But when she came, you were neither greeted nor asked if you could help. When paying, you neither see the prices that are typed nor do you get a receipt.

We ordered a cake. Unfortunately it was a chocolate sponge cake and not vanilla as discussed. The cake was also a bit dry, even though the cake was freshly made. The chocolate filling was great but a bit small. Ganache was delicious! The design of the cake was exactly as discussed, well done!
