I recently dined at the Saint-Blaise golf restaurant, and I must say that it was a great discovery. The setting is simply charming, with a beautiful and large terrace which offers a magnificent view of the golf course. It was the perfect place for a relaxing evening with friends. The meal was simply delicious. I opted for the chimichurri beef tenderloin, and it was to die for. The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the chimichurri sauce added a touch of exquisite flavor. It was a real treat for the taste buds. The service also met our expectations. The staff were friendly and warm. They were attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. Overall it was a lovely evening. We had a good time there. If you are looking for a good dining experience in a beautiful setting, I recommend this place.

Very nice, from the dining room or the terrace, nice view over part of the golf course. But above all the menu is attractive with reasonable prices for very good cuisine.. wines and prices OK. Staff OK. Parking can be difficult at times. A very good address.

Our favorite in the region! Fresh products from the market, nice atmosphere, nice service, nice premises, regional craft beers on tap, nice choice of wines from the region and elsewhere, nice choice of cigars to smoke on the terrace in summer, and above all a cuisine that has delighted our taste buds, full of flavors on the plate that begs to come back. Hats off to the chef and his team, we will come back without any hesitation and advise everyone who passes by to book with your eyes closed!

A beautiful address that we tried as a family during an evening. Between the wild boar burger, the dried meat board and its tomme, the succulent Pdt/ham croquettes, the Flamenkuch and the fresh tagliatelle, we really enjoyed this home cooking for a price that was all in all very reasonable for this type of food. 'establishment. The female service is perfect in every way: welcoming, efficient and precise. Go for it without hesitation! 😀

Invited for a couple of friends, we discovered this place that we didn't know about. The hunting was excellent, impeccable service. Great discovery.

They serve the best Filet du Perche in the region. Very wide menu and a very nice atmosphere. Always easy to park the car and simply enjoy the flowerfull views over the valley.
