At 3:55 p.m. on Saturday the sale is only for cafe machines that require intensive advice. The third employee had to get off work. It made her very uncomfortable. I wanted to sell 4 sticks of Carmamelito but wasn't allowed to. For real.

Very unfriendly service who tried to tell me to say hello, even though I said hello, maybe a little quieter because I had a cold! Leave the store straight away!

Very friendly and competent service. Large selection of capsules and coffee machines. It's worth a visit.

I didn't feel very comfortable shopping. The lady was superficially friendly. But there are nuances of friendliness, I think everyone knows that. So professional cold friendly. When asked, there was even an annoyed undertone. Not a word too many. You have to ask for everything yourself, e.g. B whether you get a disposal bag with it. My wife is always offered an espresso to taste at Nespresso without her having to ask. I could have asked, but somehow I would like to be told not to, especially if you always spend a lot of money on capsules. The overall package in this shop is simply not right. There is still a lot to do :) Then I can just go to the machine, it treats every customer the same.

I received a voucher for Vertuo coffee capsules, it took about 10 minutes until I received them, no one in the store knew anything about it, nor how to enter it in the checkout. , staff was very friendly.

Looking for a new coffee machine, we looked around the Nespresso shop. We were given very polite and friendly advice and support. We are now also Nespresso customers. We wouldn't want to give up our machine anymore. Thanks to the very good advice, we quickly found our favorite coffee.

I wanted to go buy capsules in the Nespresso Boutique Thun this Tuesday. As is normal in other Nespresso branches, I wanted to taste a new variety. The lady at the counter refused to serve us because she was arguing with a gentleman (the only one at the counter). So we decided against buying it - and bought Jacobs coffee capsules.
