Moshimoshi Carouge in Carouge (GE)

I have been a customer since they opened and apart from the fact that the quality is no longer the same compared to the beginning, I would especially point out that this is the 3rd time where I am 2 hours late with delivery. I'm trying to call them to find out where my order is because I ordered at 11:20 a.m. for delivery at 12 p.m., it's 2:35 p.m. I never received anything and not a warning call, nothing, shameful. I've been trying to contact him since 1 p.m. but no one answers the phone!!! We can read in a comment that they always answer the phone, the joke! Too bad I can't post pictures to show you my 15 calls or I never received a response. Me who recommended them to those around me, it's over! ASHAMED

I ordered food and it was not delivered to me. I tried calling them, no one answered, I reported it to Uber. Uber tried to call them, no one answered. Wasted over 2 hours waiting for food

I've been there several times and everything has always gone well! the food is great and the service too :)

good atmosphere and fast service

I placed an order online on their site at 8 p.m. Delivery was scheduled for 9 p.m. I waited until 9:20 p.m. before calling them, and on the phone, not even an apology for the delay, nor even a discount voucher like other brands do when deadlines have passed. However, I used to order my sushi from them, but the customer relations are really not there. Never again.

I regularly order delivery... Yes, there have been errors, but after calling them to report them (and not to complain) I was entitled to a FREE order! I have never seen anywhere else that following an error, the next order is free. Bravo for this hyper-commercial gesture even though I wasn't calling for that purpose. I continue and will continue to order from Moshi Moshi♥️

My favorite sushi in Geneva, very good, tasty and fresh. However, the delivery is frankly not great: fast but there are always order errors, either a drink is missing or certain sushi are not the ones ordered. I still highly recommend it.

I WOULDN’T order delivery! In my review, I can’t rate the food, because it is 2 hours after I ordered and still do not have my food. I called the store almost an hour ago (1/2 hour after the promised delivery time) and was brusquely told the food was on it’s way. They obviously do not care about customers. I guess they get enough one-and-done business. Canceled my order after 2 1/2 hours (and Uber Eats not being able to contact them in multiple attempts).

This evening we go to buy sushi from the terribly unpleasant and aggressive waitress… a shame such unpleasant service… to be avoided

The quality of the sushi is good despite increasingly small portions, the big problem is the customer relationship which is execrable, no smile, no hello and a strong feeling of disturbing… I won't go back for that.

We order from this restaurant because the sushi was good, even knowing that their delivery times are never met + or - 30 minutes late each time for some time the quality of their sushi has really declined too bad

If the food is very good, I really regret that the staff doesn't care about waste. Indeed, in almost all of our orders, although we have indicated in capital letters in the remarks that we do not want wasabi, soy, or baguettes, we receive a good quantity. On the other hand, for 2 portions of breaded shrimp, only 1 sauce was delivered to us!!!

These are my favorite sushi and I have been ordering for years but for the past year they have always been 20 to 30 minutes late without ever giving an excuse and 1 in 2 times they forget things. I will not order from them again.

Sushi that's getting smaller and smaller and of good quality... they're still good but it's not worth 75 chf... it's not what it used to be.

Good sushi but an hour and a quarter late for delivery. We ordered at 7 p.m. for delivery at 8:30 p.m. at the earliest, and we received the order at 9:45 p.m., which is unacceptable. The poor delivery man tells us that managers do not want to recruit more delivery staff despite constant complaints from customers.

The products are fresh and good. Unfortunately, as a loyal customer for years, I notice a catastrophic drop in quality during deliveries. Waits of up to two hours during the last orders... always good excuses to explain these delays but no commercial gesture. I am disappointed to see that respect for customers is no longer a priority... my last order will be the last.

The sushi was plentiful and all delicious. I especially liked the California roll with salmon cheese and fried shrimp. The decorations were nice and I enjoyed the visuals. The inside of the store was stylish, the staff was friendly, and it was very comfortable.

Bad experience with our last order. We order sweet sauces extra, which is already annoying in my opinion, and they were missing from the order when we received it. Not being able to choose between savory and sweet is already frustrating for a sushi restaurant, but on top of that you forget them despite the extra charge is really unpleasant. My girlfriend doesn't like savory sauces so it ruins the meal which still costs 70 francs. We called you and you weren't really understanding. Too bad because we were regulars.

Their sushi is good, the best in the area (Carouge/Plan-Les-Ouates/etc) but they are taking advantage of it a little already 30 minutes we are waiting for our order and on the phone I understand clearly that it is in front of the person who is speaking to me and who supports me that she is gone. There are very, too many, often problems with orders... So, yes when we complain they make a gesture but at the price of their sushi it is unacceptable! I swear I'm fed up...

Just ordered and food was not fresh, which is a no-go for sushi. Don’t order there, quality unfortunately is no longer acceptable.

The quality of the food is very good. The service on site is slow and leaves something to be desired. In the evening the atmosphere with the subdued lighting is pleasant but as in all sushi restaurants of this type it is a little tight. While we were eating there were a lot of people who came to order imports and they waited 10 to 15 minutes before being served. High price

The sushi was good but I was quite surprised to find only a small sachet of 2.6 g of wasabi for an order of 25 pieces of sushi (40 CHF)… not wow!

Rice is really bad!!!!! It’s unacceptable for a Japanese restaurant. It’s impossible to chew. One more thing I never seen any Japanese restaurant in my life using rice paper to wrap a roll.It’s only wrapped by seaweed. So weird!!!

A long-time customer, I have never been disappointed, both on site and takeaway. The food is really excellent (especially the breaded shrimp Californias and the chicken Moshi Roll 🥰) and the staff are very friendly. Occasional customer for 5 years, I go there less and less. Damage... The sushi is less good 1x out of 2, the service is deteriorating, and the waiting times even for takeaway are much too long. This evening, order made, to collect to go by 8:45 p.m. I arrive at 9 p.m. to pick it up and they just tell me that it is not ready and will not be ready before 20 minutes... very average reception!! I come back 15 minutes later, and I see a delivery man who was already waiting before me, who is still there. He starts to get impatient and then one of the employees (just before he enters the restaurant, the 2 employees were laughing at the delivery man...) responds to him in a disrespectful, aggressive manner that she is not ready and that if he is not happy, he will cancel the order and he can leave. She ended up canceling his order. I hallucinated!! Another time, they made a mistake on our order, my friend went back to complain, we looked at him suspiciously and the employee said to his colleague "apparently there was a mistake on the order". We're not going to come back and wait another 20 minutes to scratch a sushi roll!!! This restaurant has become nonsense for a few months!

Having been a customer for over 6 years, the service is increasingly deplorable!! We feel like we're disturbing each time we call!! The young woman who takes orders on the phone is unpleasant and not at all commercial. As far as I know, we pay for the sushi, your sushi is not free, the least you can do is be polite and pleasant with the customers.

The quality of the fish is declining and we still have to wait 2 hours before delivery.

Excellent restaurant that I particularly like. The food is really very fresh, well presented and delicious. This is the second time I've been there and the quality of the service and food is still perfect. The only negative point is the music which is played at a slightly too high volume, but otherwise everything is very good. I highly recommend this superb restaurant.

Sushi is very tasty and ingredients are very very fresh. Miso soup is quite delicious. I was skeptical of the cheesecake when we ordered but that was also very fresh and tasty with notes of citrus and vanilla. I would just prefer the edamame to be served warm on a rainy day especially=)

Very disappointed with our last 2 orders from Moshimoshi Carouge. The quality is no longer at the RV. Order not respected. Spicy tuna maki is just a large amount of chilli powder thrown on tuna maki, unlike the delectable preparation that was made before.

Very good quality sushi, the ingredients are fresh and compared to sushi shop or wasabi in Geneva, moshimoshi is much better, it's quite simply the best in Geneva, it's a shame that it's in Carouge.

Tres mauvaise experience. Accueil aux questions presomptueux mais surtout: maki de thon spicy pas spicy du tout. Sushi d'anguille sec et froid (alors que c'est sence etre le meilleur et le plus cher, degueulasse). Brochettes de Poulet teriaky froides egalement. Sushi de saumon tres tres gras. Bref, presque 100 frs fichus à la poubelle ce soir... je suis scandalisée et c'est vraiment se moquer de la clientele

Nous avons commandé des sushis et nous sommes aperçus à la livraison qu'il manquait un maki.Je les ai appelé pour leur demander s'il était possible de nous le faire livrer, la jeune femme (adorable) que j'ai eu au téléphone a demandé à sa supérieure comment procéder. Ils pouvaient nous le livrer mais cela prendrait du temps. Je lui ai dit que cela nous convenait. Lorsque la jeune femme à confirmé à sa supérieur que nous souhaitions être livrés, j'ai entendu cette dernière lui dire que "j'étais bornée et que je faisais ch***". Je n'ai pas manqué de leur dire que j'avais entendu.Comportement inacceptable et non professionnel.

Honestly, worst sushi i had in my life. Huge, unedible, bad looking rolls with no taste. And seaweed salad that tastes so bad, completely ended up in compost.

Great sushi (fantastic actually) but every (!) time we order something goes wrong, late wrong order etc. Tonight at my pick up the salads were forgotten. I called and had to go back to the restaurant. Answer was that the lady was pretty sure she gave it to me. They were standing in front of her! Happy for the gesture (ice cream - thank you!) but at times a sincere apology for inconveniences would help. I am sorry for having been annoyed but it’s literally every time. I will be back for the sushi, I will check everything there. I will not go for the service.

La commande est facile, la livraison a respecté l’heure de livraison (paiement en cash ou par carte) et les produits sont bien servis, tant au niveau de la quantité que de la qualité.Des produits frais et bons, impeccables pour une soirée canapé. Je vous recommande ce restaurant.
