Nespresso in St. Gallen

Top service and advice! The store manager was very accommodating and we were also allowed to taste different coffees. We would love to come back!

I was able to take part in a Nespresso coffee studio TASTING - N.20 workshop. Even though I was the only person registered, it went ahead. Mr. Tedde, I hope the name is correct, took a lot of time for me and showed me other coffees. Thank you very much, it was a lot of fun!

Today I had to clarify something for my business, the treatment of the employee with the longer hair was very unfriendly and her xenophobia was evident. It was very strange to receive such a service. Personally, I was a bit shocked that the worst thing about it was that my 16 year old daughter had to watch how her mother was treated because of her skin color and if Nespresso stands for treating people like that, everything is canceled, origin and status does not matter. I almost feel sorry for her because she has a board in her head, no foresight and has zero humanity. And yet I stand for our children of the 3rd generation not being allowed to take on the hatred. Such people are not allowed to work in customer service.

I bought a new machine and capsules today. I am very satisfied with the service (friendly and competent). Nespresso coffee is very good and in my opinion it can easily compete with fully automatic machines. Nespresso coffees are simply quieter machines and easy to use.

We wanted to buy capsules and seek advice. Since we didn't want us to be added to the customer list, the saleswoman didn't want to sell us any capsules and couldn't give us any advice. That can't be right, can it? We found it quite strange and that's why the store is unfortunately history for us... it's a shame that the needs of the customers are not taken into account.

I had just bought my first Nespresso machine yesterday and now I needed a set of cups and a rack. The saleswoman was very nice and I was even able to taste coffee. In this heat I tried a cold coffee with ice cubes in it. It was super tasty. I will definitely come back in the future.
