NaBene - Café Bar & mehr in Interlaken

I can't rave enough about my experience at Nabene! From start to finish everything was just perfect. The pinsa they serve is definitely a taste experience in a class of its own. Crispy dough, fresh ingredients and a combination of flavors that made my taste buds dance. But that's not all - their cocktail drinks are absolutely outstanding! Every sip, whether sweet or sour, is a pleasure for the senses. The mixologists here know their craft and create true works of art in the form of drinks. Regardless of whether it is classic or your own creation, you immediately notice the attention to detail and the passion for quality. As for the service, it was simply top notch. The staff is friendly, attentive and always strives to ensure that guests don't miss anything. You really feel welcome and valued here. All in all, I can't recommend the Hubene enough. Whether for a relaxed evening with friends or a special occasion, you are guaranteed not to be disappointed here. I will definitely come again!

Very great restaurant with a friendly and attentive team. You feel very comfortable, welcome and really valued as a guest. Very creative drinks menu, everything from fine cocktails and wine to really celebrated coffee from the piston machine. The snack menu is very creative and highly recommended. A visit is a must have in Interlaken

Super nice and cozy bar where you can enjoy great drinks and suitable snacks. The hosts are also very friendly and local, which is a big plus as they know a lot about Interlaken and have lots of tips for activities in Interlaken and the surrounding area. So the cafe bar is definitely worth a visit and for me it's an insider tip when you're in Interlaken!

Wonderful little cafe with very nice owners. Here the guest is still very important. The menu is small but impressive. If you would like to try a Pinsa or one of the creative toast variants, this is the right place. To be clear, anyone who misses the hub when visiting Interlaken has only themselves to blame.
