Staff in a hurry. You have to insist on enjoying a coffee when you have already honored your purchases. A counselor who opens the drawer for you without warning you and who touches you and hurts your thigh without apologizing. This is why I favor purchasing via the internet. First and last purchase in this store.

I'm going to Nespresso this afternoon with my daughter. I greet the saleswomen who barely respond. I've been looking at the cafes for 5 minutes. Instead of coming, these two ladies prefer to talk. And ignore me. Finally we left. There were no other customers.

In Balexert 2 busy sellers, 3 people arrive including a gentleman apparently friends with the seller who passes me in front then a lady does the same. I waited 20 minutes I'm 71 years old and not even a seat to sit. So angry I left. Without buying anything I won't come back again.

1 person to serve 7 customers too much waiting time nothing to say against the coffee.

We stopped buying capsules from the brand because of the attitude of the employees of this store. However, we have been customers for years until we had “ambassador” benefits. Since then, we have bought other brands and things are going very well. I do not recommend this store at all.

This is not the first time that I have gone to the Balexert espresso shop, and the observation is always the same. There is always an error in my order, in all this time I still haven't learned to control. Today I go back to buy coffee and especially decaffeinated, as luck would have it she didn't put decaf but normal coffee (livanto) instead of decaffeinated volluto. When she asks me my postal code, I say eighty three, she laughs. Because I'm not saying eighty, no respect. I'm not in the habit of giving bad reviews but this is the straw that broke the camel's back.

I would like to highlight the qualities and self-control of Emilien (I'm not sure of the first name), an incredible employee who faced a customer who tried to "scratch" everything she could... mug, water bottle, coffee, €25 voucher, €30 voucher, it was endless! I was amazed because he remained incredibly calm! I was then very well advised, pleasant shop!

I don't even like nespresso and I still walked out with a new machine, milk frother, loads of different coffee flavors and the idea that somewhere there is a barrista inside of me.

I have to mention the incredible longevity of their machines, mine must be...10 years old, no less! This is extremely rare for household appliances these days. The Swiss quality is definitely there. Absolutely Nespresso addict!
