We ordered food (via uber eats), but the food never arrived ☹️

My friend and I ordered a pizza parma and a lasagne. The pizza was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the lasagna. Lasagna was supposed to be rich and flavorful, but what we were served was more like an unpleasantly watery tomato soup with tasteless lumps of meat and soggy noodles. There was a distinct lack of taste and quality. Particularly disappointing was the high price of 25 CHF for this dish, which was nowhere near what you would expect from an authentic Italian restaurant (see attached photos). I have enjoyed lasagna many times in Italy and this experience was in stark contrast to what we experienced here. Even ready-made lasagne from the supermarket, which only needs to be heated briefly in the oven, offers more taste and quality at a cheaper price. It is unfortunate that we had to go through this experience and I hope that in the future the restaurant will improve the quality of its dishes to meet the expectations of its guests.

While passing through Siebnen, we ate 2 evenings at L’Artista, which is a very good place in the area! A restaurant with an Italian atmosphere and cuisine, with very good dishes and beautiful decor. Special mention to Christian, an attentive and warm waiter 😋 We had 2 lovely evenings, Grazie mille🌹

Super. Real Italian cuisine! Real Italian Pizza.

I have to say this is probably my worst experience with a restaurant order line. At 10:46 a.m. I ordered a cordon bleu tuna pizza using the Just Eat app. Based on the order time, he could have been here in 30 minutes. I then contacted the restaurant and was told it would arrive in another half hour. Half an hour passed and then I was informed that the courier had delivered my order to the wrong address. At 2:07 in the afternoon the courier arrived with the food I ordered. I said I won't pay. And what I found in the boxes is a miracle. 6 toothpicks pierced the meat, the meat tasted like clean paper. The pizza wasn't even cut, I also ordered ketchup and it didn't come out either. But look... I work in a restaurant so I don't think it was that big of a deal.

For work reasons when I am in these parts it is mandatory to come and have dinner/lunch here. Excellent Italian dishes, with staff and ownership absolutely from Italy!!!

I never write a review but I'm shocked. I ordered the vegi lasagne as a delivery. Lasagna and vegetables were completely hard!! Chocolate mousse arrived frozen. More like ice cream!

Unfortunately we weren't very happy. The service was very poor and you often had to wait for service. We also found a cucumber including plastic packaging in our salad. Even after we said something, there was no apology or any other accommodation. That definitely shows how unclean the work is there!

We had a birthday celebration and decided to visit this place. Fortunatelly, we were all in a very good mood and an intention not to bracke the party;-)otherwise me personaly would leave the okace realising the waiter doesnt speak a word of German..after trying to find a way to communicate and asking the owner some question, he showed he has nothing to do with our order and table, as the other waiter is responsible🤦‍♀️thats a no go. Nevertheless, the pizza were very tasty and reachly arranged. Unfortunatelly, of an italian warm-hearted and hospitality i personally didnt feel in this place anything....

Pizza Mafioso was topped with around 20 olives instead of porcini mushrooms. 1. Olives were not in the description. 2. I don't like olives at all. Otherwise the pizza tasted ok.

Greetings. I ordered 4 pizzas on December 10th and unfortunately I have to say that I never expected the pizzas to arrive in a bad way. Without mozzarella and that little was burnt and dry. Pizzas not round but even looked like they were for children. A pizzeria that I would not recommend to others.

I dined at this restaurant two years ago and recently, both times I was surprised by the quality and taste. I will be happy to visit you again.

If you feel like waiting an hour for cold pizza from the delivery service, you've come to the right place. Ordered 1 pizza, waited an hour, after the pizza delivery guy was too stupid to find the door, it arrived and was cold. It's a shame, actually the pizza would have been good.

Nice atmosphere, very pleasant to sit outside in summer. Pizzas are excellent. A small point would have been desirable. We didn't have any more figs for the pizza we wanted, so it would have been nice to be able to accommodate the price. Otherwise we couldn't find anything negative. We will be back

Order number: 51505 A pizza was ordered via the company's own website. 65min delivery time. Unfortunately, 50% of the pizza was burned on the bottom and was no longer edible. You could also see how the burnt part was partially separated. No one responded to the company's two attempts to contact us via two different email addresses. A photo was attached as an attachment. Unfortunately, the soggy and cold fries couldn't convince me anymore. But there was plenty of ketchup. Unfortunately that results in 1 point for food and 1 point for customer service. Unfortunately for me it is not a recommendable verdict. -> Addendum, 7 days later: Supplier apologized via email and offered a replacement pizza.

Very pleasant surprise discovered during a bike trip. Excellent first courses, especially the spaghetti with red prawn tartare. Finally a place with string cooked al dente!!!

The location, the ambience and the food are great. There are also enough parking spaces available. Since we were sitting outside on the one hand and only about 3 tables were occupied on the other, we were a bit forgotten outside. The men's toilet was currently out of service, but luckily I didn't have to use it.

Yesterday we were in Siebenen for the first time... best pizza I've ever eaten and super friendly staff. Grazie e alla prossima volta!! Ordered pizza home today, unfortunately inedible!!!!! ...have already ordered more than 20 times...... the quality is getting worse......never again....what a shame!!

Hello… I have to say, my husband and I are very disappointed with the food delivered. His penne carbonara was very salty and peppery. Seemed a little burnt too. Also the sauce was like water 😳 My calzone was also not a highlight and was delivered quite cold. The distance is 6.7km. So not too far away. When we ate pizza in the restaurant for the first time a year ago, the quality was different. Hence the big disappointment. It's a shame, but the Fr. 48.- was unfortunately not worth it for the food delivered... 😔

Good selection of wines, there is a wine cellar in the restaurant, there is everything from cheap to high quality wines, you choose the bottle and you can take it with you to the table and you get wine service, unfortunately I only saw one type of wine glass It would be nice if there were different ones for the right wine (white wine and red wine glass). There were four of us, the pasta dishes were excellent, those who ate the pizza were not very happy with the taste of the ingredients, but still high praise for the pizza dough. I would come again.

First of all, it's not true that we ordered 6 pizzas but only 4 pieces. In addition, we live less than 9km away from you and not 20km. Instead of accommodating us, you are imagining (not truthful) arguments. They didn't even keep the delivery time they promised. What about the mozzarella cheese that was missing from my Funghi? I was only served cold mushrooms on tomato sauce. We forgot to mention that 2 pizzas arrived burned through the bottom. We're glad we took photos. Then at these prices? Absurd! A very very bad customer service! Very disappointed and you will not get a second chance from us.

I don't know where you got 4.5 stars from. But my Pizza Funghi was missing the cheese and was burnt. Pizza arrived cold. With the prices and this lousy quality, it was my last time with you.

Pizza arrived ice cold. Gentleman on the phone told us that there is no guarantee that the pizza is still warm. The route was only 4.5 km. Correspondence started with Alex - no response to date. Never received 50% on the pizzas.

My wife ordered a Margherita with cured ham, Pomodorini and Grana, explicitly without arugula. When served, 3 pizzas came first, my wife's after 7-8 minutes. Rucola was also on it, when she complained about this she was assured that they would bake a new pizza (wood oven at 480 degrees = 90 sec. Max) when the pizza arrived after less than 1 minute, pieces of arugula were still visible on the pizza. When paying the bill we were asked if they could offer us a limoncello, but I asked if it would be possible to be offered an espresso, the answer was no, we don't offer coffee (1x coffee pad = 20 cents). There are better alternatives to spend an evening, price performance is a flop and the raw materials were not the first choice in my opinion.

The pizza is very good but compared to other places it is too expensive. The environment is very nice and welcoming. Few parking spaces.

The pizza dough was the finest and truly the best I have ever eaten. Unfortunately, the service wasn't exactly the best. A little unfriendly and a little arrogant. The prices were a bit excessive. 3 pizzas plus 3 drinks just under 100 francs. We didn't know yet whether we would come back.

Unfortunately I've driven past it too often and now finally visited. After a quick and uncomplicated reservation, we had a wonderful evening at L'Artista, very great pizza and food. Great Italian beers too, we enjoyed the evening and will definitely come back.

It used to be good, but never anymore. Only foreigners are employed who hardly speak German, are unfriendly and have no place in the catering industry. Became a lousy shop, poor service, only alcoholic people at the counter and waited over 30 minutes for service, another 20 minutes for drinks to arrive, even though the shop was empty on Sunday. Food was then avoided. Unfriendly stoned staff. I have a pensa watch and sign that I'm still there. Niente ancora.

Drinks finished and left after a long wait. Were now in Schmerikon, pizza was half the price, service was great, right by the lake...good luck

Already the second time a bottomless impudence. Lasagna was burnt and completely dry and tasteless. Pizza was delivered the first time without procuitto and ruccola and we were then promised 1 free pizza. With the next order, despite the reference to a free pizza (we only ordered Margeritha), they charged it again. A large pizza for CHF 45 with 16 slices of salami is a pretty exorbitant price.... When we called to describe the situation, we were fobbed off because they didn't want to discuss it and hung up. Service under these prices looks different!! A pity!

This is such an amazing authentic Italian restaurant, haven’t had such a great pizza in ages. Definitely worth a visit. Besides, the atmosphere is great, we didn’t wait long for food and the prices were very acceptable, given the high quality Italian ingredients used.

Food was very good: fine Filetto di Manzo with oven-roasted vegetables. The pizzas are also extremely tasty! Served by a friendly waiter in an interesting restaurant, what more could you want?

Very nice restaurant, the decor is very authentic, you definitely feel like Italy. The food was very tasty and the service was always courteous and very friendly. There was also a delicious greeting from the kitchen at the beginning of the meal and two Limoncello offered at the end. Absolutely top, I'd love to come back.

Very, very friendly and competent service. Italian ambience with a lot of flair. Starter beef caroaccio, main course beef fillet on the hot stone with vegetables and 3 sauces. Excellently cooked and enough time between each course to drink and chat. The tiramisu was the crowning glory. I've never had better tiramisu! Wish the team in Siebnen all the best and we'll be back.
