The pastries and bread are great! On the other hand, each time I tried pastries I always found them very dry... Rolls, pain au chocolat, croissants... I don't understand, even when arriving early in the morning... Too bad, otherwise it would be flawless!

This is the best bakery in the area ... including Sion and Raron. I have lived in the area for three months and this was my staple destination. They also make their own chocolates and beautiful regional cakes. The ladies working here are all so friendly and it is just a pleasure to go there... a traditional bakery of excellent quality so why go anywhere else?
