2 rating Dear business team, I would like to tell you about my disappointing experience in your café. In the past, I have regularly come to you on Sundays to buy bread and order cakes for special occasions. This always worked smoothly, which is why I decided to stop by for breakfast too. Unfortunately I have to say that my last visit was even worse than expected. I sat at the table for over 10 minutes without being served, while other guests who arrived later were served immediately. There was even an incident where something was almost brought to me from the next table, but I was completely ignored there too. Because of this experience, I decided to leave without ordering anything. It's unfortunate that I didn't feel valued as a long-time customer. I received a friendly farewell from the counter, but that didn't make up for the disappointing experience. In the future, I will buy my bread elsewhere on Sundays and look for my cakes from a supplier who appreciates my appreciation. With a consumption of CHF 34, I was very surprised that a glass of tap water ordered with it was chargeable. It's not in the wrong place here. saved on customer service? And the fact that the saleswoman then counters with a cheeky answer leaves a bitter aftertaste when visiting the Nafzger bakery and pastry shop.

I wanted to order a cake over the phone. But the service was very rude.

The cider cake is absolutely amazing!!!

The staff is actually nice and accommodating... Except for one around 30 years old. She tries to sell chocolate rolls or, one more time, Easter bunnies through the children, without asking their parents. And who has the whining children? It doesn't work at all! The additional training in retail trade probably didn't help.

I wanted to have a coffee with a small dog on a leash and was rudely turned away. It doesn't work at all!

The restaurant is located within the Passage shopping center. That's why it's rather loud because of the flow of customers. Rather small little area to sit and consume.

6 of us had breakfast, really friendly staff, average prices, the only flaw were tables overlooking the petrol station.

I come from St.Gallen, works at Wolff Krane DISPO Elsau... I went to the mall hüt am mörgä around 10 a.m. there in lade gsi, eeeej, staff, service, everything was delicious gsi and top points for service! 😊 I hope it continues like this, respect from my point of view and please don't misunderstand me because of ladies and stuff, just TOP!!! 👍🍀⚘

We actually like having breakfast there. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with the restaurant staff. They should urgently be checked out!

Beautiful shop with a modern café. Separate family area with play area for the children. A reservation is recommended as the café is very busy. The staff is super friendly and motivated. I always enjoy coming back to enjoy the great atmosphere and hospitality. Keep it up!

Nice service, fine nut croissants

The ladies present are very arrogant, inattentive, the ladies would rather argue with each other than serve the guests!!! If you go to the buffet and say what you would like, the ladies are not interested!!! When you leave the restaurant without having anything to drink the ladies are happy, I give the Aadorf branch a wide berth, I can only advise against visiting the restaurant!!!!

Nice service and delicious patisserie

I had a delivery nearby but would have to wait as the place was closed. So I looked on Google Maps to see if there was a sandwich nearby. Nafzger only about 80 meters away...There are definitely good sandwiches there.. I wasn't disappointed, the sandwich was awesome. The service is very friendly and the place looks very inviting. I hope I'm in the area again and I'll definitely stop by again. I can only give one clear recommendation! TOP!!!

The best bakery far and wide, I've been a regular customer there for a year, the staff is great, the branch manager Jessica is totally competent and super motivated! The food is top, Public WiFi would be great!

The best bread in the area. To do this, we drive a few kilometers every week. The cakes and tarts are also excellent. We've never had anything we didn't like. Added to this are the exceptionally nice employees.

The Pain Paillasse from the shop in Aadorf for CHF 4.40 is as hard as it was baked twice every time. They are always very fresh and delicious from the Wängi store.

It was okay but not that I would recommend it, and I was very disappointed that I reserved a table and was assigned the table directly at the buffet next to the coffee machine. If you have reserved you won't get such a bad seat, We were on time and you'll definitely get a window seat. We not only drank coffee but also consumed breakfast for 48 francs, even though it was a voucher, at least we were able to select something from the baked goods so that the 55 francs were used up

Only opened about 3 months ago, Nafzger Aadorf makes a good first impression after I drank a coffee and ate a croissant. The staff is very friendly and I really like the look of the cafe. The confectionery products on display make you want to stop by again soon. The cafe was recommended to me by a local after I was standing in front of another cafe that was closed for a day of rest on Monday.
