Classic Irish pub but with customers from all over. Very spacious, lots of tables, full of TV screens with live sports and lots of people drinking beer. Super friendly and proactive staff. Indian cook, therefore excellent curries and Indian dishes. Very central location and close to Zug central station. Interesting to visit and make some berets.

Very cool pub right next to Zug train station. Very good beer and cool people. Lovely again.

Must get more guest ales. A real letdown

The last time I was at Piwi was over 20 years ago, I was thrilled and over 90% nothing has changed. It was a real journey back in time. The only negative point is that you can no longer pay with euros.

Really nice place, good beer and good food! I went on a friday night and there was some optional karaoke. People have fun its a really awesome place. I hope to be back.

For me it is the best bar in the canton of Zug. It's very cozy, there's good music playing and the food is great. The location is also perfect as it is right next to Zug train station. The prices are like everywhere else in Switzerland and you have a large selection of beer.

No requirement: you have to order your own food and drinks at the bar and pay directly. Burger meat very poorly was most likely prepared in the microwave and has a disgusting aftertaste. The first and last time

We waited an hour for three burgers hoping that they would be freshly prepared. This was not the case, the burgers were a disappointment, meat tasted spoiled and totally dry.

Not a bad spot for a beer and a burger. This is an English pub (chain) so expect a lot of football, rugby , etc on the tvs. Some outside seating. Inside is a bit drab but I suppose that’s the style. Knocking it down one star because it is very expensive , even by Swiss standards.

Pretty authentic pub very centrally located in Zug. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main station. Staff speak very good English. Usual selection of drinks, some IPA brands as you would expect in UK. Was not very busy on Thursday night. Lots of seats available. Would come back for drinks here again.

I watched the broadcast of the Arsenal-Chelsea match. A good place. Liked. Besides, Arsenal won. ;))

Very expensive despite mediocre quality, especially because the tables are not clean and the empty glasses from the last guest are left there for half an hour before someone clears them away.

Good pub but some of the personal seemed quite overwhelmed with situation! Was in the pub in Zug on St Patrick's Day, first time I wanted to order food and Nicki (green mustache on that day) blew up at the question: where do I order the food... Not professionally handled and maybe take a quick break if you can't handle the pressure of a half full pub!

1st visit: Interesting place.5 stars.(just for a beer) 2nd: I went again. For food this time. Nice french fries and good seasoning. Could be a better side sauce than a common -not the best quality- ketchup.. You see the lettuce... I didn't like the meat also... was not possible to say medium-rare. So came a well done cooked slim burger......and the quality also was not good. So. For the burger I will give 2 stars. 5 stars for the potatoes, and 3 for the ketchup. To sum up, my second experience was 3 stars..

Bestimmt nicht nur das aufmerksame Personal war bei unserem Besuch der totale Renner, sondern ebenfalls das tolle Ambiente.Das Local ist super einfach zu erreichen! Die gute Verkehrsanbindung macht einen Essenstrip fix machbar.Was mich angeht glaube, mein Kollege und ich, haben mittlerweile jetzt einmal die gesamte Speisekarte rauf und runter bestellt. Die Mahlzeit wurde ausgesprochen hurtig serviert.Wir sind absolut positiv überrascht. Wir alle werden auf jeden Fall wiedererscheinen.

Das Lokal hat wahrlich Potential mein nächstes Stammlokal zu werden.Die Sitzplätze wurden tadellos geputzt und die Stühle waren überaus bequem.Das Personal ist ständig stark bestrebt und ohne Unterlass höflich!Was ich wahrlich empfehlen kann, sind die Nachspeisen. Mein Freund und ich waren nun zum vierten Mal da und haben bei jedem Besuch einen Tick Neues getestet.

Guys you have like 6 or 8 screens. We stopped off assuming we could watch the USPGA. But no. We were told that ALL screens would be showing soccer. Champions League. Give me a break. Needless to say we walked out so that’s about 200 chf you lost out on.

Die gute Verkehrsanbindung macht einen Essenstrip schnell machbar.Testet diese gute Küche, auf der Karte ist in der Richtlinie für jeden etwas dabei.

It's a sport bar or something. They shown football game was way too loud. They don't have tea in their menu...

Immer gut im Pickwick Zug, auf ein Bier oder auch zum Lunch auf einen feinen Burger, kann man nur empfehlen. Auch die Party Platter und Nachos muss man probiert haben. Auch gut für Livesport übertragen, Hockey und Fussball und ein Bier, dem gefällts hier!
