went back within one week. I had a coconut cake as the owner recommended. It was gorgeous.

My husband Fritz Straub went to this bakery as a child he was friends with the current owner been in the family forever.. How he longs to go back just to try their wonderful cakes again

We entered Moon on Bertastrasse happy and hungry. The staff was not welcoming. The baked goods were good, but not worth the high price. The coffee wasn't great either. Disappointing.

Minimalist and sassy environment. Vegan Swedish pastries have a very nice aromatic profile, even a bit dry. Chocolate was for me the highlight of the place, both the 85% and salty 75% were really good.

Nice vegan bakery in Zurich with cinamon rolls and other Scandinavian viennoiseries. I liked the semla (with whipped cream). They also make bread, individual cakes, chocolate and hot drinks. This is take away only.

Walked past by chance. The patisserie looked delicious and so beautiful. I bought a banana cake and a bownie. We were very disappointed when we tasted it at home. Brownie didn't taste like brownie, the contents stuck to the palate and the miso mixture tasted more like motor oil. Banana cake was ok, but not outstanding (with a background of burnt taste) and not worth the hefty price. That's why a star deduction. When we googled, we discovered that all patisserie are vegan. That explains everything (my experience with vegan patisserie so far has been very disappointing). It's a shame that this isn't visible enough outside and in the store. Hence the additional star deduction. The service was very friendly.

This super cute bakery is full of vegan options! I love seeing vegan bakeries, and Moon is one of the best I’ve been to. The semla and cinnamon bun were both very good! Would definitely recommend coming here.

Absolutely a must go place if you are vegan and have a sweet tooth! Pastries are so tasty, chocolates are a sight for sore eyes and scrumptious and to close up they have drinks as well. Pay a visit and you won't regret it.

Just visited amazing Danish bakery hubby is Danish! Chai latte and hot chocolates for the kids were bliss. Chocolate 💖💖💖 and all vegan!

Love the vegan pâtisserie and sticky date buns. The interior is also super nice, cozy and modern. A great plus is the vegan bean to bar chocolate from Kürzi Kakao that they also sell here. The only thing I don’t like is that they add peanut and coffee to many things.

I love this place! Their chai latte is probably the best I tried :)

If you want to pamper yourself, Moon is the right place for you! I love all the products from the cinnamon rolls to the desserts to the chocolate and the coffee. The products are not exactly cheap, but quality has its price. Not to mention, it's all vegan.

I visited Zürich today and decided to go to MOON to try their pastries. I was extremely pleasantly surprised with the high quality and flavor, especially of the buns. You really feel that the ingredients are carefully chosen and that they have a passion for what they do at MOON. I was told the products are all 100% plant-based, which I only realized when the owner told me and I would never have guessed based on the flavor. I would highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

Baked goods such as cinnamon rolls were very tasty. The patisserie, however, was super expensive and none of my guests liked it, including me unfortunately. We ate 4 different patisserie.

I finally made it to this bakery today and got the cardamom bun for take away. Delicious, really liked the seasoning and texture. The only thing ruining the experience was a hair found in the dough. I will be back to try some of their other goodies understanding that mistakes can happen, hopefully no hair next time ;)

Cute spot! I tried some sweet pastries and one savory. I really liked the cinnamon roll. The pastries are a little expensive but I suppose the quality and overhead (Zurich!) drive up costs. Definitely worth coming here for a treat now and again.
