I was in the restaurant on March 19, 2024 around 7:30 p.m., eating a tasty Flädleboullion and a Cordon Bleu. The state of health of the waitress, however, constituted bodily harm to the guest. I have NEVER experienced such a constantly sneezing, sniffling and coughing waitress in a restaurant. Of course I promptly became infected and am now lying flat.....Thank you for that!

About a year ago we gave the restaurant 5* and have been coming back ever since and were actually satisfied. When we visited again we sat in the garden. The waitress (younger, not Swiss) who served all the tables around us consistently ignored us. When we asked if we could order something, she answered yes, but still kept walking past us. We couldn't order anything, so after about half an hour we got up and left. The other day we wanted to come for dinner as a couple. Outside it was about 50:50 occupied or reserved. That's why we sat inside right next to the buffet. In addition to us, there were two people at another table. Every time the waitress (the same person as mentioned above) ran outside, she had to pass us. Arrived 7:33 p.m. After almost 15 minutes we asked if we could order something. After another 15 minutes we were able to place the food order - but only because we asked. Another 40 minutes later we asked for our food for the first time. The same waitress who took the order said "he's just preparing it". Another 12 minutes later we asked again about the food: "It's just being served". After another 6 to 8 minutes we asked for the bill, we wanted to leave. Another waitress told us that it was being prepared. A few more minutes passed before it was finally time to collect - nothing happened there either - we were still preparing the food (1 fitness chicken slice and 1x bratwurst with fries). However, we could hear from the whispers between the staff at the buffet that the order had probably been forgotten to be placed in the kitchen. Well, you could say that this can happen. What really annoyed us was that we had the impression that the first waitress didn't serve us on purpose - and it wasn't the first time - then she lied to us several times by saying that the food had just been served even though she is simultaneously talking to others at the buffet about the fact that the order was left behind. And in the end... there wasn't a "sorry" from anyone. It didn't even occur to the staff to put bread on the table when we said several times that we were really hungry. Or a small salad. We would have paid for the salad, but even that didn't work. From 5* stars to 1* because we were ignored several times by the service. Maybe she can't stand it when two men get together. And because she lied to us several times. And last but not least: a sorry would have been appropriate.

Als wir rausgingen stand die Chefin neben der Ausgangstüre, sie hat uns nicht mal auf wiedersehen gesagt. Das geht gar nicht.Fazit+ Cordon Bleu war okey- Personal,inklusive Chefin unfreundlich, Piercing sollten auch raus genommen werden- 3 Portionen Salat bekommen ohne Sauce, dazu 2 mal 150ml Garaffen Salatsauce, reicht hinten und vorne nicht.
